Rundum zufrieden.

Location wonderful view, food was amazing, staff is exceptional you can feel it is a family business.
We tested to rooms, in one room the mattress to soft. In the suite it was perfect.
What would make the buffet even more enjoyable would be to label the meat (beef, pork, chicken, turkey...)

Thank you, it went great.
We celebrated our wedding anniversary during our trip. A big thank you to the hotel staff, they had taken this into account and a bottle of sparkling wine and roses were waiting for us when we arrived at the hotel.
In addition, it should be mentioned that the view from the hotel room to Lake Garda was amazing
p.s.
The cleaning was handled in an exemplary manner.

Location and view from the terrace were magnificent. Parking spaces with shade. We got an upgrade to suite so very positively satisfied.
More personal approach to breakfast, without the machines for coffee and juice.

The panoramic view is magnificient, the bedrooms have lovely balconies overlooking the bay. The apartments are super spacious and the staff is welcoming and friendly.
I think the restaurant could offer a more local and Italian selection.

Beautiful view on the lake and located centrally alongside the west side of the lake. You can easily take a ferry to visit the other side of the lake and it only takes 20 minutes. Dinner is also great as you can choose between various meals: different types of pasta, soup, meat and fish. There are lot of facilities like the swimming pool, spa facilities, gym, tennis court.
We booked a stay that included breakfast and dinner. At breakfast it is a pity there isn’t fresh orange juice or coffee. We also needed to pay for water during dinner which doesn’t seem fair to us because you can drink water, coffee and tea for free during breakfast. The room had recently been renovated but there are still some important details that needed to be done like putting a main light in the bathroom (only 3 small LED spots above the sink lightened up the room), the door of our room did not close well and the flow of the airconditioning was headed to the bed instead of the walls to keep the cold air from you while sleeping. At the bottom of the shower there were also blacks spots on the walls so it wasn’t cleaned intensively. At last we would recommend to offer water and coffee on the room as there’s no minibar. As for hospitality, we felt welcome at first as the lady at the reception desk showed us our room. However, all members of the hotel staff greeted and talked to us in German while we told them several times we didn’t speak German at all. Even when we told them we understand Italian and we could also speak Italian, they kept talking in German which offended us. During check-out the reception lady didn’t ask about our stay and when we brought up the negative points, she didn’t pay attention to it and we were just asked to pay. We therefore feel that this hotel was once a warm and friendly Italian hotel that is now rather a 3 star than a 4 star hotel.

Location is amazing, breakfast and dinner really good and the staff is super friendly.

Views from the bedroom and public areas are stunning. Food choices for evening meal were good and very tasty. Staff were polite and helpful. The facilities at the hotel are excellent - large swimming pool, tennis, bar, restaurant etc. There was free parking on site (you need a car to get here). It’s a 20 minute walk up a very steep lane to the village above we’re there are shops, bars, cafes and a small supermarket.
Things felt a bit ‘tired’ around the hotel. Lights that didn’t work or strangely a light that stayed on all day. The shelf above the sink in the bathroom was not fixed to the wall properly so things kept falling off of it. It took more than 5 minutes for hot water to come through the shower one morning so we had to start the shower well in advance of needing it. Queues at the coffee machines in the morning for breakfast could be frustratingly long.

Lovely hotel with spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Lots of choice for breakfast and a wonderful pool area aswell! We had a great stay and would definately choose this hotel again! Location is really pretty with amazing views, definately need car if you want to explore further afield though!
Tea/Coffee making facilities in the room would be a great bonus!

Great view on the lake (with rooms with partial lake view). They have a separate vegetarian dinner menu, which was creative and good. The pool was nice.
The bathroom was old and the shower had cold water for a while until it turned warm.

The view from the accomodation, the dining area and the rooms is breathtaking, the hotel is at a quite high altitude, so the view is excellent. Since the building is on a mountainside, the lobby is the 0th floor and the rooms are down below. The room size was adequate, it was very clean, they cleaned it every single day. The breakfast is self-serving, there is a wide range of food products of every kind, anyone can find whatever they would need for a good breakfast. The dinner concept was a bit odd for us, because there is a buffet with salads, breads and then comes a 2-meal dinner that you can choose out of 3-4 meals. The size of these later portions are quite small, and while they always looked fancy, the taste did not always meet our likings. However, the wines are excellent, as expected. The receptionists, and overall the staff was very kind and helped us with our sightseeing plans and whatever we needed.
The road towards the hotel is quite long, there were usually big jams on it in the morning and in the afternoons, but it was mostly because there was some roadwork going on. There is also a 10 min steep mountain road which leads up to the hotel. If you would like to travel around the lake and visit some places, count on a 1 hour+ driving for each day 2 times. In the room i would have preferred a trashcan in the room itself, not only a tiny one in the bathroom, but it wasnt such big of a deal. Although the usual sign in the bathroom suggested that we don't get our towels changed every day, they did change them every single day although we left them hanging, as sign that we dont want new ones. We visited the wellness department, and since the covid regulations, it needed a pre-booking, since only 10 person is allowed there at once. Maybe its a western-european thing, but the guests there were completely nude in the sauna and also in the jacuzzi and in all the areas, which was a bit uncomfortable for us. Although the hotel's policy states that the swimclothes arent neccessary in the "turkish bath", i would think that in a public hotel at a european-widely popular sight I or perhaps any underaged person shouldnt be worried about this.

It was fine
The hotel is like a maze. If it had been full, I think it would have been difficult

Views are great, however, this is the only good thing.
Room was pretty old and smelly but the worst experience was the FOOD that was TERRIBLE. We ordered half board and had to cancel the dinner after its first experience. The QUALITY IS WAY not only BELOW any Italian standard but below any ** hotel standard!!! E.g. supermarket overcooked pasta with ketchup was one of the first courses. Breakfast scrambled eggs were green!! Selection was completely poor and low cost, leftovers from dinner were served during breakfast, insects were digging into the ham, etc. etc.

I cannot fault how helpful the staff were and quantity and quality of facilities. Great food at the restaurant and it overlooks the lake beautifully. If visitors fancy a hike there's a pleasant walk to nearby local towns and points of interest.
It's a bit cut-off. It's not easy to get to the lake and experience surrounding areas unless you're willing to do quite a bit of driving and the walk to a tiny beach near the lake is a little treacherous.
