This historic family run hotel opens its arms to all visitors. Everything gets 10/10, from the views, the beautifully designed rooms, easy parking.....
The hotel reaches that perfect balance between traditional tyrolese decor in the common rooms, such as the breakfast room, and more modern commodities in the bedrooms.
Breakfast was plentiful, varied, and high quality, with local produce and special treats for Easter Sunday, and the evening meal was the best we've had in Austria.
The family is welcoming and rightly proud of their amazing 16 generation history in the hotel.
You also receive an innsbruck welcome card with free access to all public transport, which includes a bus to Innsbruck that leaves from two steps away from the hotel. So you can leave your car at the hotel and save money on parking in Innsbruck.
Nothing.
There was a rather "farmy" smell at times, but the upside is local produce, including yoghurt and milk directly on sale next to the hotel.

Overall very good. Breakfast was great, staff very friendly and overall a great value.
Bathrooms were the only drawback; shower, towels, soap etc, just a B-.

The view from our room was absolutely fantastic! We felt very well taken care of by the staff. Everything was above and beyond! I cannot say enough about how great this place is!
I have no complaints! It was a lovely stay!

Isserwirt is in the beautiful alpine village of Lans, minutes from Innsbrook. The historic hotel had modern comfortable rooms within a beautiful, family run traditional hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed traditional Tyrolian cuisine in the excellent restaurant and had a great time hiking the area during the day.

The location was fantastic and so was everything else about Isserwirt. The host family has been attentive and so welcoming that we felt at home from the very first day. The restaurant at Isserwirt is also outstanding which meant we ate at the venue most days.
No complaints.

Location & breakfast

The Hotel is located on a hill in a small village called Lans. Our room was quite large and had an amazing view. Plenty of private parking in the hotel and accessible by public transport- line J bus stop is just around the corner and will take you to the city center.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a late check in and once they saw us with the luggage they immidiatly recognized us and checked us in quickly.
Check in and check out was very quick! No credit card to swipe or forms to sign! everything was smooth.
The hotel is not in the city center, which means you have to either take a bus or drive downhill to the city center. Breakfast was nice but there was not a lot of variety. There is a church across the street which rings its bells every day at 6am, so if you are a light sleeper, maybe close the windows before going to sleep.

This hotel was wonderful and we really enjoyed our stay. The family room was spacious, very clean and my daughter was very excited about the bunk bed. The staff was also very friendly and we appreciated how kindly we were welcomed each time we entered the hotel.
Nothing, it was a great hotel!

The breakfast could also the People have outdoors - on the terrace opposite. It's mean- I can take the breakfast with Salver-tray and take to the Terrace.
Noise from outside. Noise from Cars, in the Village. In some Villages are the night calm - from 24 Pm - until 6 Am.
The exception is the Supply of Food, for example !!!!!!!!!

This is a family ran business that’s has been in their family for generations. You can tell immediately when checking in that the hospitality and true Austrian charm is evident. Say hi to the boss Andreas he is the energetic young man that you will see every where from breakfast service to dinner in the restaurant always with a sincere friendly greeting. Ask about the city bus which leaves every 10 minutes from a bus stop nearby which we used everyday to go into Innsbruck and to the other side of the valley. It’s the J bus and it goes peak to peak. It’s also free if you stay 3 night or more. I didn’t have to drive the hole 3 days we were there. Just ask any staff member at the hotel.

Great hotel with relaxed atmosphere and friendly service. We arrived very late, to the hotel - after 22.00, yet we got very warm and hospitable welcome. Super comfy beds, nice rooms and very rich breakfast. We booked it again for our planned trip on the way back from holidays.

In the COVID era, I really appreciated how immaculate the room was. I carry disinfectant with me and didn't feel the need to use it because it was so clean. The breakfast was wonderful and Andy was a fantastic host!

The room is like from fairytale. So much space. So authentic. I could become a writer if I'd spend here a bit more time.
