The beautiful Baltic Sea beach with its own beach chair (1. 5.-15. 9. 2019) is only 300 meters! Our bright non-smoking holiday apartment 'mussel seeker', suitable for up to 5 people, has been constantly renovated, even with a new designer bathroom. The beds are made and the towels are ready! This dream home was equipped by us with love, presents itself child-friendly and modern. The location in a game street is quiet, yet central and with its own parking space in front of the door. The color harmony of the balcony apartment, the almost 3 meter high gallery windows, the living room with 3 comfortable sofas will inspire you! There are 2 beautiful, darkened bedrooms. The master bedroom with TV has an award winning box spring bed (180x200 cm) and is completely refurnished, incl. Furniture safe. Also in the nursery there are high quality mattresses and plenty of closet space. A perfectly equipped kitchen is waiting for you: dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave, induction cooker, filter coffee machine, Senseo coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine and plenty of crockery. Shops (bakers, Aldi, Markant, etc.) can be reached on foot in 5 minutes, restaurants in 10 minutes. Wir möchten uns auf diesem Wege noch einmal herzlich bei unseren Gastgebern bedanken.
Wir haben eigentlich noch nie ein solch gut ausgestattetes Feriendomizil bewohnt und wir sind eingefleischte Urlauber in Sachen Ferienwohnung/-haus.
Zu dem können wir auch allen Familien mit Kleinkindern und Baby die Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen, auch diesbezüglich mangelt es an nichts von Fallschutz an den Betten über Flaschenaufwärmer bis hin zur unendlichen Auswahl an Spielen und Spielzeug.
Auch Boltenhagen und Umgebung bieten ideale Ausflugsmöglichkeiten für Familien.

Toller Urlaub in behaglicher Umgebung
Wir haben eine herrliche, erholsame Woche in der Wohnung "Muschelsucher" verbracht und haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Wohnung ist mit viel Herz, Liebe und gutem Geschmack eingerichtete, es fehlt an wirklich nichts! Auch der Kontakt zu den Besitzern, Fam. Fähndrich, haben wir als sehr herzlich empfunden. Auch die Betreung vor Ort durch Herrn Welk hat sehr gut funktioniert. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Tolle Wohnung in guter Lage
Die geschmackvoll eingerichtete und weihnachtlich dekorierte Wohnung läßt keinerlei Wünsche offen. Alles ist supersauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was das Herz begehrt. Ob es sich um Küchenausstattung oder Unterhaltung (Spiele, Bücher, DVD, CD) handelt; es ist an alles gedacht. Das Auto wird nicht benötigt. Alles ist bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Vermieter sind richtige Gastgeber, aufmerksam und zugewandt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtete, helle Wohnung in der es an nichts fehlt. Die Vermieter tun wirklich alles, damit es der perfekte Urlaub wird. Man fühlt sich willkommen und wertgeschätzt als Gast. Wir kommen gern wieder, dann sicher für einen längeren Aufenthalt.

Wundervolle Ferienwohnung, mit hochwertiger Ausstattung in guter Lage
Wir haben mit drei Erwachsenen und einem 2,5-jährigen Kleinkind eine tolle Woche bei bestem Sommerwetter im Muschelsucher verbracht.
Die Devise lautet hier definitiv: ankommen und wohl fühlen. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und hochwertig (kein Ikeastandard!) und auch in Sachen Sauberkeit war alles hervorragend. Wie bereits in vielen Kommentaren erwähnt ist die Ausstattung der Küche exzellent. Standardequipment wie Wasserkocher, Toaster etc. sind natürlich vorhanden aber auch alle Gerätschaften zum Kuchenbacken, Raclette, grillen usw.. Selbst im Badezimmer ist eine Grundausstattung an Dingen wie Toilettenpapier, Kosmetiktüchern, Wattestäbachen etc. vorhanden. Wer zwischendurch ein bisschen sauber machen will, findet ebenfalls alles, was nötig ist. Auch für Kinder ist mit Hochstuhl, Babybett und Hockern alles da.
Die Wohnung liegt in einem Gebiet in dem eigentlich ausschließlich Feriengäste wohnen. Abends empfand ich die Lage als angenehm ruhig. Beste Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig in weniger als 5 Minuten erreichbar. Der Strand ist ebenfalls schnell zu erreichen.
Meine Highlights waren der Strandkorb in einem sehr familienfreundlichen Strandabschnitt, den wir aufgrund des tollen Wetters täglich genutzt haben und der prall gefüllte Spieleschrank, der für Kinder jeder Altersgruppe abwechslungsreiches Spielzeug bereit hält, das weder kaputt noch "ekelig" ist. Mein Partner hat sich auch über den guten Fernseher für die WM-Spiele gefreut ;-)
Da Familie Fähndrich bei unserer Ankunft auch noch vor Ort war kann ich sagen, dass sie sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber sind, die ihre Wohnung mit viel Liebe pflegen und wirklich daran interessiert sind, ihren Gästen einen tollen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Sehr schöne Tage in Boltenhagen!
Wir haben uns auf Anhieb in der schönen Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist sehr gut aufgeteilt und äußerst gemütlich eingerichtet. Es ist alles erdenkliche vorhanden. Vom Kinderspielzeug und Kinderbüchern bis hin zu den ausgefallensten Küchenhelfern. Zu Hause sind wir kaum besser ausgestattet. Die Lage in Boltenhagen ist ebenfalls ideal. Nur wenige hundert Meter sind es zum Ortskern und zum Strand. Also genau richtig, damit man zu Fuß gehen kann und dennoch weit genug entfernt, um seine Ruhe in der Wohnung zu haben. Wir reisten mit zwei kleinen Kindern (2 und 4 Jahre). Dafür war die Wohnung ebenfalls optimal und komplett ausgestattet. Vielen Dank an die Vermieter und alles Gute für die Zukunft!

