A brief reprieve from the crowds. Quiet with a good breakfast.

Quiet space with a garden courtyard. Breakfast was very good.

Thought our room could use a bit of updating. Would have preferred a higher floor so we could sit out. On one day there were workmen immediately outside our windows for most of the afternoon.

Good location and large room for a family

Location is great just adjacent to the underground station and a short walk to the city centre. Large a quite room.

No 24 hours reception. The split to 2 buildings.

Heerlijk verblijf in een ruime kamer voor een gezin op een hele goede locatie.

Ruime kamer, hele goede locatie. Bed in de grote lag heerlijk.

Bedden in de tweede slaapkamer waren minder comfortabel. Koffie zetten kon alleen in het hoofdgebouw wat het wat lastiger maakte.

Leider nicht wie erwartet

Das Wetter war schön ☀️

Leider war das Zimmer ganz anders als erwartet, und unserem Kind gar nicht geeignet. Unter anderem waren fast alle Wände schräg, was die Zimmerfläche extrem negativ beeinflusst. Außerdem fehlten Sofa und Teppich, die auf mehreren Bildern waren in der Zimmerbeschreibung. Trotz Reklamation mit dem Personal konnten sie nichts anderem anbieten als eine kostenlose Stornierung der ersten 2 Nächte. Die 3 Nacht wurde separat gebucht und konnte nicht mehr storniert werden.

Very good small hotel in a good area with shops, restaurants and parks nearby

Room was very spacious. Having a balcony was excellent to be able to have that additional outdoor space considering the warm weather and able to have fresh air, etc. A/C worked very well to compensate for the warmer tempertures. Main part of the room was very spacious and had high ceilings and large windows. Bathroom was spacious with a large tub/shower. Breakfast was good quality. Location was 30 minute walk to the Opera House area and to the train station so if you are walkers (which we are), that is good to know in advance. Trams and public transit is excellent in Vienna though so getting around is not difficult.

The location was excellent as so close to underground and the chap on the desk helped us with restaurant recommendations

Our room was clean and well equipped but we were in 16 and it’s in the roof so it was unbearably hot

Thoroughly enjoyable extended weekend break.

Breakfast had an extensive choice of local, organic produce. Coffee was excellent. Breakfast room was clean and airy. Location in walkable distance of much of the City and one minute's walk from the U3 metro station.

No English language channels on the room's TV.

The hotel was close to the subway station, so it was easy to move around. The breakfast is very good. The room is clean and comfortable.

The breakfast room was small, so we had to wait 15 minutes.

Superb

The balcony over the garden. The room! The helpful people at the front desk, especially Manfried.

They were fixing something and the noise lasted for two days and it was annoying.

Very good

Room is spacious, clean, beds are comfy, though a bit too soft for our taste. Breakfast is good, but no hot meals, like an omlette. Free coffee, tea and filtered water at the reception area 24/7.

Noises from the corridor can be heard within the room and wake you up early morning. Not a typical hotel building, it was probably a residential building before.

Pleasant and peaceful stay that exceeded expectations.

Staff were very friendly on arrival and were attentive to our needs. Location was excellent short walk to catch underground (less than two minutes) or tram services to centre of Vienna and only a 20 min ride to the airport via a taxi. Coffee available all day at no extra cost, sauna/wellness room very relaxing. Bars and restaurants are a short walk and near to hotel if you don't go into centre of Vienna.

Would definitely stay again but wouldn't choose the flexible booking option because it wasn't cheap.

Location excellent so close to transport and easy to get around. Breakfast was excellent - both local and international tastes catered for.

I liked the shower 🚿 but noticed the temperature fluctuated a little bit.

Wonderful stay!

Very spacious rooms, location close to the center of the city (7-10 minutes by U-bahn, U-bahn station practically 30 seconds away from the entrance); comfortable beds, drinking water (from tap, so available at no cost). Coffee facilities in the lobby, although we have not used them, electric kettle in the room. Located facing a quiet street, we could sleep and rest extremely well. By foot cca 30 min walk to the city center. We had rooftop rooms - so there was no view, but OK for us.

Breakfast was very basic (nothing warm not even scrambled eggs or so), and for a longer stay it tends to become dull. Except soap and towels, no other bathroom amenities....

Great neighborhood and location, home away from home!

Location is great. Right next to Rochusgasse U3 stop and a 10 minute walk to the Rochusmarkt. Located in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood and plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

Mattress and pillows were a bit too soft for my liking but doubling up on the pillows helped!
