Big disappointment- huge marketing but low quality

The hotel is situated close to the lake Zegrze which is providing an amazing view.

Compared to the cost of the hotel for two nights 1740 zl with only breakfast, and considering that this is a four stars hotel this is my biggest disappointment in Poland since I live here for six years. No amenities at all, only body wash and hand soap. You have to pay extra for the kids club, no decks to rest at all in the swimming area, no coffee machine only instant coffee and boiling pot, the lunch was horrible, we could barely eat anything and they still requested us to pay the full buffet cost, staff never asked us how satisfied we are not even at check out time.

The hotel is surrounded by green area and with private beach

The hotel allows dogs to stay in rooms but I couldn't enter restaurents and beach with a dog.

very good for weekend runaway.

It was weekend and they had many additinol activities for kids free. even they called civil defence and fire fighters they were in the hotel to train the kids. all activities were perfect.

i cannot say i didn't like but i can say will be nice if they have more tatesty food will be nice, but it is difficult to find open buffet hotels. pool is indoor, if they will have a outdoor pool in the future will be good for summer days escape, or even if the pool with warm water, can i go every weekend during the winter.

It’s a well maintained facility where you can get to spa or swimming pool without leaving the building, which is convenient. Also you have both shower and bath tube in the room. The best for me was that I could open the windows or leave balcony door half open for the night instead of aircon.

I stayed just for one night and it was not critical to me, but having simple amenity kit would be nice, there was only all-in-one shampoo and body wash in the room, no body lotion for instance.

There was no toothpaste or lotion in the room for 115 euros a night, which was very unpleasant. I couldn't even think of such a thing and didn't bring any supplies with me. Other 4* hotels always have such little things. At breakfast, two of the three coffee machines were broken and it took 10 minutes to queue for coffee.

the facility is nicely integrated into the nature, the breakfast menu is good, the space of the whole hotel is comfortable, the pool and spa is added value

the lightening of the restaurant is depressing and the colours of the furniture too monotone. not all the staff speaks english, the communication is oftern challenging

This blond girl at the fitness, pool, aqua park was very cold and awful..... I told her thank you twice and she barely reacted....she acted like she didn't want to be there. She made us feel guilty for even making a request...... The only thing that wasn't her fault was that there were no towels available all 3 days.

moderately pleasurable but needs a lot of staff training to attract the international travelers.

size , facilities and choice of food

almost most staff could not speak fluent English. restaurant staff was the worst. I was wrong that I booked the best hotel around modlin airport thinking it was going to be international but it was far from that.

Definitely a must stay! Great retreat.

Breakfast was really good (the options and cooking quality). The room was quite big for being the cheapest option. The aqua-park is the only reason why the hotel is rated 8.1 instead of the deserved 9.3 (at least). It was somewhat crowded for a Tuesday evening in off-season, but I’d take it as a pleasant bonus rather than a reference for rating the hotel. I guess the hotel’s ratings would improve if they offered the rooms for 30% less and offer the option to go to the pool for an extra price; that way guests rate the hotel only rather than the overall experience.

The dinner was somewhat expensive (100 zlot/ person for the eat anything is more than I’d expect). Also the staff was slightly less “welcoming” but probably because it was later in the evening and they might’ve been dealing with a problem so just were concentrated.

The overpriced hotel desperately needs some renovation

The hotel wants to be premium, but not quite get there. The territory is green and nice. Breakfast was great. The view from our balcony also was awesome. Location near the river makes it even nicer.

Starting with an unpleasant guy in reception who hasn't told us anything, silently gave us room cards (and then we spend 15 min looking for our room). The hotel needs some good renovation. The room was ok overall, but not for this money, not clean and the balcony chairs were a joke, cant believes I saw this in a “premium” hotel with this price for the room. Also not recommended is Yacht Club restaurant - expensive but poor quality, worst cocktails I’ve tried.
