Location and friendly staff .. great sauna also .
Loved everything

Hotel Le Vanessa is a delight! Incredibly wonderful, helpful staff at the front desk, dining room, and bar.
If only the lobby and bar had more alpine charm!
3.0
A few members of staff were exceptional and kind, in particular the driver who was always willing and friendly and very helpful .
Everything was substandard, food overcooked and poor attention to detail. The manager was appalling, unfriendly, incompetent and rude and her attitude permeated everywhere. She should not be in a front of house position and she defended the behaviour of a highly abusive mysogenistic receptionist and then made no effort to make amends in anyway . The decor is tired and the whole place is overpriced and doesn’t come close to other hotels and restaurants in Verbier .The spa was dirty and often not switched on . The towels were old and room facilities and bathrooms disappointing.

Room really outdated.

Warm, friendly staff. Very well renovated rooms. Nice choice at breakfast. Accommodated an early breakfast for those starting the Tour des Stations bike event.

Location is very central, yet the room is very quiet, with an unbeatable vew to the beautiful village. Staff members are super friendly and happy to assist in anyway . They even have a free shuttle service.
Breakfast is very good.
The Wi-Fi was very weak, no connection in the room most of the time. But this was the only drawback.
8.0
The breakfast was a buffet style and very good. Breakfast staff were also attentive and polite
For a lovely, perfectly situated hotel with fantastic staff I felt it was let down by two things. The first was the bathroom/shower room was very small. Secondly the V Brasserie was incredibly expensive with little atmosphere as not many ate there, only ate there once. The evening menu needs re thinking so it appeals to more people then it might get a better attendance creating a good atmosphere.

Good breakfast but our room was terrible location, right by noise lift and stairs!

location
The bathroom was extremely dark which is shocking b/c women need to put on makeup and everyone needs to see in the shower. I almost slipped in the shower twice b/c there is NO light in the shower which is a huge liability. I told the manager & staff who didn’t seem to care. I’m an attorney so I’m surprised this is allowed to continue. it’s only about time when someone is seriously injured in the bathroom due to lack of lighting.

Pleasant and cool design throughout. Spacious room, good size boot room. Fantastic shuttle service to and from ski lifts.
No complaints at all.

A return to the Vanessa after 12 years, a much needed renovation and upgrade has really improved the rooms and public areas.
Efficient, well trained and welcoming staff
Supper clean room
High quality bed linen with a very comfortable bed
Lovely Sunny balcony with a great mountain view.
The location is great although close to the centre of the village it is slightly tucked away from the road so nice and quiet.
The owners actively run the hotel which is so nice to see, and I’m sure is why the hotel has such a high standard.
Good breakfast although didn’t eat in the restaurant at night.
The bathroom was quite tight
The bar and lounge area are very quiet and lack atmosphere, hence we went out for drinks and dinner. (This is not a criticism, we just prefer somewhere a little more lively at night)

Poor breakfest.
To Expensive for the value

excepcional family room
restaurant could be more welcoming

Charging for water in the room is outrageous - it should be free in a hotel of this standard.
