Übernachtung vor dem Flug in den Urlaub

Direkte Nähe zum Flughafen, Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit

Es gab nichtmal ein Wasser gratis, das Hotelzimmer war "nichts Besonderes", abgesehen vom Preis. Die Uhr am Wecker ging falsch, Steckdosen nur auf einer Seite des Bettes. Man hat das Gefühl, das Hotel nimmt die maximalen Preise für minimalsten Aufwand.

Good but not perfect hotel

The bed and pillows and the very quiet rooms. The service at the front desk was very friendly

-Only one restaurant in such a big hotel that is not even open during the day. - bar not cosy at all - bath tub instead of walk in shower - lights in the bedroom not very light ( I have bad sight)

Couldn’t recommend it enough, perfect place to stay when catching a connecting flights or train.

This was our third time staying at this hotel this year. The staff are always friendly and courteous and always happy to help. The hotel room was very comfortable, the bathroom had a large shower as well as a soaker tub. Excellent breakfast buffet with lots of choices. Great location when travelling by air or train.

Tolle Lage. Schöne Zimmer.

Das Hotel liegt hervorragend im Flughafen Frankfurt. Die Zimmer sind absolut ruhig und sehr gut mit Badewanne und Dusche ausgestattet. Der Roomservice ist schnell und freundlich. Das Frühstück ist vielfältig. Das Personal freundlich und entspannt.

Es gibt keine Minibar mehr bzw. gibt es sie noch, bloß nicht mehr in Betrieb.

Rund herum perfekt für eine entspannte Übernachtung auf der Durchreise.

Wie immer habe ich super freundliches Personal vorgefunden und ein top Frühstück genießen können. Die Lage zum Flughafen ist zudem unschlagbar.

Good for a stopover

It was close to the airport (but still a reasonable walk) as we were only there overnight for an early morning flight. Facilities were nice but the food in the restaurant was terrible. We arrived at 6am after a very long flight and the front desk staff were polite and gave us access to the gym so we could at least have a shower before our room was ready at 3pm. That evening, we wanted something fresh so ordered the Caesar salad - neither of us finished our meal as it wasn't fresh at all.

Immer wieder gerne

Top Lage, immer wieder gerne um stressfrei in den Urlaub starten zu können. Freundliches Personal, ein gutes Frühstück und gute Möglichkeiten um in „The Squaire“ Abend zu essen.

Die Waschschüssel im Bad eher unpraktisch, Hände waschen geht schlecht da der Abstand Schüssel/Armatur zu schmal ist. Wenn Licht im Bad ist wird dass Zimmer ebenfalls mit illuminiert, sehr störend.

bei nur einer Übernachtung ist man froh, eine Unterkunft in extremer Nähe zum Flughafen zu haben.

- sicherlich sündhaft teure Armaturen, aber in der praktischen Anwendung schlecht, z B. Handwaschbecken: Einstellung läßt sich mit nassen Händen nicht verändern (beim Händewaschen werden die Hände aber naturgemäß nass) - x Mitteilungen nach der Buchung: trotzdem beim Einchecken handschriftliches Ausfüllen eines Formulars mit Adresse, Geburtstag usw. - Anrede mit dem Vornamen bei Schriftstücken

Zimmer schlicht, Essen mäßig

Lage. Personal im Restaurant Rise sehr freundlich.

Zimmer etwas zu einfach für Hilton-Verhältnisse. Es fehlten z.B Gratiswasser, Papier und Stift. Das Abendessen im Restaurant Rise war nicht ok. ((Wiener Schnitzel trocken und relativ fade, Bratkartoffeln nicht durchgebraten. Gurkensalat lieblos angerichtet. Dafür viel zu teuer. Frühstück ok.

Klimaanlage defekt, Horrorübernachtung

Gute Lage direkt im Flughafen.

Die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert. Dadurch konnte die Nacht kein Auge zugemacht werden, weil man im eigenen Schweiß lag. Das Bett war sehr unbequem, viel zu hart. Zu viele Möbel, kein Platz für die Koffer. Das war das letzte Mal, dass wir dort gebucht haben.

Ein tolles, stylisches Hotel mit Luft nach oben

Die zentrale Lage und der gehobene Standard. Sehr nette Bedienung in der Hotelbar und eine Pizza von sehr guter Machart auch abends um 23 Uhr.

