Great small hotel; well-priced and central

An elegant small hotel close to the centre of teh city. Well priced; spacious room. Walk in shower. Convenient parking. Does breakfast; no noise from busy street outside. Very friendly front desk staff. Very helpful.

Great location and nice rooftop restaurant

The location is perfect, short walk to all sights and restaurants. Rooftop terrace is nice and food at the restaurant is delicious. Staff was very friendly.

The light switches were all sticky and the toilet leaked slightly, but otherwise the room was very clean and comfortable.

Konumu güzel, suit odada kaldık. oda 2 oda 1 salondu temizdi fakat salonda 2 kanepe 1 televizyon var kalan kısım boş bir odadan ibaret. suit oda daha dolu olmalı, bir masa, çalışma masası vs gibi eşyalarla doldurulabilir.

Sehr schönes Zimmer. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut. Würde ich wieder buchen.

Excellent location - Everything important gór tourist is in walking distance - Up to 500-1000 m. Super view on Prisztina from the room and roofbar.

Disappointed and not value for money

The room was spacious and had a nice view. The rooftop bar was very nice. My room was clean and bed was comfy.

I wasn't too happy with how I was treated. For context, I am a 22 year old solo traveller, so perhaps not their typical clientele. However, I did not feel welcomed upon arrival and was met with slight hostility. I felt for the price, the hotel did not deliver the level of quality I was expecting, including lacking basic amenities such as shave kits. I was slightly disappointed by the quality of this hotel for the price.

Excellent hotel with a great view over Pristina. Excellent location

Wonderfull view over Pristina from the rooms above floor 6 and from the restaurant and rooftop bar. 100 m away from a very lively room with plenty of bars and restaurants Many things for the buffet breakast. Large fitness Room with many machines.

Great view huge room

Everything was perfect. I got a nice huge room overlooking the city. The people at the reception were helpful and friendly: it was no problem to enter the room some hours earlier - and to leave the car in the garage a few hours longer.

The hotel is situated central, but at a very busy street. If you just have to do in Pristina it s a perfect choice. If you need to drive around in the country each trip you will start in a traffic jam.

The conference rooms are very nice, we held a meeting in one of the rooms and we were very happy. The staff in general is very helpful.

A thoroughly enjoyable visit both on our way to Bansko and on our way back.

The staff were exceptional at this Hotel, always with a smile and a greeting. Very very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing we absolutely loved it and the fact we could park at the entrance was great. Beds were comfy and the bathroom and bath good.

On the other hand if you get a room at the front I would advise ear plugs as the traffic can be noisy through the night. Also the barking of dogs outside on the odd occasion wasn't the best. Other than those 2 things we absolutely loved our stay at this Hotel.
