Agréable séjour, relaxant en étant proche de la ville

Chambre sobre mais confortable, jolie vue depuis la salle de restauration Petit jardin en étage bucolique, on s’y sent bien. Personnel attentif.

L’insonorisation des chambres est à améliorer pas facile dans une maison ancienne.

Stunning view and beautiful terraces

Absolutely stunning. Beautiful terraces along the stairs winding down to each of the rooms. Some were right by a specific room but others were along the path or side of the hotel so even the inside rooms could come out and enjoy the view. Perfect place to read a book or sit with friends. We had breakfast at the hotel twice. Delicious food with a panoramic view of the city. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. We booked three rooms and all of them were comfortable.

We spent a lot of time in Old Nice so it was a bit far (we knew that when we booked though. The vibes and the price were worth it to us!). It made up for it by being away from the bustle of all the tourists though. It's a very peaceful location. You can take the bus, tram, or taxi. We ended up taking an Uber into town pretty often for the convenience. The bus stop is right outside, the tram station is nearby down the hill.

Beautiful view!

The view was amazing and being able to sit out on the veranda and enjoy the view was very peaceful. The room was clean and cute, nice decor. Breakfast was good and the sitting room was lovely. It would have been nice to enjoy a drink in the evening but there was no one there to open the fridge and if you bring your own bottle of wine, you can’t find a bottle opener. It is a long steep walk up the last hill (it is too far to walk from Vieux Ville) and the bus schedule is unreliable so definitely recommend taking an Uber to first get there.

There weren’t really any dividers on the balconies so no privacy if your neighbours happened to be out at the same time. The room was extremely small and we could only open our suitcases on the bed, so when it was time to sleep, we had to pack up our suitcases and put them in the closet. This was a cute old house with zero soundproofing, so if you are a light sleeper, this could be a problem for you.

The view was amazing. The reception staff was very helpful with all the queries. Room was kept clean and tidy everyday

Hotel was outside the main city, so commute was difficult. It would have been nice to have had a kettle to make coffee in the morning. Very small bathroom as well.

Beautiful hotel, very comfortable bed and lovely breakfast. Warm welcome with excellent recommendation of where to enjoy an evening meal. Magnificent views over Nice

Superb

Beautiful and impressive view on the whole city of Nice. The room was very clean, and despite being modest in overall size, very comfortable with lots of storage space. The bathroom was very nice, with close to new appliances.

Parking spots are a little scarce. The sound of the reception and breakfast preparations were very loud in our room, sound protection was not good.

Lovely spot.

The view from the balcony was extraordinary. The room was decorated/furnished tastefully, the bed was very comfortable. The room caught the afternoon sunlight which was lovely. The breakfast in the amazing breakfast room was tasty, the owners very friendly and helpful. There is a bus which stops directly outside the hotel with which it is easy to get to the old town.

We felt welcome and catered for.

Owners we’re exceptional. Really warm and friendly and would go out of their way, assisting with parking for example. Old hospitality values applied to perfection, separating the experience from larger franchised hotels.

Exceptional

Great hotel with very friendly owners. Situated on a hill, with a private terrace allowing to chill in the evening and admire the panorama of Nice. Bus stop is in front of the hotel, but if you enjoy walking, you can easily get everywhere on foot (like we did). Clean and cozy room, tasty breakfasts. Thanks for having us and hopefully until next time!

Exceptional

The attention of the couple that attends is great, they are very nice people and give good recommendations for you to know the city.

When we arrived we climbed many stairs with our suitcases to get to the hotel, quite a few, in a somewhat lonely area, but there is a bus that leaves you right in front, I recommend that before arriving ask the people at the hotel to guide you.

Beautiful place

Incredible view! the room is very nice with its our small terrace with a breathtaking view. Breakfast was also very nice and again with panoramic view!

Lovely stay, would recommend / return.

The staff was super helpful and facilitated a self check-in as I arrived late at night. Great view from the room. Good amentities. AC worked well. Good breakfast. Staff were very helpful in briefing about the surrounding area

The property was difficult to access without a car as on the side of a hill. Had to walk down with luggage as no buses on Sunday and cabs kept cancelling.

+The men from the reception is the best, so professional, helpful and pleasant. He gave us some really good advices as to what to see in Nice. +Great staff, very friendly. +The view from the terrace is awesome. The whole Nice is in full view. Plus you can watch the sun set. +They give you a small card with a brief basic information, like: wifi password, check-in/check out times, breakfast timeframe, pincode to access the building. This is very convenient. +Two kind of breakfast that you can choose to your liking. +Perfume scented shower gel. +Cleanliness +Unlimited access to the dining room +Possibility to buy water and wine at the reception. +Tasty croissants at breakfast.

A real French adventure.

A lovely place to stay, a real French adventure, beautiful room with a stunning view, lovely breakfast and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

My stay was really excellent but I would recommend access to the bevarages fridge ie. water, orange etc. when the reception is out of hours as it's too far to walk if one runs short and its important to have access to fluids especially when the weather is very hot.
