Beautiful place. Great food and food service. Lacking humanity and night service.

Building and our room was excellent. Breakfast was fantastic. Kitchen and serving staff were exceptional: helpful, friendly, remembered our coffee order.

There was no iron or ironing board. We were going to a wedding so an iron was essential to the bride and us. (I have never been to a hotel that didn't have one. When I asked whether it would be possible to borrow one, even a personally owned one, I was told that I had to take my ironing to a dry cleaners.) They did give me the details of various dry cleaners, but we were finally able to borrow an iron from a small hotel across the road, who lent us the iron and a board, even though we weren't staying there. I felt there was a lack of humanity from the receptionist. Also, the key broke in the lock of the door of a room when we came in at night and, because there were no staff on site or nearby overnight, we had to wait 40 minutes for someone to come out with another key.

beautiful building lovely stone work and and very well detailed with modern upgrades to make it more accommodating and user friendly the view from our room was beautiful.

I didn’t like the fact for what I paid for a 4 night stay coffee was a extra. Also when we used the spa we had a 90 minute time slot but nobody turned on the spa so we had to wait 30 minutes for the steam room to become a steam room also the lack of parking was a downside.

Beatiful building and rooms, very clean, nice staff, comfortable beds though I had a very soft matress.

I wish the hotel description was clearer about the use of the spa. It is only (!) accessable with prior booking and in my case was booked out for the week. Also I only now read about the roof terrace with a pool. Would have been nice, if the receptionist told me about it when I asked about the spa.

Very pleasant

The breakfast was outstanding, especially the quality of the bread. They also offered and prepared fried eggs for me. We could park right next to the hotel.

Cozy Hotel in an old manor.

The Hotel is rather small and cozy, excellent for couples. The rooms are well maintained, clean and spacious. The staff is really nice and helpful, will try to fulfill all your needs. And last but not least the location is close to the train station, and one may not need a rental car for a stay - public transport is excellent on Mallorca.

There is nothing to complain about.

A good place to stay with some details to polish.

Good bedrooms, clean and elegant

The jacuzzi inside of the room wasn’t working, the minibar doesn’t have the can opener, the first shelve of the cabinet doesn’t close and the glass door off the bathroom cannot close because it´s scratching the floor.

Superb!

This is a fantastic hotel. Staring with the location, then the building that it is in (18th century manor!!) and the amenities available in the room (balcony, private jaccuzi, comfortable beds, fridge). The place itself was spotless. The staff was very accommodating, helpful and polite. We really enjoyed our stay here and will be back.

Superb

Beautiful, quirky, old hotel with a fab roof top pool and jacuzzi. Sun loungers with plenty of shade were really comfy.Jacuzzi bath in room was lovely.

Nothing to do with the hotel but be aware of staying in August on a Monday/ Tuesday as lots of restaurants etc were closed in the area

The aesthetic was pleasing, Reception was very nice and helpful, the hot tub was a nice addition to the bathroom. We were there one rainy days so the rooftop pool was too cold for that time period but it looked cool.

Location is not ideal. It’s in the middle of a busy area, no parking really available

A one of a kind hotel

The best holiday we had in a while. Located in a very quiet part of Mallorca, Cas Comte Suites and Spa is a one of a kind hotel. There is nothing we didn't like here. The place is beautiful, the room we had (number 9 in the annex building) was fabulous, the breakfast is delicious and the staff extremely friendly and polite. Lloseta is a very quiet village and not much of a touristic location. There are a few restaurants but nothing woaw. So don't go there expecting a huge selection. We were happy with what was offered. It's a great idea to have a car to drive around the countryside and enjoy the atmosphere. It was superb and we will definitely be back.

Incredible stay

We travel a lot. This was the best hotel we’ve ever been to since today as there is simply nothing to complain about: very friendly staff, very familiar atmosphere, incredible (!) breakfast, incredible Michelin like diner with five courses at just a price of a good main course, the pool, the view, the music, the whirlpool. We’ll be back, and we almost never go back to a place we’ve stayed before. Thank you <3

A magical stay in a gorgeous facility

Our stay here was phenomenal. It exceeded both of our expectations. The room was enormous with a cute terrace overlooking the property. The breakfast was incredible with a huge array of different foods for everyone’s tastes. The products were fresh and the service was great. The spa was an amazing experience for such an affordable price. The building was extremely well kept for and you could tell a lot of thought was put into the finishing touches. The staff were extremely accommodating to every request and need we had and it was truly an unforgettable stay. We will be back!

Comfortable stay in a really pretty hotel!

Luxurious feel and everything was really clean and looked well kept. They recommended a place to eat in town and that was excellent!

We had a room with a bubble bath, but it didn’t work. Also we slept on the 4th floor directly under the swimming pool, which caused a lot of noice in the morning (moving chairs).
