Great location.good value for money. Basic but fully enough. Breakfast buffet at restaurant next to the hotel very good.
A bit loud (old windows) and the pillows were a bit soft and strangely formed.

Zentrale Lage👍, mitten
im Herzen der Stadt.
Es gab nichts, was zu beanstanden war!

It's a great experience that we expected. I wish we can come back in the future, and it's highly recommend to travellers.

The location of the hotel is good, the breakfast is excellent.
I did not like the lack of air conditioning in the room, it was very hot outside +33, and there was only a noisy fan in the room. The room was not cleaned on the first day, the girl at the reception cleaned the room herself after a repeated request to clean the room. The room is dusty, the dust from the lamps has not been removed for a long time. The room is in need of refurbishment.

Our room was nicely furnished in traditional style and overlooked the main square.
We paid more for a superior room. However, if we had known, we would have gone for the standard rooms that our friends had because, whilst they may have been a bit smaller - besides overlooking the square, those rooms additionally had balconies, with chairs and a table provided. A pleasant ambience! So if you like that sort of scenario, maybe worth requesting a balcony.
The staff were very pleasant and helpful, the breakfast arrangement with the adjacent restaurant worked well and the breakfast food offered was of a good standard and a great variety. Certainly worth the money.
We thought the housekeeping could have been better.
Towels were replaced as and when we requested, toilet cleaned and bed made daily. However, considering the price we paid, we would have expected the bathroom to be freshened and drinking glasses and crockery to be cleaned/ replaced also on a daily basis. No kettle or teabags in the room, however kettles were found for us - but suggest you bring along your own teabags!

Very clean and comfortable. My room was in an historic part of the building and I was especially pleased to see the present owners were preserving this history. It gives the Hotel character and interest. All the staff on Reception were friendly and helpful.
The only thing was the reading lamp by my bed was dull - difficult to read after dark.

location was amazing
check in and out very fast and convenient
the interior is not state of the art, the furniture seems old and unfashionable. we had an apartment, there was a kitchen but no cutlery / plates / glasses, a coffee machine but no coffee; water was provided on the first night but not on any consecutive

I booked the junior suit for a romantic get away. The room was very large and comfortable, decorated with great taste, with a balcony and view on the square. It was just perfect. The breakfast was quite nice too.
Not sound-proof but when I stayed there it wasn’t a problem the surrounding and other guests were very quiet.

Good and central location. Nice restaurants nereby.
Service in the restaurant was poor! Tables were not cleaned up, breakfast disappointing for a 4 star hotel. Rooms were extremely old furnished, partly broken - tiles/cupboard. 'Kitchen' was not equipped at all, besides 2 cups and spoons, a water cooker and a coffee machine - but coffee pads were not provided daily. We won't visit this hotel again!

Breakfast was pretty good and of course the location.
The hotel is “old fashion” and quite deteriorated. Not 4 star and not worths the charge. Private parking not possible to reserve, finally not available, so recommended underground parking at the square will cost you additional 30 euro for 1 night. No air condition, pillows gummy.

nothing bad at all

Staff were terrific.
Uneven flooring in the hallway is masked by a rug and could be a hazard for older travellers.

Room was perfect and overlooked the Square as requested. Breakfast was wonderul- lots of choice. The Hotel has superb. It has a special ambience-love the pictures and etchings on the walls. Hotel is just 3 minutes walk from Park Sansoucci, its lovely Palaces, Sculptures, amazing history, gardens, Chinese House and wildlfe! There is a restaurant attached to the Orangery- excellent food there after a visit to the Palaces nearby! The Hotel is also just 3 minutes away from the wonderful shops in Brandenburg Strasse with super small independent Shops as well as Galleria Department Store, Alice Cafe, Brax fashion and many others. Lots of secondhand stores on the side streets.,
Potsdam is so ideal for travel into Berlin too. AlexandraPlatz is just 20 minutes away. Lots of shops there including Galleria-its restaurtant on the 6th Floor is fantastic quality-recommended if you visit Alexandraplatz! Choice is unbelievable and even Gordon Ramsey would be impressed!
slightly pricey for a 6 day trip but worth it in the end!

Great location, very beautiful and comfortable room.
The blinds cannot be closed completely due to their construction. The square in front of the hotel is noisy, so any garbage man is exceptionally well heard by you.

The Kitchen was nearly empty, No dishes, no cuttlery, all shelfs empty. A coffemaker nad a kettle OK. But If I wanted to cook or eat, no way. The wifi was not working, connected but no internet.
