Spectacular view of the Caldera from our balcony. Very clean room - cleaned every day. Breakfast brought to our balcony every morning at our desired time. Parasol at the balcony, and hot tub that we used in the evenings.
Very nice manager
Everything was ideal.

We loved the location and the host, and the quality and size of the unit.

Location is perfect. It was little bit difficult to find apartment but calling to owner helped that. She told where to go. Local cafe Luno is place to meet :-)
Breakfast was good and served to balcony which was great, but maybe it needs more varieties if you stay longer.

It’s located steps away from the main Oia walking strip. Perfectly located at one end of the walking street away from all the night crowd with uncut view of caldera. Host is really nice, place has all the essentials. Host even gave us house made wine which we enjoyed in our hot tub.

Everything. Brilliant location and views from our hot tub and room. Friendly staff. The breakfasts were amazing.
Our hot tub was fully exposed to the sun so some more shade for it would be all I could suggest.

good walking distance to everything in town. great views! there’s a fridge and full kitchen. staff was very nice and friendly, even provided luggage service. nice to be greeted with a bottle full of wine!
hot tub doesn’t go above 37C. I had a corner sweetheart room so the view was cut off to the left. not much sun due to the permanent cover on top, but it was raining so didn’t matter much. linens were very hard, maybe bc they are hung dried. I didn’t have toilet paper to start with, but then this was fixed. staff hard to fine. I asked for early luggage drop off, but never got
a reply back. No recommendations given.

The accommodations and breakfast were nice. And it was close to the main area
A couple things happened that we were not pleased about . The first night was cold and I tried putting the heat on but the air conditioner was on . I called the manager and she said that the room next to us to our left controlled the temperature and they had the air conditioner on so I requested a blanket . We also lost electricity briefly the first night so we had no cable or internet for the 2 nights we were there . The second night there was a storm and we lost power all night which I can understand but the next morning we found out by the manager that our room and the next room to our right were the only ones that lost power all night . I asked to be compensated and she said we could get the second night free.

Stunning view from a lovely balcony and wide outlook and quiet near the bus stop. Sulla is a helpful host.Generous full breakfast to your room at the requested time. Love the complimentary Santorini red wine.
Coffee could be better. We got a good day out of three with freak rainy May weather. Learn how to survive the bus lack of system unless u want to dig deep for cabs.

nil.
check-in was a pain, the entrace location is at narrow road side, very hard to park car. the property has no porter for luggage, unlike peers. you have to carry them all by yourself to walk down to the hotel.
host was not friendly at all. tv was not working, she promise to have a Engineer to check but no action was taken.
sharp corner under the pillar near the bed is a killer, i injured my toe when wee time i kicked on it for it was on my way to toilet from bed.
the shower head was spilled. everything is running down. it is totally not worth staying.

Dreamy and wonderful. The scenery and the island, and the location of course, but also great hosts.
No complaints whatsoever.

it was at a beautiful spot, lovely view and staff was lovely too.
we went when there was construction going and it started at 8 am was not able to get the good relaxing rest we were looking for. just avoid winter guys and ask if there are any construction going because it was a cave hotel the construction noise was like right outside.

Nice location

It was stunningly decorated inside with beautiful colours and with very unique pieces and art, which made it a so special and one-of-a-kind.
The view across the caldera was absolutely breath-taking, the property is in the perfect position to see the incredible sunsets, the hot tub was a huge treat and worked beautifully to help relax at the end of the day and enjoy the sunsets and see the stars! And the spa-bath inside after a long hike, it was a dream.
The property is in a brilliant location, very close to the bus stop and all amenities. The host was so, so kind and helpful, she could not possibly have done any more to make it the perfect stay, everything was relaxed and her welcome and kindness throughout made the stay even better. This beautiful place really made my time extra special.

The host was extremely rude and inconsiderate. Our visa application did not get processed so we called Angel Cave houses for a partial refund and the host was extremely rude on the phone. There was no need to be rude and condescending, she could have politely refused us. When we asked her to postpone the date for our stay, she asked for a huge amount of extra money. Would not recommend for anyone to stay here due to the terrible customer service.

Great location and close to center. Just four flights of stairs down to the room from the main road. This is good for Oia. Host was helpful and was able to get us a taxi pretty late at night..
Bathroom felt like it was about 50 years old. Not the best smell in the room. We would not have taken the room if any of the bathroom pictures were made available.

