Perfekte Lage mit netter Vermieterin

Sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet, Lage perfekt sowohl mit Auto als auch mit ÖPNV. Nette und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin.

Mein Aufenthalt fand ich super, hatte Glück mit dem Wetter, ich habe schöne Erinnerungen an Rostock.

Zur Straßenbahn, Bus und S-Bahn sind es zu Fuß ca. 5 Minuten, also perfekt. Nach Warnemünde fährt die S-Bahn in 20 Minuten. Die Zimmerausstattung ist sehr geschmackvoll modern und praktisch eingerichtet, außerordentlich sauber, mit Klimaanlage. In der Küche ist alles wichtige vorhanden. Kleiner Tip: eine kleine Mikrowelle o.ä. wäre noch empfehlenswert. Die Vermieter und das Personal sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, helfen bei allen Fragen, wirklich super und immer ansprechbar. Die nahe S-Bahn hört man nur im Freien, im Zimmer ist es ruhig.

Mir persönlich hat alles gefallen, Lage, Unterkunft, Personal! Deshalb kann ich nichts negatives melden.

Comfortable and good located room in rockstock

The location is top to go everywhere. They were really helpful and kind. The room is nice for a couple of nights. We enjoyed also watching some TV at the evening and made some basic meals. It was a really comfortable space and worth the price.

The S-Bahn Station is close by. It might be the sound of the trains passing every 15 min is not ideal for someone. For us was not a problem. We found some hair in the bed so I guess the could do better regarding the cleaneliness. Otherwise it was very organized and nice.

Excellent location to go to the ferries. Very clean, amazing shower.

The pillows were those thick, heavy ones, not our taste. But excellent bed furthermore.

Great spot in quiet location, handy for public transport

I was arriving quite late by train and the host asked me to notify her when my train had arrived. By the time I had walked round to the appartment, she was waiting for me.

Great 1-night stop for drivers crossing over with the ferry

Excellent over-night stop for drivers crossing over with the ferry. Good value for money, safe parking in front of the apartment (bungalow) door. The apartment had everything you might need, from a fully equipped kitchen, to an air-condition and a ceiling fan. The beds were very comfortable.

Great stay!

Location is great, between Rostock and Warnemünde with good connection. Traveling with car is also convenient! Price is very good for a studio apartment in this area. The owner also lives there so he‘s always able to reach :)

A good base to travel the area

The apartment was comfortable and everything that should work did, including good WiFi signal. Staff were welcoming. Plenty of parking space on site, plus a DB station and tram stop are only a couple minutes walk away. Overall I would happily stay here again.

Not dislikes however: - a microwave would have been useful; - the property backs onto the rail line... not particularly noisy but a light sleeper, which I’m not might feel differently.
