It was clean
I've made the reservation with booking but they come to the room and told i need to pay an €70 because i have 2 kids (13 and 10 years old) and for something travel an extra €8. They don't speak very well English and i could understand with them. In the apartment the radiator doesn't work and they bring us 2 small electric radiator but didn't do much heat. It was soo cold inside. In the morning when i've speak with the manager he gave me a bottle of wine for the inconvenience. The breakfast on the papper was till 11am but they close at 10am so we didn't have. I don't recommend this hotel never ever. Be careful when you do a booking

We stayed here for just one night passing through Germany on our way to Austria. The hotel is situated just off the big roads and seems to be a Skiatlon centre. We like the old fashion style and especially the great breakfast. The rooms were neat and clean..

I booked it for my mother, she was satisfied with everything. She particularly mentioned friendly and helpful host, who gave good explanations regarding the biathlon cup, local spa and other tips. Very good breakfast, comfortable room. Everything is convenient for relaxing solo vacations

Great breakfast, very few options for dinner, i did liked the steak, it was really good☺️
The staff from the reception was not the friendliest. The staff from kitchen and dinning area was really nice. Also the cleaning staff was really serviable.

The landscape and surrounding and the little gift of honey .
The mattress and pillows.

Nice location in Bavarian alps. Good breakfast. Nice walking paths near hotel. Nice bathroom.
The room was quite expensive for what I got - probably the price was higher because of Holiday - 15.08. The rooms need to be updated. It felt like staying in a mountain hut for the almost the same price as staying in a new studio appartment near centre of Munich. The bed was quite small and the floors need changing - floors are made from cloth / rope which did not feel clean.

The breakfast was fantastic and the staff were very nice.

Spacious rooms. Kind staff at restaurant. Very quiet. Good location.
The waiting time at reception was greater than 30min for check-in.
The cleanliness of the breakfast room was not the best; We could always see the remains of dinner on the floor and table.

The property was perfect! It’s location could not have been better, nestled in the gently rolling Bavarian hills. Our balcony had a fantastic view that made an evening bier after the kids were asleep just fantastic! The playground and open spaces made for an excellent experience with the children. And the trails right from the back of the hotel made for enjoyable morning walks and runs!
The breakfast was fantastic and everything you would expect from a Bavarian guesthouse. Lots of options and deliciously fresh bread! We also ate dinner at the restaurant one of our three nights we stayed, and we were not dissatisfied! The food was perfect and staff was phenomenal. They made us feel at home with our two boys, 4 and 6 years old. The kids menu was a nice, welcoming touch!
Between the hotel and spa there is also a beer fridge and seating area. This was super wonderful and allowed us to have a bier in the evenings as part of our post kid bedtime one on one time!
We absolutely loved the hotel, love the staff and loved our three night stay. It was absolutely perfect in every way!

Room was quite big, with bathroom and a separate toilet, and the views from balcony were amazing. Breakfast was very complete. Free parking in the hotel facilities.
Reception was unattended when we reached there (around 18:00h), so we had to call someone from the restaurant. They gave us the key and a form to fill in, and left immediately. Unexpected local tax during check-out. Hotel is located in the outskirts from Ruhpolding, so you might need to use the car to go to the city center.

First time that I stayed in some hotel and did not have to use earplugs :) It was very cosy, warm and comfortable. Only down side for early birds (and those who go skiing) is that the breakfast is firstly at 8 o'clock. We were able to get lunch package at 7:30.

Super pretty with a nice terrace. Also the rooms were very bright and big.
Rude staff: they seem very uninterested and were never paying attention to their guest. When asked a question there was almost no response whatsoever. When we said we do not want the dinner from the pension but a la Carte we actually got a sigh and an agitated response. There were no clean towels the next day, neither was there room service. We only stayed two nights but list can go on and on.
Do not stay here, there al so many other hotels in the neighborhood.
