Exceptional

A very spacious environment which is close to Public transportation connecting to city centre, where you could take bus to nearby regions! We also enjoy the breakfast very much.

There are some stairs to access the room.

Amazing!

Wow wow wow, everything was perfect! We was choose two rooms with balcony to mountain view, it was amazing, in rooms was everything you needed, rooms so clean, fresh, beds comfortable, cozy! Best recommendation! Thanks to all New Apartamenty Jan staff!

Comfy value for money stay next to Poland Szymaszkowa ski resort

Rooms were nicely arranged and nice, clean and spacious bathroom. our booked got shifted (after my consent to Willa Jan in the same compound and was given free yummy breakfast in compensation. Friendly staff. Beautiful location

Look Forward to Visiting Again!

Lovely, clean accommodation. Comfortable beds, kitchenette & bathroom. Kids playroom plus the sauna were added bonuses! Staff polite and helpful. Walking distance to both the slopes & the town centre.

Could do with some hooks to hang up coats in the room.

I really enjoyed my stay, the apartment was clean and warm and the views were beautiful. Would stay again

Loved the location! So close to town and the Ski slope. Beautiful views and decor. Loved that I could change the heating settings

I was on the bottom floor and the door was on the walkway to the entrance of the building. I was woken up to people trying to open my door with keys at 4am one night and 11pm the second night. Was a little scary considering I was on my own too. My guess is they had mistaken my door for the main door so would be good to make it clearer that it is an apartment door not the entrance to the building

It would be excellent if the room I booked was prepared ( supposed to be with a view). Eventually was given a room for four with no view. No ice in the fridge, no milk ( the nice receptionist gave her own) no help with luggage...

It was a beautiful room with am amazing view of the mountains. The staff was very helpful and nice.

We were in room no 6 of 2nd floor. There was a staircase to the balcony from outside which didn't give us any problem but anyone could have walked up to our balcony and the name board of the apartment was hung on our balcony wall, which was lit throughout the night. So the light was little disturbing. But this problem was only for our room in particular. Rest everything was amazing. None of the problems were a deal breaker.

Great location and typical wooden cottage

Spa facilities were great. Wooden cottage is very cosy. High specs and standards. well equipped kitchen. Great views

The apartament is advertised as having 2 rooms when in fact it has one room and one living room. We were looking for 2 rooms so as not to sleep in middle of the living room kitchen area. There was no sofa as living room area was being used as a bedroom, so instead it had a double bed. We would probably rate it 9 if it wouldn’t be for these reasons.

Good value for money, close to centre

location 10 min from centre walk. private sauna included in price of room was great. you just need to book in reception. easy parking. good facilities in the room, everything what we needed we had, small kitchen, coffee maker 👍nice view from balcony
