Basseng området
Bad breakfast. Boiled bacon?? Ouff
No electric charger for electric cars in parking house
Extreme small elevators
Small showers
The place needs a renovation
4.1
Pool , and events for kids
Rooms are old and airconditions seems really old and loud
Restaurents are not managed properly - need to wait for an hour to get your orders taken
I been two times in a row here with family , so its just not one time opinion
4.1
Nice, big and clean rooms. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Good restaurants in the village, and big swimmingpools. Also, a big, free parking lot next to the village. Quiet, family friendly area. Shuttle bus to the beach every 30 minute
A bit far from the beach (about 2 km), but that was no surprise. Except from that, an excellent place to stay!

to be honest there where not clean enough at the apartment
not clean. small very expensive
4.1
- Pool area was well maintained and water was also very clean
- Every apartment is assigned a pool umbrella and two chairs (no cumbersome search in the morning)
- Animation staff was super nice, our daughter enjoyed the aqua gymnastics and otto kids dance at night
- Free bus to Loano village and beach was a big plus - so convenient and reliable!
- Clean apartment and towel change options after 3 days (in self-service apartment)
- Quite expensive and the apartment and outer paintings of the hotel need renovation to a modern style
- The kitchen equipment could be better
- It is little effort for the hotel to supply trash bags, toilet paper, a kitchen sponge and kitchen soap. It's cheap and would be a good comfort for self-cooking families.
- Both balcony chairs were broken

the size of the village is perfect, not small but not giant noisy resort. we liked the cleanliness of the village and the apartment, possible different swimming pools for every age and every level of swimming, the possible and various restaurants, good security at the village, playground for children
bad smell at bathroom, poor wifi at bedroom, short hours of opening of the minimarket, but nothing serious as we liked our stay at Loano 2 Village

The pool area!
To leave.
4.1
The place is perfect for family and kids; the pool area is spread across multiple pools. The room is minimal but quite roomy, and with a terrace. The staff has always been very kind and professional, and they always tried to accomodate all requests
There are no recycling bins in the common areas. This is quite bad for 2022... there is a main area near reception with recycling bins
4.1
great family friendly facility (swimming pool, garden, playground), kind and friendly staff.
slow check in, no free parking on site, slightly outdated interior.
4.1
Equipped kitchen
Large balcony
Quiet location

This is a camping site!!!
Don't expect any luxury or comfort that is normally associated with a 4 star resort. The pool is nice and big and definitely something the kids will like.
Check in is slow and unnecessarily cumbersome. Check-in is at 3pm but the apartments are not ready before 5pm so be aware of some hot waiting time. Check-out is at 11am so not sure why they need 6 hours to prepare the apartments... We had a nice lady helping us but already then we had lost a lot of energy.
The apartments are okay but with limited comfort and NO luxury. We paid EUR 300 per night without breakfast, parking or any other complementary services and were very disappointed with both the apartment, the facilities and the overall place.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall the facilities are good and having a bus shuttle to the town centre makes it easy to move around.
Biggest negative is that it can sometimes get very noisy.
Walls are too thin between the flats, could hear the neighbours.
Music on the pool side was too loud, felt like we were in a nightclub.

The pool area is good and the staff is ok.
We got assigned to a room that was just plain terrible. Dark, ugly, old, totally run down. Maintenance clearly at the lowest feasible limit. After 2 nights of no sleep due to my daughter not being able to breathe during sleep because of the dust, we decided to talk to the manager. We got appointed to a room that was better than the first, but still far from our original expectation, given what we paid for it. Just as bad, but a bit less old and more sunny (spoiler: my daughter couldn’t sleep there either). The sofa bed for the kids looks like it came from a horror movie. I went there because the average score at booking.com was 8.0 but I honestly can’t understand how they got it… also can’t believe they can call themselves a 4 star hotel- no room cleaning, 1 potential change of sheets/towels in a week and you have to bring the old stuff to the washing room… just terrible!!!! I’ll never recommend it, felt like a waste of my vacation and a waste of money. There is a lot more to say, but I think I’ve made myself clear.

Good value for the money.
The place was a little overcrowded. There was waiting time for check in/ check out, lunch and dinner and I wasn’t expecting this at this moment (Covid-19).

Staff impeccabile

Rosanna in reception went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and was very helpful. Same with Nico at the pool.
The hotel Covid measures seem to work well and everyone followed the instructions.
Hotel didn't feel too crowded.
The hotel is geared towards Italian guests. All activities were in Italian and non Italian speaking guests struggled. Definitely felt excluded and didn't feel welcome. My daughter tried the Kids club and said no one spoke English to her and just had to follow the other kids.

This was one of the best vacations we had. room size was very good with a door separating the main room from the living room where a sofa bad placed. this allowed sufficient privacy kitchenette was very well equipped with everything we needed. The management has clearly thought of details that facilitate the stay of a family.the pool was amazing and divided to areas that fit the interest of different people. The entertainment team was active in engaging customers, breakfast was great with many options, the pool bar provided very good food and drinks. location is at 5 minutes by car from the beach.
I found the breakfast a bit expensive especially for a family of four.hotel could consider reduced rates for children.
We were unhappy with the check-in and check-out hours as we were asked to only check in after 5 and check out before 10. this made us lose half a day of what was already an expensive stay.
