Cama confortável, quarto amplo, boa localização, vista bonita da janela do quarto.
O sinal de Wi-Fi não chegava no nosso quarto, apenas nas áreas comuns. Eu caí na banheira duas vezes, por conta do piso curvo nas laterais.

The facilities were well equipped and the breakfast in the morning was nice before embarking on hikes. The staff were amazing and helped me with hot water to make coffee and tea in the evenings as well as for my soup. My Spanish is terrible but they were so patient with me and helped with anything I asked about. Fantastic shower with great pressure and hot water.

Staff were fantastic, providing loads of advice for things to do and places to eat.

Good place for a few nights in El Chalten. Very good location close to everything. Alvaro at reception was very helpful with directions, taxi, restaurants and general information about traveling through Argentina.
All was good.

location could not be better. Loved how we could walk to the grocery store, to tons of restaurants and shops, and walked to the base of mt fitz roy hike.
breakfast was included but wasn't great. and they don't let you eat till 7:30am but we wanted to be on the trail by 7.

very friendly host, clean, good (hot) shower, comfortable place after hiking
breakfast starts at 7.30 which is a bit late for the early hiker.

center of town
shabby room and terrible staff, check out, was at 10:30, we made it off the mountain and back to the hotel by 11-. 30 minutes late only to find all our personal items with loose keys, power cords and wallet tossed in a corner of a closet in the lobby. In addition we were scolded, as if we were third rate citizens, reminded that our check out time at was 10:30. We didn’t start any incident. Just grabbed our stuff and changed outside in the street. Crazy, never seen anything like that before. maybe the front desk staff was having a bad day

I liked the time when I was downstairs watching Argentina winning world cup. Facilities are very uniquely satisfaying. Very nice room. Location perfect 10 minutes to bus station.

The people — a multi-generational family, I think — are very welcoming and accommodating. They let me leave my bags in a secure, locked closet for five days while backpacking on the Fitz Roy trail area. I was able to get hot water at various times throughout the day. I enjoyed the full breakfast of meat, cheese, coffee, tea, hot and cold milk, cereal, breads, jams, cream cheese served between 7:30 and 10:00. The property is very close to the beginning of the Fitz Roy trail. The two sitting rooms — upstairs and downstairs— are an ideal location to enjoy the spectacular views of the town and mountains.

Friendly staff. Clean and satisfactory room. Good enough breakfast. Well-located with plenty of places to eat nearby. Advice given about available walks.
The wi-fi was very temperamental. I could never get it in my room and sometimes not at reception area either.

The good character of the people working there. They went out and beyond their duty to help me; therefore, I feel sincerely grateful to them.

It has an excellent location in the main street of El Chalten and it is close to all of the big trekking courses and an excellent value for money. The room and bathroom were very clean and the water was perfectly hot which comes great after a full day of walking. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
Wifi in the rooms is not great, sometimes you get it and sometimes you don`t. It improves a bit in the common areas. If you really need it, this could be a problem given the general poor cell signal of El Chalten. Breakfast was good and tasty but it could use some more nutritive additions to better prepare you for the long walks you are going to be doing.

For El Chalten this hotel could be a compromise between price and quality because the prices in this town are really high. But hotel’s staff behaved so awful that I can’t recommend this place to stay in El Chalten. However there were some advantages:
+ Good lighting in the room and in the bathroom
+ Location is almost in the center of the town
+ Free rent of trekking poles
+ Nice hall on the first floor where you can relax after trekking day
- Room was very dirty: spiderwebs with died insects in all corners, on the lamps and even hung from the ceiling. Towels with stains, nails on the floor and hairs everywhere even on the toilet
- Bathroom wasn’t comfortable: the shower was difficult regulated, once it turned off by itself, all sanitaryware was old and didn’t work well
- Staff was false and hypocritical!
We arrived in the evening and planned to start trekking early in the morning. We asked 3 times (!) in advance if the hotel can make a bag breakfast for us or we need to buy food by ourselves. Receptionist (or the owner?) promised to make a bag breakfast, he even showed where will leave it. But in the morning there were neither food nor receptionist. We had to stay at the hotel and wait for breakfast. Another receptionist appeared 10 minutes before breakfast and prepared it very slowly. He wasn’t surprised that we arrived so early and started to eat our food (remains which we had), he didn’t ask if we hurried and if he could help us. Instead he was killing a fly! Then we saw yesterday's receptionist which greeted us as if he didn’t remember about bag breakfast and our plans for the early trekking! We lost 2 morning hours without clouds in the mountains, we couldn’t make a half of our route and so we didn’t see Cerro Torre!
- Breakfast starts at 7:00 as in the city-hotels, but almost all guests go to trekking in the early morning. So in the first 15 minutes of breakfast there was a lot of people and food was finished immediately
- Heating was too fierce and unregulated, we had to sleep with the open window when it was only +5 degrees outside and then we froze in the night
- Internet didn’t work, neither Wi-Fi nor mobile
- No trekking map and adapter for sockets provided, you need to bring everything with you
- No quick reply to emails, we had to wait about 2 days
- The price was too high for such a dirty and inhospitable place

Our room was cleaned every day
The room was spacious with a desk and wardrobe included
Big comfy bed
Common areas to hang out in
We were allowed to leave our bags and stay in the common areas after we checked out
Good location for the start of the walks (el chaltén is quite small)
The WiFi only worked in the common areas but I think poor WiFi connection is due to El Chaltén being remote rather than the fault of the Guesthouse
One man who was working at breakfast times didn't offer us eggs (something that the other man did)
Selection at breakfast was limited (eg no fruit)
