Tiene muy buena ubicación
Es muy viejo y sus instalaciones carene de mantenimiento. El hotel no cuenta con aire acondicionado por lo que tienes que abrir las ventanas y entran mosquitos.

Good Price and great location
It was not so clean and hot water on the shower sometimes didn’t work well
5.0 / 10.0
Situated well, maid was very friendly when we saw her
- stains on sheets and towels, kept having foreign hair in the room and bathroom
- internet was horrible, wanted to watch a movie and couldn’t stream a minute without buffering, needless to say worthless for some work
- room was heated to an oven due to direct sunlight during most of the day. No AC but a ventilator that sounded like an airplane and didn’t help much
- mechanism supposed to keep the window open was too old so window kept closing
- was raining quite heavily once and water came through the old window
- staff mostly ignored guests coming into the hotel, when checking in we told the lady that we don’t speak much Spanish and didn’t understand what she just said and she just kept speaking Spanish at the same speed
- toilet flush didn’t work a couple of times and shower head was dripping thereby making the bathroom floor wet
- had a door to the neighbors room which was super thing so we could hear every word
- everything is pretty old
- definitely not coming back and looking for alternatives when coming to Puebla again

Good staff
First night they charged US$38 and the second night they charged $US56. They should have given me the Internet rate both nights.

Very old, cramped bathroom. The pool could also do with being updated.

There was a mosquito which bothered me for sleeping

lovely staff, comfortable bed, good aircon, the pool was a wonderful perk too

Very close to restaurants, quiet park-like setting. We even walked to the historic centre which is a few kilometers away. Room was mostly clean, the floor left our feet dirty, but quiet and comfortable.
The weekend staff, with the exception of the gentleman that parked our vehicle, were unfriendly and made me feel uncomfortable. Upon arrival, we felt as if we were interrupting them. After that, they did not wish to interact with us for even a hello or good morning.

I like the location and the area. It was walkable to the historic center and lots of restaurants in the area. The hotel was older but well designed. The room was airy and bright and there was a maid/service people when needed. There was also valet parking.
I didn't like the way there were extra charges for my pet when using booking.com. when I booked I expected more value for my money. It was a comfortable hotel but a little pricey for what you get.

The parking was big and comfortable
The bathroom wasn't clean enough. The room smelled from the kitchen. Booking upgraded us and the hotel downgraded us because we had a dog.The hotel feels old and not clean.

The staff were really nice and accommodating.
The building itself is old, and it seems like it needs a lot of upgrades, we traveled during December and it was very cold. The rooms did not have AC/Heater and they were freezing. We were provided extra blankets which helped, but we were not very comfortable, also the bathrooms are small and the water leaked from the WC tank. But for the price, it's a pretty good deal. We ended up changing hotels because we were staying for 5 days, but if it's a short trip on warmer days it's definitely a good place.

More outlets per room and water was only warm

I like the hotel location and quality of the amenities, also the price was adequate, I am not sure if I took an offer but it was a great price for the level of comfort I get. Also the hotel is very well located near to many night bars and restaurants.
I don't have any complain, for the hotel, maybe the weather because I couldn't enjoy the pool. It was cold.

Great prices, clean facilities
No a/c only a fan in the room, wish I knew before I booked that the hotel rooms have no a/c. Big disappointment and the ceiling fan was loud, obnoxious, you couldn't put it on high speed because it would continue to rattle and sounded like horses hoofs on cobblestones. To think this is Mexico in 2022 and we have hotels in major cities qith no a/c.

shower and toilet not work good
7.0 / 10.0
Location was good, bed was comfy, bathroom okay
Noisy hallway, we heard doors slamming all the time from 5 am till our check out
Poor lighting in our room, at least two light bulbs were burned
Rooms smelled bad due to humidity and old upholstery
Rooms had windows with gaps that let cold air in, A/C would be a better option because it can be adjusted
Breakfast was not included

Room clean and comfortable, good price, private parking and distant 20 minutes walking from Paseo Bravo and 40 from Zocalo. Been there for the 5 de mayo celebrations and was great!

Not much except the price. It was loud, location was too far from the center.
The bathroom was terrible. The beds were extremely uncomfortable.

Clean, quiet location, hot shower, elevator.
Adjoining door in my room, I heard my neighbour alarm then on a phone call at 3am. Recommend not giving this room to guest who request a quiet room.

The staff were friendly
They should improve the lighting in the rooms, ventilation (rooms don't hace AC or a proper fan) and shower curtains and space as well
