Molto bello!

La struttura è veramente molto carina e a 5 min a piedi dal centro paese. Il nostro appartamento, un monolocale confortevole e accogliente, era dotato di ogni confort e di una vista bellissima sulle montagne. Ottima l’accoglienza che abbiamo ricevuto, come anche la cordialità e la simpatia delle proprietarie, che ci hanno dato anche molte indicazioni per vivere a pieno la nostra vacanza di montagna.

Amazing and helpful family operating the chalet, beautiful well equipped apartment, close to restaurants.

The apartments are great - everything you could need. We were able to cook many nights and enjoy time in the apartment when not outdoors! The family running the chalet (I am so sorry I did not catch your names) are so lovely and welcoming. We don’t speak much Italian and they were so helpful and did a great job speaking English to us. There is a washer and dryer in the ski room which they helped us to use, the ski room has heated boot holders, lockers and even a table with tools and a vice for snowboard/ski repairs. We loved our stay here and the town so much we ended up extending our stay by 2 nights. There are restaurants and shops within minutes walk, and parking available.

Because the double chair lift in town is not operating (unsure if this is permanent), the walk to the main gondola was a little long. There are some bus stops on the way but we just walked - it’s not that far and it’s beautiful!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good room with kitchen and all appliances you may need. 5 min walk from centre of the town and chair lift. Also there was a free bus to another ski lift.

Great stay for a cross-country ski club. Chalet next to the tracks. The host was very flexible upon a last minute change

Perfect for who like quite nice place!

Super staff! very nice and lovely attitude! I enjoy every minute here. Good location for cycling in high altitude. For hiking as well. Very friendly village. I stay here in end of May and enjoy quite place and nice weather! Not far from Bormio and mountain city noise, if it’s necessary! 😘

Booking process and good communication with hosts, late arrival no problem Well equipped kitchen with big fridge, cooking facilities, coffee/tea Nespresso machine, separate bathroom incl luxury shower, balcony with table/2 chairs, stunning mountain views, very kind hosts,

Be aware that even end May the valley (Valfurva) is a cul-de-sac (the Gavia pass up-road is only open for bicycle traffic, I think Chalet Bucaneve is the most remote apartment house of S.Caterina Valfurva).

Taste of true relax

We were supposed to sleep there one night and go back on the road but as soon as we entered in the apartment we decided to extend our stay. The apartment was great and had all commodities. It felt like home even for our dog right away. Beautiful the Chalet, amazing the staff and astounding the nature. We hope to be back soon for more relax

Cozy, warm, spotless clean and super functional

The apartment is spotless clean, everything in the kitchen (including dishwasher) is brand new. There where refreshments (coffe capsules, teabags, etc.) and condiments (olive oil, salt, pepper etc...), very useful for us. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful.

Lovely place to be! Like at home, no doubts. Very warm atmosphere, comfortable accommodation. WiFi was quite speedy, it’s the point for such travelers who needs to be in connection. Garage! Storage with heater for ski-boot. Fully equipped kitchen.
