Good place to stay for families, a bit isolated with mediocre food options

Layout with the pool is great. Balcony views were great. Staff was friendly. Kid / family friendly. They replaced our fridge when the original wasn't working and after the repairman couldn't fix it. The jungle concept in the middle of the rooms is nice and removes excess noise.

The property is somewhat dated and some of the restaurants (Champions) and the gym feels like its stuck in 1990. It's quite obvious that it hasnt had a major renovation in 5+ years. The restaurants on site are mediocre and overpriced. All really good restaurants are minimum 10 Uber away. In general, the hotel is far from the interesting part of Puerto Vallarta (El Malecon and Zona Romantica). The ocean near the beach is not really swimmable as the water is not clear and there are salt water crocodiles in the area. Maybe they could have cordoned off an area for the hotel guests? And finally, the hotel touts its sustainability all over the place but it's a sham - they have organic and inorganic recycling bins all over the property but no trash cans so people throw their trash in the recycling bins and the staff throw away all the recycling. Even though we separated our recycling in our toom, we saw on multiple occasions cleaners would just dump all of it in the trash.

We had a wonderful time with family at this location.

Nice amenities. We had 4 rooms and they were all clean and maintained well.

Most balconies had flowers in their flower boxes, ours was bare dirt.

A fantastic family oriented hotel . No music at the pool sums it up. A restful vacation.

From the beginning of checking in till leaving six days later it was superb. Excellent service . This is a 5-star oriented hotel. Staff welcoming and helpful. The restaurants did not disappoint as well as the attention to detail with the pool area . Coming back next year for spring break and bringing friends. The value is too good to resist.

Fue una experiencia regular.....y costoso para lo que pague.

Piscina y Habitacion. La vista no fue la esperada.

Mal servicio en recepcion, ya que no cumplen lo que dicen para la facturacion....Una vez cobrado todo....a batallar para conseguir dicha factura. La comida no es de buena calidad para el costo que pago. Te cobran todo????.....y muy costoso...comparado a otros hoteles Resort....sus instalaciones no cumplen las expectativas.

Buen lugar, pero extremadamente caro para cualquier servicio extra del hospedaje.

Las instalaciones son muy bonitas

El excesivo costo de cualquier servicio extra a la habitación. Te rentan camastros en la alberca aunque estén desocupados, sus restaurantes son muy costosos. El servicio de mini bar en la habitación es exagerado el costo, hasta un 300% mas caro.

Bien por una parte mal por cierto personal

El area de la alberca está muy bien, cuentan con un club kids el cual durante mi estancia fue gratis y me encantó el trato hacia mis hijas por parte de las encargadas de dicho club

A excepción de la concierge, la niñera y recepción el demás personal se porto un poco especial como por ejemplo la Sra de la limpieza nunca relleno los jabones, shampoo, etc al solicitar apoyo con unas pilas para el control de la televisión me dijeron que no subirían a mi habitación y al bajar por ellas sin problema me dijeron de Recepcion que hubiese llamado para no bajar, en algunos buffets como el de desayunos pareciera que a la sra responsable de servir algunos desayunos te estaba haciendo un favor gratuito por el precio que paga uno por persona se me hace una falta de respeto y la otra es que ahora todo sugieren una propina y si no quieres el trato es muy diferente

Nice location, well maintained resort at a reasonable price.

I liked the location where the Hotel was located in an upscale neighborhood and across the street from a golf course. The food at the all hotel restaurants were all very good and the prices were reasonable. I would book a stay there again if I am returning to that area of Mexico.i

It would have been nice to have a free Airport shuttle since it's very close to the Airport.

Really nice hotel, good location at marina & beach

Just a good hotel, clean rooms, comfortable beds, nice staff. Not the 'big hotel' feeling like most hotels in Cancun. Good big breakfast buffet.

Some parts of hotel could be updated bit, beach front cantina could be more authentic in Mex food instead Tex mex. In the other hotel restaurant really good ceviche.