The location and view are phenomenal. We stayed in the honeymoon suite and it's basically an entire apartment, very spacious. There is a bedroom with closet, a living room, dining table, bathroom and equipped kitchen, as well as a balcony with an incredible view and a hot tub. The staff is super friendly, Soula was very nice and helpful to us throughout our stay. She helped us arrange pick-up and drop-off to the airport, someone carried our luggage up and down the stairs, and the driver was always on time. We had breakfast on the balcony every morning overlooking the spectacular view. Nothing beats watching the sunset from the hot tub - which was always hot and ready to be used at any time. The location is also perfect: right next to the last spot of Oia where cars can get to, so you don't have to walk much after getting dropped off, and everything in Oia is walking distance, full of restaurants, cafes, stores, and even mini markets to buy food if you'd like. The price of this place is unbelievable, you get the same location and view as the 5 star accommodations that surround it but for a fraction of the price. We absolutely loved our stay and recommend this place for an amazing vacation!
We loved our stay!! But here are a few points for improvement: the bed wasn't very comfortable. The shower situation felt inconvenient to us, as it was a bathtub with a handheld shower head but no curtains or doors, so after you shower the entire bathroom is covered in water. I understand this might be common in Europe, but it was a bit uncomfortable to us. We recommend getting a shower head holder attached to the wall and curtains (which we aaw in other hotels in Europe), that would improve the experience ! The hot tub was private if compared to orher suites that would have people walking through their balconies when entering or leaving the premises, but it wasn't really private per se, since there was another apartment with a hot tub right next to ours without any sort of separation. Other than that, everything was phenomenal, we loved it.

The View was absolutely spectacular and is very close to the road where Taxi/shuttle can drop you off! The room was very quiet and the hot tub provided excellent views as well, but not of the sunset. It is in very close proximity to the Oia pedestrian walk and a small friendly supermarket.
Upon arriving, our private driver called to have someone meet us, as we are told is normal. We waited 15 minutes but nobody arrived. We spent the next 10 minutes walking around Oia looking for the location until we got lucky and found someone who worked there.
Although sizeable, the room itself was very poor. There were markings on the wall, it was extremely outdated (not simply traditional).
The bathroom was in disrepair - in fact there was a rusty nail portruding from the wall that is painful to touch accidentily. No flushing of TP (which is normal) but also no bidet. There is rust and loose metal on the tub. Grout had gone brown.
The TV, while not expected, was a 20 inch tv that barely worked. There was no coffee to make and no front desk anywhere. The bed was extremely tough (and I have travelled the world several times over).
The options for pickup from the port were much higher than what I was quickly able to orginize myself and at this price, I would have expected someone to reach out. They did not.
The veranda provided a 1 million dollar view but is only feet away from another hot tub for the family room - which is very odd for something billed as the "honeymoon suite". A simple barricade would have solved this but the effort was not there.
Im sure I am missing some but just know that I am not new to travel in Greece at all - this one just stood out this much.

Location was good, spacious apt with nice view, hottub on the balcony, complimentary wine. Owner was quite helpful.
Towels were very hard. Matress was quite hard. No storage shelf in the bathroom. Owner was not willing to provide add-on breakfast because we booked non-refundable rate which excludes breakfast.

The view is exceptional and exceeded expectations ! The room space was big and spacious, clean and also well decorated. Lovely wine gift , very thoughtful.
Well located near the hub of Oia shops and stores.
Great facilities to cook with and lovely balcony to dine out on. Breakfast was always on time and I enjoyed the quietness from the busy city.
Beautiful view with ( shared ) hot tub!
The balcony was not very private at all, I wouldn't even call it semi-private. I would have enjoyed a slightly healthier breakfast, sometimes the bread was not fresh. I found the host to be quite dismissive and rude , especially when I said that I preferred to arrange my own method of transport . I expected a better customer service for the value for money that I paid.

The location is just fantastic. The best view in a quieter part of the village but close to all the restaurants and shops. Family run accommodation and their hospitality is second to none.
Spent most afternoons on the balcony just taking in the view - stunning.
We loved the hot tub and the layout of the apartments ensures that you have privacy.
We hope to return someday and would stay here again.

The location of the property is excellent: a close walk to the shops, restaurants and bars. The view of the Caldera sunset from this property is absolutely breathtaking. Sulah (sp?) guided us by telephone to the property - sidebar: hotels are very close to each other and difficult to reach from the main road - be prepared to walk down cobble stoned steps to the property. I dare say it's a small price to pay in exchange for an incredible location and view. Since we were the only guests, we were upgraded to a top floor suite with a private hot tub. Very thankful. If you’re seeking a full-of-life tourist venue I don’t recommend visiting Santorini in late March. They are not prepared for tourists until mid-April. Many of the shops and restaurants were closed. The weather is cooler - which suited us well. The temperature in our suite was pleasant. Sulah brought our breakfast to our room every morning. Overall a very pleasant and good value for money venue.
The hot tub was very loud and seemed to operate 24/7. Whilst we appreciated the warm water but the noise was too disruptive. So we switched it off at the mains and enjoyed the beautiful view, sunset and sounds of nature.
