Location is central to college and restaurants

We stayed at this property for 3 weeks. The day before our arrival, a very significant tornado tore through Tallahasee leaving behind major destruction and most of the area without power. Casey and her husband Chris communicated with us often as we were driving, letting us know that their home was without power. They called hotels in the area which were all booked or they were also without power. Then they brought over a generator and got the place cool and enough lighting for us to get our stuff in, showered and ready for bed. Really, really appreciated the effort they did to accommodate us after a long drive from Illinois to Kentucky and then on to Tallahasee. Power came on late the next day so we were able to settle in without any issue after that. The house is very clean, well maintained, amply supplied with dishes and cookware and nice towels and bedding. The yard with the pool and covered deck were great and relaxing to sit around every day. I also worked remotely the whole time I was there. Set up in the dining room with a very comfortable chair and was able to work easily during my stay. Can't say enough about Chris and Casey, the hosts, great people. Highly recommend this property.

I highly recommend this rental. The house is very comfortable and clean. The backyard was spacious and beautiful. We brought dogs along and they immediately felt at home as well. The neighborhood is calm and quiet but close enough to Uber out to anywhere you may want to go in town. Did I mention the water pressure? These showers are amazing! Will definitely try to book again next time we visit.

Our extended family was in FL so we spent a relaxing weekend visiting our daughter in Tally. We had plenty of room to spread out but enjoyed coffee and meals outside, lounging around the pool, and games at the large dining room table. Casey was awesome and super accommodating we can’t wait to return!!!!

Throughout our stay we continually said, “this place is fantastic!” The home is cute and quirky in the best way and close to everything we needed. My parents stayed with us and we had plenty of room (5 adults). Overall impressions: extremely clean and comfortable- nice towels & bedding, complete kitchen. We had several family meals and had everything we needed. Casey and Chris were just like the house- fantastic! Our plans changed a little and they made it seamless. Only downside for us is that we didn’t find this sooner. It’s a perfect place for families visiting Tallahassee.

The house is more beautiful than the photos show, comfortable, clean and with everything you need to enjoy a quiet and wonderful stay. The hosts were very friendly and always ready to quickly answer any questions or concerns. Without a doubt, a fantastic option to stay in a group and enjoy a quiet atmosphere just 10 minutes from college.

We found everything to be perfect for a visit with our college student. Quiet neighborhood, close to restaurants, college and stadium. A very well kept property and the house is clean and comfortable. Pool and grill made it feel like home. We certainly will be going back for the next (4) years!

We had a great time! The house was beautiful, and so relaxing. Outside by the pool, and under the gazebo, was great! There was just enough breeze to keep the heat from being too much. And watching all the squirrels playing in the back when we weren’t out there was fun too! The hosts were wonderful, answered quickly, and were extremely nice! Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

Second time staying here and have already booked more dates. Location, space, amenities, hospitality...!!! Casey and Chris keep this property in top shape and is our de-facto home away from home in Tally when visiting our son at FSU.

Big pool
We enjoyed this spacious 3 bedroom house with 2 living areas on a fairly quiet, mature treed street. The pool was lovely. But most of all we appreciated the friendly and gracious hosts, Casey and Chris who attended to our needs in a timely manner. Would highly recommend this property.

Family time at FSU
Wow!!! pretty much sums things up here. We came in for about 10 days to visit our son who is a junior at FSU. The property was perfect for having other family members pop into town for a night here or there. Great layout overall and loved the very secluded pool area which was a huge bonus. Casey and Chris were awesome to work with and extremely available as needed. We will be back for sure. Thank you...!!!

Fantastic stay in a great neighborhood
We loved our stay at this clean and comfortable home. The beds were very comfortable and I loved the beautiful matching white quilts.
The pool was marvelous after a long car ride. We appreciated the pool toys and goggles. We loved the secluded private backyard. I greatly appreciated the main floor laundry and put the iron to good use.
Chris and Casey were very responsive to our questions during our stay. I highly recommend staying here and we will be back again.

Exceptionally clean home in a quiet neighborhood! Every thing was perfect we could not have asked for a better stay. The pool was very relaxing, just what we needed before starting our way home from a long weeks travel. The hosts were a pleasure to communicate with. Hope to return one day. 🙂

This was an exceptional experience from start to finish!! The house was amazing. It had all of the comforts of home and was clean and completely comfortable! Casey communicated with us before, during and after our stay and we could not have asked for a better host! The house was well stocked with toilet paper, towels, and anything else we needed. The pool and backyard area were private, quiet, and a great place to relax and unwind.
We barely used the bonus living room area. The house had more than enough space for us and was conveniently located to food options.
We are hoping to stay again very soon. Thank you so much for a fabulous few days!!

Perfect family stay
This house was lovely for a graduation and Air Force commissioning weekend with family. Outdoor space is perfect for relaxing and home has everything you need. Owners were terrific to communicate with for any questions. Would definitely stay again.

Great Tallahassee pool home!
We rented this house to enjoy with our kids over spring break. The house was great! Very clean, spacious, all necessary amenities, close to town and restaurants and in a quiet neighborhood. Our biggest draw to this house was the pool for our kids and it was wonderful!! The owners were very friendly and professional and very prompt with responding to messages. All check in and leaving information was done online and very user friendly! I would high recommend this house for anyone looking in the Tallahassee area! We thoroughly enjoyed it!!

This is a great property. Big, clean, comfortable, cool. We stayed two months for work and Chris&Casey were great hosts. Location is a few mins from central Tally but the flip side is a huge space with lots of room to spread out and enjoy some downtime by the pool. Highly recommended!