Es gibt immer etwas zu verbessern. Als wir eingecheckt hatten und mein Sohn in seinem Zimmer im Bad war,kam ein fremder Gast in sein Zimmer. Hotelmitarbeiter hatten das gleiche Zimmer zur selben Zeit vermietet. Nett war das mein Sohn sich 2 Getränke aus der minibar zur Entschuldigung nehmen durfte, das wurde von der Mitarbeiterin die es versprochen hatte aber nicht vermerkt sodass es beim aus checken am nächsten Morgen zur Diskussion mit einer anderen Mitarbeiterin kam. Auch der Frühstücksservice ist verbesserungswürdig. Für 33€ pro Person. Der eine Servicemitarbeiter weiß nicht wo die gekochten Eier am buffet stehen ( gar nicht, die muss man nämlich beim Kellner bestellen), wusste der Mitarbeiter nicht. 2 bestellte gekochte Eier bedeuten nicht dass jede Person 2 Eier haben will und grobkörniges Meersalz auf dem Tisch ist auch nicht das Wahre für ein Frühstücksei. Der nächste Mitarbeiter weiß nicht wo das Besteck ist ( Löffel fürs Müsli) und die ganze Anordnung des Büffets ist nicht durchdacht. Teller muss man suchen. Ich habe 17 Jahre in der Gastronomie gearbeitet und achte auf jedes Detail. Man fragt sich auch warum der Raumgestalter in Zimmer 6166 die Bilder rechts vom Fernseher so hingehängt hat dass sie von der Stehlampe verdeckt werden. Warum hat man die Bilder nicht links neben den Fernseher gehängt?

מלון מפואר בלב טרמינל 1 בפרנקפורט. נוח מאוד ללינה לפני טיסת בוקר מכיוון שהמלון ממוקם בתוך הטרמינל ניתן להגיע ברגל מהמלון לעמדות הצ'ק אין מבלי לצאת מהטרמינל

ראש המקלחת באמבטיה השפריץ לכל הצדדים כך שהיה צורך לעבור להתקלח במקלחון

Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt!!!! (Bis auf das Abendessen)

Frühstück war reichhaltig und sehr gut. Zimmer war sauber und mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten (Fernseher, Telefon, usw. ausgestattet. Großes sauberes Badezimmer.

Zum Abendessen haben wir im Hotelrestaurant gegessen. (war kein Bestandteil der Buchung) Das Essen ließ aber zu wünschen übrig. Essen war sehr geschmacklos. Thunfischsteak war durchgebraten aber recht teuer. Hatte für den hohen Preis mehr erwartet. Alle anderen Speisen hatten ebenfalls wenig Geschmack und im Preis recht teuer. Das Hotel sollte sich mal nach einem anderen Koch umsehen.

Great location and comfy beds.

Great location that was right by the Frankfurt airport. It made it very easy and relaxed to get to the terminal and catch my flight. Great room and comfy bed. Lots of restaurants and food choices nearby.

The fitness room needed more free weights and a hot tub for soaking sore muscles. The WiFi was a bit difficult to log in to.

Das Zimmer war sehr bequem ausgestattet. Die Speisen sowohl im Restaurant als auch in der Bar sind zwar teuer aber von erstklassiger Qualität.

Die Ausschilderung vom Terminal zum Hotel ist praktisch nicht vorhanden. Allerdings dürfte das hundsmiserable Leitsystem ein Fehler der Flughafengesellschaft sein. Das Frühstück ist zwar gut, aber überteuert.

Quiet floors,clean room and true black out curtains!

While the website states the sauna/ steam room is 24 hrs it’s only open from 17:00- 23:00. Also room service cuts out pretty early so if you are getting in late don’t plan on utilizing these amenities.

Kommen gerne wieder in der Hoffnung, dass in anderen Zimmern die Lüftung/Klimaanlage leiser ist.

Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeitenden, Lage direkt am Fernbahnhof und Terminal 1.

Lüftung/Klimaanlage war sehr laut. Da die Fenster nicht geöffnet werden konnten, musste die Lüftung/Klimaanlage in Betrieb sein.

will be staying there later this year in my travel again, hope to have a better mattress

needed to cash an early flight, did not use the restaurant. Arriving by train the location was very good.

The room was clean and comfortable, I was very disappointed about the quality of the bed, mattress. Not at all what I have experienced at any other Hilton Hotels or most high end comparable Hotels.

Sehr gute Lage. Hat unseren Flug nach Malle sehr entspannt beginnen lassen.

Bin oft daran vorbei gefahren und wollte wissen wie es drinnen aussieht. Das weiß ich jetzt und das hat mir gefallen.

Dreckige Fenster. Es gibt noch eine eine Außenhülle, die ebenfalls dreckige Fenster hst.
