About this house rental
This single level 4-bedroom home is ideal for the getaway that you are looking for and deserve!
Heaps of sunlight streams into this home via the large sliding doors on the front and back verandas. The home has raked ceilings, that give a great sense of open plan living.
Brand new kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a brand-new bathroom have been recently installed.
Brand New 65 Inch smart TV, Broadband internet access, Foxtel and Netflix access included.
A four-burner hooded BBQ is situated on the back pergola, just waiting for the steaks and sausages to arrive. Let the boys cook the BBQ and enjoy a beer while discussing the catch of the day., while the ladies chill out with a glass of wine and discuss the next shopping or beach visit.
A very large pergola has been built on the rear of the house, with an 8-seater table and chairs set, and a set of lounges with a nice coffee table, to relax in after a day surfing or fishing.
The home has a split system reverse cycle air conditioner for the warmer periods and the winter months.
The home sleeps 8 Adults (also Bunk bed for 3 children)
Vertical blinds on all windows.
Pets are welcome but must stay outside, any mess left by pets will be deducted via the bond.
The home is situated across the road from a children's play area and has direct access to Lake Tabourie. The lake access can also entice the avid fisherman to the catch of the day.

There were plenty of beds, a comfortable communal space in a lovely, quiet location. One bathroom may and toilet may be a struggle for a bigger group but for us it was fine.

Me and my family 8 of us and our two little dogs , really enjoyed our stay , the host cater for all from kids , adults even pets . Enjoyed the space and surrounding and having wonderful dinners on the bbq . The house is clean and tidy and the beds were comfortable. I couldn't ask for a perfect holiday and giving the time to spend and made more memories with the kids and grandparents thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful home . Definitely planning another trip to stay here again . Highly recommend thank you

Stayed here for 3 nights with 8 people and 2 dogs, the house had plenty of space for everyone with lots of seating inside and outside. Has everything you need for a great holiday, only downside was there is no door lock on the bathroom/toilet so with haveing children you have to make sure everyone knocks first.

Great family summer vacation
We had our first family getaway with our 2 daughters, son-in-law and our beautiful grandchildren. The house and location had everything you could ask for. A lovely short walk down the street where we could fish, paddle board and canoe. Across the road was a small park that my grandson enjoyed.
Beautiful memories were made and we are looking forward to going back again.

Great spot, roomy house, could be cleaner
The location of the house was amazing, close to park, lakes, beaches and shops. It was also very roomy and the host was very accommodating. We did find we had re-wash most of the dishes before use, and felt it could have been cleaner in general but otherwise good spot.

Great house in a great spot
Really happy with this property! It had everything we needed for a long weekend away and Dianne made it really easy with the keys, wifi, instructions etc. The cooking supplies were great for things we’d forgotten and the Foxtel was great to watch on a rainy day. There was a little park across the road for our kids and a walkway behind the park to a jetty for fishing. Everything was close by, a good servo up the road had brekkie options and all the usual corner store stuff too. Overall a really great stay!

Long weekend getaway
The property was clean, well furnished with plenty of socialising space and equipped with everything you need for a weekend getaway. The little jetty to the lake is just across the road and it's no more than a 5 mins drive to the closest beach.

Excellent place to stay
My family of 7 adults stayed for two nights. Great location, nice and quiet, the house was very accommodating and the beds nice and comfy. Even though we didn't spend a lot of time in the house is was everything we needed and was great that we could bring our dogs. Thank you very much Dianne

Quiet neighbourhood
Great quiet location. Great to take the paddle board straight across the road to the water. Beds were all very comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed to have all our meals at the house.

Great house with everything you need. Probably wouldn’t recommend for groups as only one bathroom. But otherwise highly recommend.

Lake Tabourie Holiday
Great holiday house, very comfortable and homely. Beds are all comfortable. New kitchen stocked with everything that is needed. Loved the rainfall shower head in the renovated bathroom. The deck was fantastic for a BBQ with comfortable furniture. We loved the fairy lights that were put up in the front and back yard. It was a short walk to the Lake where there were plenty of flathead to catch.

Lovely clean spacious house
We really enjoyed our stay in this house. Very clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. All the little things made a difference - games to play, well equipped kitchen etc. The kids loved the back yard, the little park across the road and riding their bikes along the quiet streets. Close to beautiful beaches and a short drive to Ulladulla. Would highly recommend.

The Owner Dianne was great and was able to accommodate myself and family and the Beds were so comfortable 10/10 electric blankets awesome only negative was the beautiful big wood heater was broken, But had air con to keep warm, but other then that would of loved to stay longer.

The property was exactly as advertised. The beds were comfy and made up for our arrival. Only suggestion is that guests bring their own coffee pot and sharp knives.

Excellent dog friendly house
Very clean property with plenty of beds and indoor /outdoor living space. Fresh linen on all the beds and soap /towels also supplied. Well equipped kitchen and good sized fridge. Secure yard for your dog's with plenty of shade. 2 minute walk to well stocked take away/mini Mart. Fairly close to beaches and short walk to canal. There is a small kids play area directly across the street and the area is lovely and quite.
Only down side is their is no Wi-Fi and the area is right at edge of mobile coverage ,Vodafone doesn't work at all and Optus is patchy. Would thoroughly recommended for families with pets looking for a getaway.

Relaxing, pet friendly spot
We had a lovely, lazy 5 days at Lake Tabourie. The house is simple, but had everything we needed. The outdoor area was the perfect spot to hang out and very secure for our dogs. The lake was a short walk away, so perfect access for the kids to go kayaking. The beach is a bit further but walkable, or just a short drive.

House was as per listing, easy to find, everything you need is there however the property could do with a spring clean as there were cobwebs hanging off rafters, cutlery draws need some attention as there was a toothbrush in there but house was okay otherwise
