Huntington by the Sea is for the family looking for beach time! It's right on the beach and only a few steps from the sand! Being a smaller complex means your family will have more room at the beach and pool! No more worrying about getting up and out to the beach super early just to get a good seat. This is a quiet place to get some well deserved R&R on the beach. For all of those looking to shop till you drop, the famous Silver Sands Factory Outlet is close enough to see from the complex.

The online photos are very accurate! We wanted oceanfront and that’s what we got! The room we stayed in was very clean and well worth it. The online reservations were very easy and we got all the check in information by email! I highly recommend this VRBO property!

Liked the view Unit needs a thorough cleaning: floors were so dirty my feet were black after walking on them. Larger sofa was filthy and totally worn out. Watered down Softsoap NOT good and Dial soap- really! Beds in second bedroom kinda flimsy.

First time in Miramar-it was a great beach-condo is huge and beautifully decorated. Has everything you need and more. Restaurant in walking distance. Private gated entry. Quiet evenings, comfy mattress. Cant wait to repeat a longer stay next year. Thanks Chris!!

This beautiful property was the perfect spot for my daughters' first trip to the beach. The balcony had beautiful views, we even saw a dolphin! They loved the pool and my husband and I loved the quick easy walk to the beach. The rooms were cozy and the kitchen had everything we needed. We would definitely come back to this place next time!

We had an awesome time. Loved the condo although it didn’t have a washer and dryer … I didn’t pay attention to the listing but the condo, view and location were worth it!!! We could have used the one on the floor but we opted to just enjoy our time!! You won’t be disappointed with the view or the condo!!

We stay at Huntington by the Sea each year and love it - the location is wonderful and we love the small less busy building for families. Our place was comfortable, clean, well kept and decorated perfect for the beach! The only problem we ran into was we couldn't all take hot showers. I'm wondering if the water heater needs turned up.

Convenient location, close to beach. Could not receive ESPN or local stations on TV. No washer/dryer. In fairness, it was not shown in listing, but 1st time I have seen one without in 25+years I have been visiting area. Mattresses were not comfortable.

We had a wonderful time! We had great communication with the owner. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. We had access to the balcony from the living and master bedroom. Waking up to a view of the ocean every morning is a must for us on vacation and it was beautiful. It’s a smaller building so the beach and pool weren’t crowded at all. It’s more private and I would highly recommend this unit to families with kids. We had a great time and wish we could have stayed longer.

We had a great week! Loved that this is a smaller complex so there is plenty of room at the beach and it was not crowded. The location was good and so close to good restaurants. It was a calm and relaxing place to stay - just what we needed.

We had the best time! The open layout and decor was perfect for the beach and what we were expecting! Seemed like a great little private spot with access to the pool and beach. Everything was well kept and clean and Chris was quick to respond with questions and help! We can’t wait to come back and are sad to go!

Roaches!!!!

I DO NOT recommend this property. Stay at any other condo located in Huntington. We were very disgusted to find that our condo had roaches after the first day. Imagine coming home , flipping in lights and seeing them run. I called the property manager Chris who offered a $150 credit - hardly enough to cover the groceries that were wasted after seeing roaches crawling on the countertops. Chris then ignored all communication. Ironic though - the owner was made aware as I happened to over hear the call, yet no one reach out to me or honored the refund. By far the worst !!

This unit is right in the middle of the condo complex. It overlooks the pool and the steps to the beach. Not a better view around. The unit was clean and comfortable with everything you need for a great relaxing trip! It was super easy to reserve chairs on the beach. Since the building does not have 100s of rooms, you are not super congested and have plenty of room on the beach! Definitely a do again. We loved it. Managers were great to respond quickly during the reservation process.

Had a great time with the family in this condo at Huntington by the Sea. Very nicely done and extremely clean. Wouldn’t change a thing. Right on the beach with the beach chairs and umbrella as part of the package worked great. Will look to rent here again. Chris was responsive throughout the booking process and communicated in a very timely manner. Great overall experience!

Beachfront condo with all the comforts of home with security gates. Balcony for relaxing with coffee and watching dolphins or the kids playing in the clean, heated pool. Well-equipped kitchen for meal prep when dining in. Great beds and linens. Tv's in each bedroom a bonus. Daily on the beach, we enjoyed two chairs and an umbrella as a perk with our rental. Affordable laundry is available on the same floor. Truly a 5-star unit!

We stayed during the Christmas weekend 2021 and was very happy with this rental. It was clean, looks just like the pictures, and the beds were comfortable. Great view from the balcony. I loved the sound of the ocean sitting in the living area or the master bedroom. On our last day, we did see dolphins swim by at around 7 am in the morning. Beach is an easy access from the building. I hope to come back again with my family.

Except for a few issues, broken towel rack, slow draining tub, and roaches, the rooms were comfortable and view excellent. Bring your own chairs and umbrellas, as they are not complimentary and cost $40 a day to rent. Would definitely stay at Huntington by the Sea again.
