About this house rental

DESCRIPTION
Villa Gaia is a traditional apartment house that truly honors the term ‘traditional’ itself. And staying here will be a unique experience.
Photos will only give you a small part of the whole picture of staying here, as most of the experience can’t be framed in a snapshot.
The fully detached apartment is located on the second floor of Villa Gaia. You will be staying on the second floor on this 125 sq. m. air-conditioned apartment. What strikes you most is the panoramic views to the Porto of Gaios which is breathtaking.
The apartment sleeps 8 people in four fully air-conditioned bedrooms, three of them with two single beds, one of the three bedrooms comes with en suite bathroom with shower and there is also one bedroom with a double bed. There are also three more bathrooms, of which one in the living room area (guest WC), and two more bathrooms that are shared between those staying in the other three bedrooms; both bathrooms have toilet; one comes with shower and the other has a small bath tab. There is also a spacious living room and an open-plan fully equipped kitchen that included a small dish washer.
There is a sofa that can be converted to a double bed at the living room that can accommodate two more persons, bringing the total capacity to 10 persons.
You can have access to the washing machine which is located at the basement. Cleaning is daily except Sundays, and towels and bed sheets change every 3 days.

Villa Gaia lies on Gaios, port of Paxos, at the moorings of small boats and vessels. It enjoys an amazing view of both entrances of the port, the pine-covered island of Saint Nicholas, creating a natural fiord, while further on the horizon it makes an eye connection to Epirus.
Three minutes on foot from the main square (cafeterias, tavernas, grocery stores, boats to beaches) and just five minutes from the closest beach.
It is a two-floor house and the rental concerns the second floor. Easy to find thanks to the new-classic ochre colour, as well as the three arches of the first floor.
Car approachable 24/7 to load and unload, but not to park. Easy public parking 150 meters away.
To get to the second floor, you enter the central gate and go up two staircases. No elevator. Guests carry their own luggage.
So what are you waiting for? Make the move. Go a bit different this time; take advantage of this opportunity and be one of the select few who will truly enjoy their stay in Paxos island, at Villa Gaia during this coming season.
