Exceptional Stay at Sunrise Mamlouk Hurghada

recently had the pleasure of staying at Sunrise Mamlouk Hurghada, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. A special thank you to Fadia, our booking ambassador, who was incredibly helpful and ensured our stay was seamless. Her attention to detail and dedication to guest satisfaction truly stood out. I would also like to extend my gratitude to the following staff members for their excellent service: Alaa Khaled Abdelrahman Saber Sherief Salem Ahmed Salah Mohamed El Soghayar Mostafa Abdou Mr. Mahmoud Adawy Ahmed Zaky Each of them went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Their commitment to excellence is commendable. The hotel itself was perfect in every way. The facilities were immaculate, the food was delicious, and the overall ambiance was delightful. Tolles Resort mit herausragendem Internet!

Schön angelegtes Resort mit vielen blühenden Pflanzen/Palmen und großen Poollandschaften. Das Zimmer 32202 hatte keinen Mangel und wurde bestens täglich gereinigt. Vor allem aber das super tolle Internet! Egal von welcher Stelle im Resort, es war immer voll nutzbar! Habe sowas in Ägypten noch nie erlebt! Schön war auch die Nutzung aller verschiedenen Restaurants (ohne Aufpreis mit der All inclusive Buchung).

Die Liegen am Strand/Pools waren ohne Auflagen. Nicht besonders gemütlich, trotzdem schon früh morgens reserviert. Ein wirkliches Ärgerniss! Kann jedoch ebenso wenig abgestellt werden, wie das Lauern vom Personal auf Trinkgeld.

Hospitality represented mainly by lena ... I would like to thank her .. she was like our tour guide, facilated everything for us .. responds to any question by WhatsApp within minutes.. All u have to do if u want anything just ask lena .. My daughter will never forget her they became friends, I would like also to thank Rimoun from gamila restaurant, very nice and gentleman. Also Mahmoud from reception for facilitating check in within minutes.. Sunrise mamlouk may be not the perfect hotel but u will feel perfection in everything when u deal with the staff and sense their hospitality ..,

This hotel is a very good option for families with small children.

Very welcoming and useful staff, good and diverse food including children’s menu, beautiful territory and buildings, main and additional restaurants and bars, clean rooms, cosy, convenient and well-maintained beach, clean public restrooms at the beach and swimming pool, location not far from the airport.

Accepted but could be better

I liked thier hospitality and everybody tried to be nice and polite with you starting by the good reception and housekeeping, the pools were also variable and suitable for every age ,the shared aquapark with sunrise Garden was not large but accepted and my room location was nearby as I requested.

The quality of extra beds would have been better, it was metallic ,uncovered and got broken at first day with unsafe projections like fork, the food also was under my expectations, especially salads and fruits were bad and cuisines were not that variable and almost very few fresh juices.

Amazing, Delightful, Enjoyable

The restaurants are very good, especially the à la carte restaurants (Firda-Mexican, Manzoku-Asian are really good) also very delicious desserts/pastries in the main restaurant as well. The pools are mostly clean and the pool bar is quite enjoyable We had a really good time and fun. I only visited the beach once unfortunately but that one time was even special because it was quite enjoyable I had an amazing experience, fun, and photos and I also enjoyed the swings by the beach bar as well 😊

It's really nothing to make a fuss about but if you do like coffee, especially espresso and espresso/milk-based drinks I can tell you it doesn't taste good 😀. However compared to the overall experience this is nothing and I am just mentioning it for the sake of sharing the full experience as it was.

It is the fourth year in row, I stay in this hotel. Every thing is perfetc, in terms of food variety and quality, activities, and cleaningness. And the most important point is that the staff are very fiendly and helpful. Special Thanks to Mr. Abdo from the animation team, who was supporting and helping us during the entire time period of our stay.

Awesome Family vacation

Everything was great, starting from the check in and all through the vacation. Staff was lovely and helpful, all facilities were great, We tried Mexican and Italian restaurants and both were lovely, and the main restaurant was also very good. Room was clean, and wifi in every place " room , pool, lobby, beach " The heated pools and the aquapark were lovely too. The animation team was very friendly. We enjoyed our stay very much. Highly recommended for a memorable vacation

Amazing resort, 5 stars without any doubt. Beautiful territory, super clean. A lot of entertainment. The animation team are real pros. Very talented guys, you will never get bored, at the same time they don't bother you if you want to relax in peace. Special thanks to Yulia and Kesha who also took care of the kids, they are very kind and friendly, our daughter was happy. Very good food, always fresh and the choice is huge. The room cleaning also in a very high level. The wifi is very very good even for video calls. We definitly will be back.

Comfortable 5 night stay for couple in Hurghada

The hotel is exactly as shown in all photos The room was very spacious and clean with daily room service Friendly and helpful staff at reception and restaurants Overall very comfortable stay and very relaxing location There is a large variety of food at the buffet every day for breakfast lunch and dinner There are shops inside the resort but make sure to bargain their prices Spa massage on resort is excellent There is an aquapark enjoyable by both kids and adults The ocean bay was nice with lots of beach chairs There is a regular and heated pool

The alcoholic drinks and cocktails were not good Large marketing team on the resort makes it hard to enjoy the peace- Although you can obtain a red flag from towel service to put on your beach table so they won't disturb you A LA carte restaurants were not good-I recommend eating at the main buffet restaurant which does not require reservation. The entertainment team can sometimes be a bit too much in the main terrace. There was ongoing maintenance at the hotel which made it a bit noisy and blocked off certain areas. Our building was in a good location onthe resort overlooking the pool right in the middle however certain buildings are situated across/ behind the main terrace stage which make for a noisy night due to music and performances also beach view apartments are very far from the rest of the hotels amenities as the beach is at the tail end of the resort
