La ubicación y el personal genial

La habitación suite con jacuzzi no era práctica ni cómoda, los dos niveles la hace incomoda con armario abajo y resto de habitación arriba. El lavabo estaba disperso en tres zonas diferentes. Para ducharse en el jacuzzi una odisea porque ademas de incomoda no había presión de agua caliente, y llenar el jacuzzi una eternidad… esa habitación ha tenido épocas mejores, necesita un repaso

Een heerlijk verblijf in een fantastisch hotel.

Wat een heerlijk hotel is dit. De dames bij de receptie zijn super vriendelijk en behulpzaam met allerlei tips en ze helpen je met alles. Gewoon heel de sfeer die er hing vond ik gewoon top en fijn. Wij zaten in de junior suite (bleek achteraf), een ruime kamer met een balkonnetje waar je heerlijk 's avonds kon zitten. Groot bed (2m x 2m), goed beddegoed wat lang genoeg is om vast te doen bij je voeten. Jacuzzi was echter niet veel soeps, maakte veel kabaal met wat blazen aan de zijkant. Maar wel een lekker bad waar je met zijn tweeën net in past. Minibar stond aan, maar is wel leeg. Er was veel opbergruimte, wat ideaal is als je met motorspullen komt. Binnen beneden vlakbij de receptie zit een gezellige zithoek, buiten bij het zwembad en in de tuin staan meer dan voldoende zonnebedjes. Zwembad buiten is echter wel onverwarmd. Binnen zwembad is weer erg klein. Maar je kan heerlijk in de zon zitten in de middag bij het zwembad of tuin. Naast het hotel is een gravelterrein, wij konden daar onze motortrailer kwijt en er stonden meer motoren daar. Al is het er zo rustig dat deze ook langs de kant van de weg zouden kunnen staan. Ontbijt was prima, al miste ik een vers gebakje eitje of dat je hem zelf kan koken. Restaurant was op zondagavond gesloten bij ons, waren maar 3 kamers bezet. Was helaas niet doorgegeven, maar we werden naar een leuk tentje in het dorp gestuurd. Andere avonden er wel gegeten, chocolade toetje was echt super lekker. We hadden 1 nacht bijgeboekt en omdat we een groot bed wilde kwamen we in de grootste suite uit, rest had bedden van 1,6m x 1,9m, voor ons lange Nederlanders echt te klein. Die kamer was echt absurd zo groot en voelde als een klein appartement aan. Vonden zelf de junior suite fijner en gezelliger. Al was de jacuzzi hier duidelijk beter en ook groter. Perfect voor een huwelijksreis. De minibar in deze kamer bevatte 2 flesjes water. Nadeel van een jacuzzi, je moet douchen in bad en het in- en uitstappen gaat net wat minder makkelijk.

We hebben maar 1 echt minpunt bij dit hotel en dat is het gebrek aan een bar. De eerste avond was daar niemand en konden we dan alleen een speciaal biertje krijgen uit de koeling bij de receptie. De andere dagen moesten we elke keer op zoek naar iemand of bij de receptie iemand laten bellen hiervoor. Maar dan kon je wel van alles krijgen. Jammer, want als dit op orde zou zijn zou ik een 10 hebben gegeven.

Ubicación excelente , hotel con una decoración muy bonita , personal súper amable , camas cómodas y grandes , nos pusieron en habitación superior sin pedirlo y eso siempre se agradece , habitación muy amplia .

La habitación olía un poco a tabaco , no sé si a lo mejor los anteriores huéspedes habían fumado y se había quedado un poco el olor impregnado en las cortinas ,pero al no ser fumadores es un olor que notas enseguida. Y como en casi todos los hoteles , las paredes muy finas , escuchábamos hablar y la televisión de los huéspedes de la habitación de al lado ,pero nada que puedas dejar de escuchar con unos tapones .

We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel

The quality of the room and the breakfast. The free spa and swimming pool made the good value for money.

No allocated parking on site although we had no problem parking in the street.

Dysfunctional design, not worthy of a 4 star hotel

The price which was not too high for Spain (ca 80$ per night off season). The town is also quite nice.

Dysfunctional design is probably the best summary of this hotel. Some examples: We did not find any way to control the heat in the room and it was blasting hot during the day until around 12am (could not sleep beneath the covers) and around 3 am it was uncomfortably cold. The shower was located IN the bedroom which is very awkward if you want to make calls while somebody else is in the shower especially because the only desk (which only fits 1 person in a 2 person room!) is located directly across the shower (full webcam view ....). The WC is just separated by a thin slide door which pockets in - you can hear everything.... Remember, this is supposed to be a 4 star hotel! More things: We looked everywhere for a do not disturb sign - couldn't find it. The shower in the bathtub had no curtain just a very narrow glass window so the floor (remember this is also your room!) is wet after every shower. Also the room is very noisy, the hotel was nearly empty and we heard everything going on in our neighbors room. This would be OK for a small 2 star AirBnB but not a 4 star hotel.

Cozy hotel with everything you need

The staff were incredibly friendly! The room was cozy and the food in the restaurant was also very good. The waiter was also very friendly! The sauna and pool were spotless!

Great hotel in a pretty town - staff were all so helpful and friendly, great facilities, comfortable rooms and amazing breakfast.

We stayed in restaurant for dinner. We were the only family in that evening and all the food seemed like it was just re-heated and not cooked fresh. The apple tart was warm around the outside and still frozen in the middle. It would of been nice to have eaten freshly cooked food.

Beautiful gem! Definitely stay here! You will love it!

What a beautiful gem of a property in Biescas! The hotel staff was very friendly and courteous, food was excellent! The grounds and pool were wonderful! Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. We will definitely be back!
