Wish our stay had been longer, Warmbad was perfect!

Simona was there to greet us and explain the property use. See also recommended a restaurant for a very famished and tired family. Our stay was outstanding.

Good option, close to highway, for one night stay

Close to highway. Clear instructions and flexible check in. Well equipped. Located in quiet area. Animals are accepted.

a comfortable sleep with forest view

The decoration of the room is great, the bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is big, the view from the balcony is perfect, you can feel the smell of the forest.

There was renovation in the house in front of us and although it was 19:00 in the evening, they continued to make noise. We explained the situation to our homeowner, she was immediately interested and by 20:00 they finished the renovation. she was very kindly.

helpful and kind hostess, clean and well-maintained spacious apartment, nice view of the surroundings and the mountains, sitting on the balcony, easy access to the center by car or a nice walk, pleasant stay

quiet neighborhood and accommodation as a whole, only a little disturbing noise in the bedroom in the morning - maybe heating?

Spacious, well equipped apartment for decent price

The apartment has enough space for a family with two teenagers. It's clean and well equipped. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The location is quite and not too far from the city center. We used it as a basis for skiing trips to Gerlitzen (15 min) and Nassfeld (45 min).

Very good position: near to "Villacher Alpenarena" and "Karntern Terme". Kind host, ready to answer in case of necessity. Nice place, clean and with spacious bathroom area.

Great stay!

Very nice apartment with mountain view. Fully equipped and spacious living-dining area!

The location is a bit far from city (maybe best if you have car). Also we had the second floor apartment, it’s a bit hard to carry a baby and luggages without an elevator.

fantastic place for stay.

fantastic and very helpful host we came late and have spend only couple hours for a good sleep in the apartment but we were treated very professionally. very comfy beds, fully equipped kitchen and larger bathroom makes that apartment ideal for stay.

Perfect for a trip in the mountains.

The host was very kind, friendly and helpful in everything! She is a lovely person. The apartement is very well epquipped, clean and has comfortable beds, and a beautiful view on the mountains.
