We had a wonderful girls weekend. We were doing a project and the home owner dropped off another table for us to use andade sure we had enough chairs. The house worked wonderful for what we were doing. Lots of room. Thank You for the wonderful stay wonderful and for sharing your home with us.

The home is larger and more spacious than the photos indicate. It was clean with plenty of space for the four adult couples who shared the home for the weekend. The attached garage was perfect for our motorcycles. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful with friendly neighbors in a convenient location. Washer and dryer was a huge plus. Would stay here again!

We stayed here for a girls weekend and had a great time. The house is spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. Owner was very responsive and check in went smoothly. Very quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay again! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Roomy house in quiet neighborhood. It worked well with children/grandchildren, with two bedrooms and a bath downstairs adjoining a family room in addition to the two bedrooms and two baths upstairs with the living room and kitchen. The kitchen was fully equipped, including an amazing selection of spices. This allowed us to make many potluck dishes to take to the family reunion we were attending nearby. It is a split level, so you need to be able to manage stairs. We really appreciated having a garage. Would have loved a garage door opener for easier coming and going.

This was a great place to stay - very clean, very comfortable and plenty of space. The round dining table was great for card playing and the family room fireplace was so cozy in the evenings. We were here seeking treatment for our son-in-law. This home was just perfect for us! Very roomy, clean and located in a beautiful neighborhood. Everything we needed was very close by. Sarah, the property manager, worked with us when we needed to extend our stay. Very much appreciated! The home office was perfect for my husband, who needed to be able to work. I would highly recommend this home, whatever reason you’re in Rochester!

The house is literally almost new. It's in a wonder quiet neighborhood but close to downtown. The house is very spacious and had all the amenities we could need. We couldn't have found a more perfect house. I didn't have many dealing with the property manager. But I booked the house on VERY short notice (literally the day before). And she was very responsive and our visit went off without any problems. Thank you.

Sarah has a wonderful place for a family! Great separate upstairs and downstairs living spaces. VERY CLEAN! Loaded with towels and blankets. Kitchen supplies were plentiful as well. Lots of parks around and a great neighborhood to wall around. Look forward to staying there again.

This is THE place to stay in Rochester, especially when traveling for a tournament! Minutes away from all of the major sports complexes, it won't matter which sport you're traveling for because this location is the perfect headquarters! Even when you're not traveling for sports, this location is close to all that Rochester has to offer! Roomy, extremely clean, and well planned, this house has everything you could want. Sarah has thought of it all! She was wonderful to work with; quick and friendly responses, thorough information, and helpful throughout the entire process. We travel frequently and will definitely be contacting Sarah again when Rochester is where we're headed!

This house worked perfect for our whole family to stay in for my daughters wedding weekend. It was so nice and very clean and spacious. There was a slight issue with the AC but the property manager responded very quickly and got it taken care of. Would highly recommend this property.
