I think there are 2 locations we stayed in the apartment with the wooden French doors and small kitchen that had a washing machine. It was in the most amazing location gorgeous view from the terrace.
Only downside if you are big large person the shower is tiny great water pressure but very small and washing powder for the washing machine would have been great so we didn’t have to go and find it and buy it.

Good location in the center of Gallipoli, good breakfast
Bathroom facilities and cleanliness

The B&B was very good. The staff was very helpful in giving us directions on where to park our car (big issue in Gallipoli), etc.
The biggest strength of the B&B is the location, very close to the beach, as well as excellent restaurants and main attractions of the old city.
Our apartment was not 100% cleaned when we arrived, but definitely cleaner the next days.
3.5 / 5.0
-The B&B is located in the old city centre, which is nice for a walk, drink, dining, ...
-The breakfast was nice: cake, fruit, yoghurt, foccacia, also lactose-free products.
-The room was cleaned every day & the towels were changed after 2 days.
-The airco could stay on during the day: the room was nice and cool.
- Due to the location of the B&B in the old centre, it was very difficult to park the car. The reception gives you a licence to drop off and load the luggages, but they didn't inform us about that service before arrival. Even though, we asked advice to park the car by message.
Furthermore, because of festivities the road from the new city to the old city was blocked, which made it impossible to park even remotely close. We had to park on a walking distance of 20-35 minutes.
-The bed was uncomfortable (thin mattrass) and the toilet seat would be wet every time we flushed.

Beautifil apartment with (multiple) terraces. Two steps from a nice beach, in downtown Gallipoli. Impressive view from the terrace. You read « suire with terrace », but you have several little terraces and s large one. Very nice.
A minor inconvenience innthe kitchen that the owner immediately took care about.

Very nice apartment in old city, close to restaurants, bars and beach.
Parking is quite difficult (10/15 minutes from apartment), and a part it’s chargeable(around 2€/h) all day long. We had to walk with our luggages (and the dog) as we were not informed about the opportunity to enter in city center to download them (upon prior notice to the hotel).

Our two-night stay at B&B Dimora San Vincenzo in Gallipoli was a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The room we stayed in was spacious, featuring high ceilings that added a sense of openness. We were pleasantly surprised when we received a free room upgrade, exceeding our expectations.
One of the highlights of our stay was the rooftop breakfast venue, offering a stunning view of Gallipoli's historic center. We relished in the peaceful ambiance while enjoying a delicious breakfast. We visited during the spring, which provided a pleasant temperature for dining on the rooftop. However, it's important to note that it may get hot during the summer months.

Good location in the old town, nice breakfast on the roof terrace (terrible coffee though)
Room was huge with high ceiling which I’m sure is lovely in summer but on a cold night in April was impossible to keep warm! Also, shower had terrible pressure and barely worked and toilet didn’t flush

Our rooms where beautiful, very big.
The bathroom was also comfortable.
Lovely location, in the heart of the old town. Loved the breakfast area, balcony on the top of building with a beautiful view of the town.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was not always well stocked, on two occasions when I got to breakfast croissants where gone or fruit was finished and when I asked if I could get some more I was told there wasn't any.

Location is great and not many stairs inside the property
Rooms were basic which was ok but our friends found their room not to be cleaned properly
Breakfast in Italy in general is fairly basic which is totally fine, but the quality was a bit average.
Not specific to the property but parking at the port can be difficult and a good 5min walk to the old town. Best you drop off your bags at the entrance of the town and then drive down to park.
The parking machine don't accept international credit cards and only coins which is a problem. There is a small store near the car park where we purchased some drinks to get some change but not enough to pay for a full day. We only paid for a few hours and stayed the whole day and never got a ticket.

I liked the location, staff was helpful and kind.
The apartment was in the historic centre of Gallipoli so very well located.
Air conditioning.
There is no parking facilities close to the apartment, the closest free one is at least at 400 metres and busy so is not feasible to use the car on daily basis as it is quite stressing to find parking.
The apartment was basic and with just one window on a common small courtyard where the temperature was unbearable, so impossible to use if too hot.
I think it was a bit too pricey.

excellent position and value for money
the breakfast-despite the food being delicious, the quantity was rather limited and the lady serving it seemed rather annoyed by people asking for food. we went for breakfast the first morning at 8.50 and already then no croissants, fruit nor cakes were left eventhough the breakfast is until 10. only when we asked the lady, she placed some more cakes.

Location, bright, recently renovated, cooking facilities, washing machine. Quiet at night. We were in an apartment separate from the hotel itself.
Large roof terrace but with no shade, so not suitable to sit out on. Wifi poor.

The location is ideal and very central in the old town. Our 2 storey apartment was enormous:- 2 bathrooms and 2 large bedrooms , lounge room, large dining room, 2 private decks (1 with view), large kitchen with table, direct access to multiple common roof decks with spectacular panoramic town and ocean views with sun lounges. The staff were very helpful and courteous. The breakfast area also has very good views of the sea over the rooftops.

They say that the car park is available for free nearby but it cost 10 euro all day long

Location is great, right in the old town and super close to the beach and all the restaurants and shops.
Staff was friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was delicious with fresh food and seasonal fruit.
Not much sunlight and air circulation in the bedroom and bathroom.

The building with the caracter. We stayed in a white room that was simple but very nice. Clean. Good communication with a host. The place has a georgeus terrace when you have breakfast (Buffett breakfast - very goog) but it is open all time so you can hang out there in the evening. It has two levels, the upper part is sun deck. The view from the terrace is marvelous. Wish we could stay just a little bit longer to enjoy this terrace more.
It has nothing to do with the place but I just want to warn you that parking in the city is a nightmare. Just be prepared that it can be rally take a longer time to find a parking spot.

Big clean room/bathroom.
Nice breakfast on the rooftop terrace with a sea view.
Good location to explore city. Nice staff.
Parking not included, and hard to find. Need to park outside of center and walk +/-15 mins. The center is not accessible by car.

The hotel is absolutely lovely, well kept and decorated. The breakfast and rooftop areas take the prize for outstanding view in Gallipoli. Staff were lovely, breakfast very food and ample, and the location couldn’t be better. Highly recommend!
3 pieces of advice to the management:
- Electricity should not entirely shut down when the room’s cars is not in the reader - this makes charging equipment while you are away impossible.
- My room was tidied up a bit too late (12-12:30) every day. This should be improved.
- The shared private terrace should be cleaned daily as it was very dirty and meant we were constantly carrying dirt back into our room - this will also make the daily cleaning easier!

Very spacious room in a period style. Breakfast on the rooftop. Hotel in the center of the old town. The establishment itself is beautiful with marble and paintings ...
Impossible to access by car, having to stay in a paying and extremely expensive public car park at the bottom of the old town. But that's what makes the charm of the old town :)
4.5 / 5.0
We loved everything - from breakfast to location, from staff to facilities.
The only thing that might be a problem for some guests is that, since it is in the heart of the city, you can experience noise coming from outside when you are trying to sleep

Everything - comfortable, spacious, silent, perfect position in historical center, powerful WiFi. We had the 6 persons apartment with 120 m2. Perfect for us as a big family, with well equipped kitchen, two terraces (rooftop with great 360 degree view!)
