Relaxing, convenient, quiet, clean, friendly
the staff are amazing, the valet was more then helpful, they greeted us every time we entered or left the hotel, always offering assistance.
the internal restaurants were very quiet, post covid, so nothing personal,

The location of the hotel is good.
The facilities were kind of outdated, though its a 5 star hotel. Everything was Ok, but too worn out. The men shower in the swimming pool wasn't working. I told it to a staff, they just smiled to me as they knew about it already but no action.

Horrible customer service, rude manager, good room.
It was like entering in a 1920's hotel, the room was very spacious, with a bathtub and a shower.
The hotel did not serve breakfast. They insisted our reservation was without breakfast but the reality is that this wasn't being served. They were very rude and dismissive when I asked them to honor our reservation (including breakfast). They blamed bookingl.com for giving us the wrong reservation. Some of the lighting in the room lacked bulbs. Not everything was opened. The jacuzzi was partially working, one sauna not working. There is an unattended temperature check upon entering the hotel. During all of our stay, nobody was checking or monitoring the equipment... and we are in the middle of a covid outbreak in Hanoi.
