la literie n'est pas adaptée au habitudes francaises

superbe terrasse, c'est vraiment agréable d'etre au rooftop s'il fait beau bon emplacement petit dej OK / bon (mais salle en sous-sol et trop petite) machine expresso dans la chambre

Check in laborieux (long) et ce ne sont pas des lits doubles ou Queen size dans les chambres, ce sont deux lits simples mis cote a cote...avec 2 couettes différentes. On se retrouve donc, en l'absence de draps, et avec cette petite couette, sans rien qui nous couvre dans la nuit si on bouge. Personnellement, ca sera un élément suffisamment ennuyeux pour ne pas revenir dans cet hotel.

Das Hotel würde ich wieder wählen und auch weiterempfehlen.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut.

Im Bett unter der Decke hat sich noch ein Kissen befunden; war es vergessen..sauber....

Zeer goede ligging, lekker ontbijt, kamer gedateerd en prachtige rooftop !

De rooftopbar is prachtig ! Open van 18-22 u Goed ontbijt

Zwembad gesloten, kamers hebben opfrisbeurt nodig (vloerbedekking met vlekken, badkamer)

all in all we enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would stay again

excellent breakfast and very centrally located easy walk to restaurants and night life easy access to main transit also the rooftop restaurant was very pleasant for early evening drinks and views

it's not that I didn't like, but the bathroom sprung a leak that flooded the floor, response to the problem was fairly immediate seemed to be fixed but it flooded again the morning we left, that was really the only glitch plus the lighting

In general it was very good but could be excellent in my opinion with some small amendemebt mentione

Location, cleanliness, cooperative staffs and always smiling. Most parts of the breakfast.

price is a bit high. Blankets need to be at least have a single size, half of your body remained open and uncovered. The fruit juices seemed to be prepared from squash and doesn’t taste fresh.

Agradável, próxima a transportes e conforto.

A cama é super confortável, há muito silêncio no hotel, café da manhã impecável e funcionários super educados :)

Pedimos algumas bebidas no próprio hotel que precisavam de abridor de garrafas e foi bem custoso consegui-lo no hotel. Após as garrafas ficarem vazias, deixamo-nas próximas ao lixo (que estava cheio) e não foram recolhidas até o fim da estadia. No nosso quarto também havia um vazamento no box do chuveiro que só percebemos após um banho um pouco mais demorado pra lavar o cabelo etc.

Es war alles wie erwartet.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral, aber dennoch in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Man erreicht die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten mit einem kurzen Fußmarsch. Das Frühstück war hervorragend, es gab eine große Auswahl. Bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt werde ich sicher wieder dieses Hotel buchen.

Budapest bellissima…. Ma l’albergo ci ha creato molti malumori…. Non ne vale la pena!

La posizione

Le stanze sporche. Il bagno piccolissimo, il lavandino quasi inutilizzabile. Non era possibile abbassare l’aria condizionata quindi le stanze erano soffocanti. Il divano letto era rotto e con tavola di legno sotto la schiena, mancava il materasso e c’erano i chiodi laterali che sporgevano all’esterno. Quando mi sono lamentata perché così non potevo dormire, mi hanno risposto che non si poteva fare nulla per quella notte. Quindi la prima notte non ho dormito. Il giorno dopo mi hanno dato una singola, peraltro sporca, con rimasugli di cibo avariata dentro al cassetto del comodino, e che il giorno seguente non hanno né pulito, nè rassettato. Non hanno fatto alcuno sconto, ci hanno restituito solo 7,50 della tassa di soggiorno ed offerto 3 drink prima di partire. Un prezzo esagerato per un 4 stelle che sembra averne persa almeno una per strada. Pessima esperienza da non ripetere!

Hotelli palveli meidän tarpeeseen hyvin.

Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Näyttävä hotelli hyvillä palveluilla. Rauhallinen mutta hyvä sijainti. Puhtaat käytävät ja huoneet.

Huone oli varattu ja maksettu ennakkoon, kuitenkaan meille ei meinannut löytyä huonetta ja lopulta saamamme huone oli kovasti remontin tarpeessa. Ei vastannut kuvissa esiintyviä huoneita. Tultiin kuitenkin viettämään aikaa kaupunkiin eikä hotelliin joten ei sinänsä haitannut.

Accogliente

Hotel in zona centrale vicinissimo a piedi a molti monumenti e luoghi di interesse. A due passi ben due fermate metro rispettivamente la linea 3 dalla stazione Arany János utca che collega con il nodo metropolitano della stazione Deák Ferenc tèr; e la linea 2 con la stazione di Kossuth Lajos tér che permette di raggiungere la città di Pest, comoda quest’ultima soprattuto se piove 😅. L’hotel President offre una colazione varia e abbondante la mattina che viene servita accanto all’area spa, quest’ultima molto accogliente è dotata di sauna, vasca idromassaggio camerini e docce.

Overpriced, not a 4 star hotel.

Good location near parliament and not far from metro.

Smelly bathroom- maybe an issue with the pipes. There was no minibar as advertised and the refrigerator in the room was hot, not cold at all. Bed not very comfortable. Dated interior and small bathroom.

Really good city centre hotel

Breakfast was very good. Location was central to quit a few tourist attractions. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very little I formation related to the hotel in tbe room e.g. WiFi password, times of facilities.

Location is good, and breakfast and rooftop terrace was unexpectedly good.

My room only had a window on the inside place, ie. you can't look outside. A/C was very loud and woke me up several times during the night.

The stay was fantastic. However, most of the facilities were not working

The rooms and bathrooms were lovely, spacious and comfortable. Along with the staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming then allowed us to check in early. The rooftop has a great view, and the food and drinks are excellent. The sauna and jacuzzi were relaxing, and the breakfast had a lot of variety.

No staff was around the spa reception, we had to ask several times for a locker key to use the spa facilities. Then we had to wait to be allowed in the sauna. Non of the gym equipment and jacuzzi did not work. Along with that, there was also no heating in our room, and the air-con was constantly on, which made us both unwell at the end of our stay.

Room was very nice, roomy and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and well prepared (loved the mini pancakes machine). Location of the hotel is very convenient and staff was very nice to us.

The main pool in wellness was under maintanance, so that was a shame, but otherwise, I was very pleased with our stay.

The jucuzzi was closed even if I got the opposite answer when I asked at the booking. This was one of the main reasons why we chosed this hote.

Terrific location and super friendly staff. Breakfast was the highlight of our stay.

The room was dirty, dated with broken fan, broken counter top, filthy carpet and I had other people's hair in my bed, pillow etc. The room was tiny with no facilities to make boiling water for tea or coffee. Not worth the money paid.
