GANZ ANDERS ALS ERWARTET. SCHLIMMSTE UNTERKUNFT WO ICH JE WAR.
Sehr dreckig.

Absolutely stunning property
Very very clean and the staff were polite and extremely helpful. The coffee machine is free to use till 11:30 am. The icecream fridge is open for all at all times and free.
Walkable distance from Saanen station.
You can get food delivered from Mango restaurant in nearby Gstaad town too.

This was an amazing hostel - new, clean, quiet, spacious. Good breakfast. Lots of different areas for families and others. Had a car so easily able to get around the area. Would highly recommend.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location. nice and clean room.
The mattresses used in the bed could have been thicker. due to thin mattress - edge of the bed caused discomfirt.

Really clean and had everything we needed after a day of cycling.
Honestly can't think of anything.

The staff was super helpful and kind, the building was interesting and modern, everything is super clean and the breakfast is great! Never thought a hostel can be so comfortable.

Breakfast was good when supplies were available (dont expect to have a full spread at 10am). beer was on tap, and patio space was comfortable.
Everything had to be asked for, including towels and wifi information. Gstaad basic transit card is included, but also had to be asked for. Nothing in the room but sheets. Cooking staff were rude. Used the community grill and got yelled at by the chef to clean it, but did not provide anything to clean with.
I also would not call this a 'youth' hostel. There were several families with young children, and a huge group of older men. Was hoping to meet other travelers in the 20-40 range.

Breakfast room too big, not great breakfast

Clean, quiet and good common area.
The dining/social area with large usable tables offers great space to do work, but there are NO ELECTRICAL OUTLETS for computers or cel phones ☹️!

Location: Short walk away from Saanen train & bus station.
Cleanliness: Very clean and nicely maintained
Staff: Jonas was amazing. Super friendly & helpful guy.
We booked a private room & got 1 with 4 bunk beds. Not a big thing but would have preferred double/twin beds
