Great stay, wish the bathroom were updated

We looooved how spacious it was in the premium twin room. Beds and views were so comfortable, perfect for unwinding after a long day. We also had a lot of space for opening and packing our luggage. We also saved a lot of time on washing our clothes once we get back home considering how we had a washing machine all to ourselves in the room. There was a bottle of detergent free to use in the room, too! The area was lovely, too. A few steps away from a great cafe and very accessible to Omotesando and Harajuku if you're after shopping in these areas.

The only thing we wished we could change was the bathroom. I've seen other comments mention it and it's true it's quite dated. We always look forward to using the toilets in our hotels so this one was a little disappointing. Every time we opened the bathroom door we could smell some faint unpleasant smell, maybe it's the plumbing or that the bathroom is a little old. Fortunately all the fixtures in the bathroom was working well so we didn't have a problem using the facilities. We do hope you update the bathrooms.

Very comfortable, great location!

Comfortable, cosy room with a lovely view of the city lights. Just right for what I needed. Enjoyed the central location - right next to the Ginza line which was very convenient.

Didn't opt for breakfast but it didn't look like anything special. Think I was better off getting breakfast from the local convenience shops.

Creepy, dirty, cheap and not good enough.

it was cheap, hotel staff ok, helped to call taxi, held our luggage.

CEMETARY outside when looking down, so it was very creepy, we had to keep the bathroom light on. STAINS on carpets, also looked dirty like it needs deep cleaning, the washer dryer machine was not effective everything takes too long to dry even if i put 5 t-shirts needs like 3hours... also there were huge dust piles around the machine and when it was on, it made the room smelly. The head of bed is against the COLD WINDOW, the door is directly across from the bed so the energy of the room is not good. The AIR CON STINKS every time turned on & can see it is dusty. the small air con unit is also directly across the bed so you can get sick from beathing it so closely. They only clean the room once a week, but you can get new towel and rubbish collection daily. We won't come back; we will save more money and stay in a nicer hotel next time.

Quiet location, room is bit small, staff are helpful

- Hotel is located in a quiet area, train station (Gaiemmae) orange line is 2 minutes away which can get you easily to Shibuya and Shinjuku - A few supermarkets and cafes around which is very convenient - Room is small but it was clean - Washing machine in room (wash & dry) was very helpful and solved the problem of worrying about the laundry.

- Mild unpleasant smell in bathroom but it was not too bad. - Room is small, it should be OK for a solo traveler with a small luggage but if you are a couple with big luggage you might struggle to manage the space.

Worst experience

This was the worst hotel I've ever been in! The staff was rude and not helpful. they truly made everything difficult and hard. The room was super small and very dusty. The bed was broken. The smell from the AC was horrible. I'm not recommending this place at all. I want my money back.

Excellent hotel in a great location of Tokyo.

Excellent location in a lovely (not hectic) part of Tokyo. Rooms were very spacious, clean and had a fantastic view. Loved having a washing machine in the room and free 24 hr tea, coffee and toiletries at reception. Close to cafe’s, shops and transport. Stayed at a Tokyu Stay Hotel in Kyoto and was equally impressed. Highly recommend this hotel.

Reception on 14th floor was a little strange but not too bothersome.

部屋に洗濯機・電子レンジがついてるだけの、値段の高いビジネスホテル。

ロケーションは良い。高層階だったので、見晴らしは良い。部屋に洗濯機・電子レンジがあるので、数日の滞在には便利。近隣に成城石井があり簡単に食事を買って部屋で済ませる分には便利。

朝食は、値段設定が高い割には、ビジネスホテルによくある1000円程度の朝食と、全く同じか種類が少ないので、コスパは悪い、パンの種類も少ない。楽しみにしない方が良い。

Walkable and Convenient Location

The bed was comfortable, AC worked fantastically. Loved the deep bathtub and washer/dryer combo. The view was lovely and the staff were extra helpful (and communicated in English with us).

It was almost out of our price range. Wish they had some free breakfast options.

Superb

This is our second time staying at this hotel. I love the neighbourhood so much. The view of the room is perfect and the room is like a tiny house. you have everything, kitchen, washing machine having the drying function.

Great place, excellent location very close to the subway, nice staff. I highly recommend it.

I loved this place, it’s beautiful and from my room I had a beautiful view of the city. Everything was clean, the staff was very nice and spoke English (I’m Italian and I don’t know Japanese). The location is great, it’s super close to the subway station and there’s everything you need in the area.

Great Tokyo location

Amazing location. The rooms are small but extremely comfortable. Walking distance to Omotesando, Harajuku & Shibuya. Lots of restaurants in this location. Underground is a short walk from the hotel.

The breakfast was simple but OK. I wouldn't add it again as there are options close to the hotel.
