wel duur voor wat je krijgt! Hotel ook net in verbouwing, maar dat was bekend: daardoor ook korting.

Il personale è disponibilissimo sia quello di giorno che quello di notte e molto comprensivo.

E' stata una piacevole riscoperta e ho rivalutato l' Hotel. Considerate che in un precedente viaggio avevo soggiornato al terzo piano. Questa volta al sesto. L' Hotel è totalmente rinnovato nelle stanze che sono nuove e molto ariose con spazi grandi per >Parigi con bei bagni e ottimi teli da bagno , materassi e lenzuola immacolate.

L' Hotel ha mantenuto la struttura di ''cantiere'' al terzo piano che lo rende repulsivo. Le parti comuni sono ancora da rifare e l' accueil è veramnete sconfortante, basterebbe illuminare meglio la zona molto essenziale.

Very pretty hotel with a friendly staff and comfortable bedding.

Wonderful breakfast! Convenient location to the Louvre and other major sites. Helpful staff. Beautifully decorated.

Had trouble finding our room at 1st. Got off elevator and 1st few rooms have no numbers. Had to walk around corner to find our room. Room too warm

A beautiful, highly recommended hotel in the loveliest neighbourhood of Paris.

This was our second visit to the hotel and to Paris. We chose the hotel last year due to the location but we were very happy to find out that the hotel was beautiful and so comfortable that we felt like we were home, so we came here again this year! We had our little pet dog with us both times, who also loved her stay!

There was nothing that we did not like.

hotel posizionato in zona centralissima a due passi dal Louvre e da altre attrazioni parigine, come chiaramente specificato, nell'hotel sono in corso dei lavori di restauro, la camera era interamente restaurata, nuovo il bagno bello e funzionale, naturalmente no bidet....appena fuori la camera desolazione e lavori in corso, molto pesanti, così anche le aree comuni, in questo periodo di ristrutturazione è adatto, secondo me, solo a chi esce la mattina e torna la sera, senza intrattenersi in zone comuni, senza aver bisogno di niente. la posizione, con una giusta tariffa, può giustificare la scelta . colazione non molto varia. nell'hotel sono presenti vari uffici di società estranee, che affittano stanze.

non mi è piaciuta la trattenuta di 200€ a titolo di caparra x eventuali danni, quali poi...forse i mobili sono di antiquariato, ma fai delle contestazioni puntuali se è il caso, non trattenere a prescindere, poi il frigobar vuoto.

Just what I needed!

The location is unrivaled! The Louvre is 3 minutes walk, and there’re tons of great shops, cafes and restaurants. The hotel itself has lots of character with super-modern amenities. Loved the shower, views from the double balcony, and comfy bed. I didn’t want to leave.

Nothing really, but if I had to say something that wasn’t great, I’d say the elevator. Just one elevator, and sometimes had to wait - probably just about a minute though.

Chic and comfy stay nestled in the center of Paris!

The location is perfect and near all the key museums and tourist spots. Restaurant around are accessible. The room and amenities are really great with chromecast and speakers. I am biased as I love French breakfast so ai really enjoyed it. Lastly, Lois at the reception was just the nicest and most helpful!

Nothing major but the light switches - it would’ve bee great if the bathroom light can be controlled separate from the room lighting.

Hôtel et emplacement excellent

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans cet hôtel. Malgré les travaux (nous le savions en réservant nos nuités), la chambre rénovée était très confortable et calme (nous étions côté cour intérieure)... 25m2, c’est toujours très appréciable dans Paris! Le personnel a été au petit soin et toujours serviable. Le petit déjeuner était très bien et suffisant pour satisfaire notre appétit.

Unhappy for the above stated reasons. Expensive rate for staying in a construction project!

The Hotel was doing MAJOR renovation and still charged premium prices. I was not aware of this renovation or I would have stayed at anothr hotel. If I could have, I would have found another for the first night. I did cancel my second night reservation and switched to a Hyatt in Port Maillot. I am still waiting for a refund of my cancellation was approved by the staff at the hotel. Very unhappy! ruined my wife's first night in Paris.

The hotel was doing MAJOR renovation and we were unaware until we arrived late in the day. If I could, I would have immediately moved to another hotel. Charged premium rate to stay in a construction project. I want my money back.

Pretty much perfect!

Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and both the bathroom and bedroom were large, with a very modern and fashionable aesthetic. The room was constructed to let the most natural light in. The staff of the hotel were very accommodating, and the amenities provided were better than most, with large shampoo and body wash containers compared to the usual tiny bottles, for example.

The hallway leading to our room was unappealing; the ceiling in some areas was exposed, and the wires were showing as well. The carpets of the staircase were dusty as well. We understand that maybe those areas are under renovation and those were the only issues we had during our stay. Everything else was perfect.

It is currently being renovated so you won't get a sleep in, but if you're an early riser it won't bother you.

Enjoyable stay

The location was perfect, the renovation of the room is amazing, the staff (Mark and Khaled) from the front desk were helpful and friendly. The housekeepers most of them were doing a great job.

At checkout, the front desk didn’t offer a help to bring our luggage’s downstairs, they asked us to do it by ourselves. Didn’t offer a trolley also!

Amazing hotel

Room was huge, location was fantastic, reception and kitchen staff were incredible. Definitely exceeded expectations! Definitely won’t be staying anywhere else in Paris

Two women working breakfast our first morning there were a little rude to us as we came down 15 minutes early (we weren’t sure what time breakfast was)

Love staying at this hotel. Would definitely come back again!

The king size bed was nice and super comfy and the pillows were adequate. We were expecting the rooms to be small but they were pretty good sized for us. The bathroom was nice and we loved the towel warmers. I would recommend travelers to stay at this place. It was close to the metro and the Louvre musee. Lots of places to eat too. The hotel breakfast had a good spread. Just know you can order omelettes with it.

We didn't expect we would have stairs to get to our rooms but it was manageable. We would prefer to use an elevator.

I booked and paid for deluxe room, however the reception checked me in to another smaller and cheaper room. (it was standard room) I spent half day to prove that the room that I’ve booked (showing pictures and screen shots of the room and payments etc) does not match the room that they gave (the room in fact looked like standard room on their page on booing.com). But nothing happened, they just said that the room that I’ve booked is already occupied with another guest. When I check out, I was going to pay for the mini bar, and when I started to list what I took, the reception gave an awful contemptuous and judging look , giggled with each other in front of me and my friend, not even hiding it. We took several drinks like tonic, juice, champagne, smth else. So I felt like I’ve done something bad. I chose this hotel to spend my birthday and to be honest this is the worst experience I’ve ever had. Definitely will not return to this hotel. This kind of behavior in front of guests in unacceptable.

Very nice modern rooms. Big shower cubicle. Nice continental breakfast.

At the current time (March 2023) there are renovation working going on, so some parts of the hotel look messy.
