Located on the breathtaking waterway of Long Reach , Bay of Quinte, this Cottage has all the amenities of Home and Cottage. Just 11 minutes from the 401 to The County and you'll arrive at our spacious piece of paradise.
This location allows you to relax from the hustle and bustle of busy life allowing you to enjoy cottage life style or make your way to the wonderful wineries, breweries, restaurants and shops that Prince Edward County has to offer with Three Dog Winery just 5 minutes away and Sandbanks Provincial Park 30 mins away.
> Enjoy your day swimming or taking either the canoe or a kayak for a ride down the shoreline. We supply one canoe and 4 kayaks with your stay. If you enjoy fishing , we are where it's at for catching walleye and bass! Want to spend a day at the beach... we also provide a Provincial Park Day Pass during your stay with us. Bring your bikes to tour the County while visiting breweries and wineries and the Millennium trail . If a winter getaway is what your after, take time to cozy up by the fire at the cottage after a day of cross country skiing or ice fishing, or just relax with a good book for some downtime.

> This open concept loft cottage features central air and heat, a full kitchen, stove, fridge, microwave & table for 6. Bathroom with stand up shower, family room with propane fireplace and large screen TV and free WIFI. The loft has 2 queen beds that are separated by a divider wall and a sitting/lounge area on the landing with a pull out single bed.
>Outside, our large concrete patio is just steps from the Bay, enjoy your morning coffee in the Adirondack chairs while you watch the sun rise .Want to chill with a good book, our hammock by the water is a favorite for many. Propane BBQ for all your grilling needs is there as well as a large picnic table to enjoy your outdoor eating experience.

Our privately owned boat ramp and 50 foot dock has excellent water depth and is right by the cottage (boat hoist available for a fee).

Definitly a place that I would recommend to anyone who’s willing to mix sandbanks and fishing in tbe same trip! The view from the cottage is fantastic and you find everything you need in the cottage to stay there and relax!

This is hands down the best equipped short term rental we’ve ever had! No detail missing in terms of kitchen equipment, linens, outdoor fun equipment. The water view is lovely with the morning sun coming in; the hosts are kind and generous. Easy access to all the many cool things to do in PEC. We’ll be back!

We loved staying in this cozy cottage while we got to enjoy a few days of ice fishing on the incredible Bay of Quinte.
Easy access to the ice meant we could enjoy and extra cup tea before heading out to fish away the day.
The hosts were very accommodating and the cottage was perfect!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The property is amazing and has everything you need. The added bonus of being able to launch and moor our boat made it very convenient for fishing. Would highly recommend!

This is our second time visiting this property and is a very nice spot to stay and enjoy PEC. The cottage feels very private. It is clean and very well appointed with every thing you might need inside and outside for your visit. Just a short drive into Picton. Really enjoyed our stay again.

This was the first time my husband and I used VRBO, and we were not disappointed. The cottage was superb - clean, beautiful, and included every amenity we could have wanted. The view of the lake just steps away was fantastic - our favourite thing was to sit by the water in the comfortable adirondack chairs with our morning coffees. That and of course going out on the water with the canoe! Rob and Joanna were great hosts - warm, friendly, and always available if we ever needed anything (not that we did!). We are already looking forward to our next visit - can't wait!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience! We were welcomed upon arrival and given the grand tour. The location and property was so beautiful and equipped with so many fun activities! This is a beautiful property which is set up so you can kick back, relax and enjoy some time away. Also lots of opportunities to enjoy the water on any one of the watercrafts available. Lots of space for the kids to have fun. Also tons of games for the kids and family alike and a lovely collection of books to get lost in. Robert was friendly and welcoming and on hand to help out with anything. Look forward to visiting again!

Long Reach Cottage
A beautiful home on the lake which contained everything we needed. A lot of seabirds to enjoy and beautiful trees adorn the property. Hosts are very friendly and helpful. Thanks Rob and Joanne for sharing this beautiful spot with some of my family.

My wife and I stayed here to celebrate a birthday and spend the one weekend doing very little. Rob, our host was very helpful, informative and accommodating. Also, the cottage in person is much bigger than what we thought by looking at the pictures, that was another pleasant surprise. Fall Studio Tour Long Weekend
The location of this cottage is fantastic. The Owners considered every detail to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen was perfect to cook in; the beds were comfy; and the outdoor games and watercraft were in excellent condition and easy to access. We were very happy with how well everything was organized. The cottage is located just outside of Picton but in easy reach of all local activities. It was a delight to stay here and we look forward to coming back in the future and spending more time on the patio watching the herons and water fowl. Rob and Joanna were wonderful hosts.
