The hotel is so clean and well kept and it’s nice and modern . Loved the food also
Only downside was location from main attractions. You need taxis everywhere .

Very clean
Bar staff on the roof top pool bar were miserable. We had a big table of people and they just didn’t make us welcome. They did not seem like they wanted to be there

Lovely pool area on top of the roof, with a bar area. Rooms were modern & clean.
Another guest entered our room at 5am in the morning which was quite frightening. I’m glad I was not on my own. We did make a complaint to reception but I heard nothing back at all?

The hotel was beautiful, clean and managed well. The staff were helpful and the little extras left in our room/dinner table for our wedding anniversary were sweet, thank you. The roof top pool and bar are fabulous with views over the salt lakes and the spa pool was also great as was the relaxing full body massage (optional extra payment) breakfast was plentiful and laid out really well.
As a 4* hotel I would expect some form of tea/coffee making facilities in the room, even if it's hired from reception. Nor any complimentary water in the room. Also one member of staff at pool bar, he insisted I never had credit on my tab, when I ordered drinks and I had to leave them as I had no cash/card on me to pay. I left them feeling humiliated to sort this myself at reception! Not a good service, when resolved he took the drinks from the fridge that he'd already poured earlier. Charged us, they should have been given to us for free!

The property was in an ideal location for our purpose which was to relocate our belongings to a property close by in Villamartin. The hotel provided a great base with easy access to main roads and ideal accommodation for our daily return. The pool was first class and provided great respite at the end of busy days.
A highlight was the rooftop Japanese restaurant which was a jewel in the hotels crown.
Although the actual food in the hotels main restaurant was good the menu choices were disappointing. Mainly made up of a selection of pizzas burgers and sandwiches were less than we expected on a 4 star a la carte menu.

Clean and spacious room, though screeching toilet door
The rooftop bar staff does not speak English. When I ordered a glass of sangria, I have received a cocktail of a red fuzzy drink, cointreau and another hard liquor, which was not pleasant to drink.

The size of the rooms, the view, the rooftop pool, the size of the bathroom.
Approximative opening hours of the bars/restaurant (national issue if you have been spending extended time in Spain), staff not very aware of the hours/rules, the towels rule for the swimming pool

The receptionist Jessica was very friendly and professional.
I could hear the person in the next room on the phone - The music in the halls was too loud 2 days in a row, I could hear it in my room with the door closed - the door into the bathroom made a loud crack noise everytime it was opened (this was very loud at night) - The shower hose in the bathroom was too short and the hose did not reach the top - The door into the pool restaurant nearest the lift was closed and every person got very wet in the rain walking around the glass area to the door near the pool - We booked 3 rooms and no late check-out was available for any of the 3 rooms on the last day (we even offered to pay).