Super gemütliche Ferienwohnung
Die Ferienwohnung wurde uns von Freunden empfohlen und im Februar durften wir drei Tage in dieser tollen Unterkunft verbringen.
Dank der geschmackvollen Einrichtung, der liebevollen Dekoration und auch der Sauberkeit haben wir uns von Anfang an total wohl gefühlt.
In der Wohnung fehlt es an nichts. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, für Regentage stehen viele Spiele, Bücher und eine große DVD-Sammlung zur Verfügung. Wir hatten aber super Glück mit dem Wetter und haben viel Zeit mit Spaziergängen am Stand und an der Steilküste verbracht. Es war einfach ein rundum gelungenes Wochenende und wir würden die Ferienwohnung auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Rundum zufrieden!
Wir haben 10 Tage in dieser schönen und gemütlich eingerichteten Ferienwohnung verbracht! Es hat alles gepasst, es fehlte an nichts und man merkt richtig, dass sich die Vermieter viel Mühe geben, den Urlaub für die Mieter so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten!
Auch die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich perfekt- 200m entfernt zu Strand und Ortszentrum! Supermärkte nur einpaar Schritte entfernt!
Wenn wir nochmal an der Ostsee Urlaub machen, buchen wir sehr gerne wieder diese Unterkunft!

Viel Platz , viel Licht , unendlich viele Details
In dieser gemütlichen Ferienwohnung gibt es viel Platz, viel Gemütlichkeit und unendlich viele kleine liebevolle Details.Wer das alles mag und Freude daran hat, abends all die kleinen Lämpchen anzumachen und anzuzünden, kommt hier voll auf seine Kosten. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es einen ganzen Schrank voll unterhaltsamer Bücher. Im Bad befindet sich ein Radio . So kann man auch dort Wetter , Verkehr , Nachrichten und Musik hören, was man zu Hause so nicht unbedingt hat.Toll!
Diese Ferienwohnung ist in jedem Fall sehr zu empfehlen.

Familienfreundliche Ferienwohnung, nette Vermieter, zuverlässige Hausverwaltung vor Ort
Wir haben im April eine Woche in Ihrer Ferienwohnung verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Vorabsprachen mit Vermieterin und Hausverwaltung vor Ort waren freundlich und verbindlich, ich hatte das Gefühl, dass nicht nur auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen, sondern auch mitgedacht wurde. Super Service.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Ferienhaussiedlung unweit vom Strand. Im April war es angenehm ruhig, nur am letzten Abend konnten wir dank neuer Nachbarn im Haus erleben, wie laute Musik, Hundegebell und tobende Kinder mit ihren tobenden Eltern die Atmosphäre verändern können.
Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sauber und gepflegt, die Ausstattung herausragend. Es war wirklich alles da, was man im Laufe des Urlaubes so brauchte, Küchenwaage, ein Pflaster, Wärmflasche,.. Und die Hausverwalterin zauberte auf unseren Wunsch hin auch noch eine Bettdecke für's Kinderbett her - perfekt!
Für unsere Kinder hatte ich für Regenwetter oder Abende zuhause noch kleine Überraschungen zum Spielen eingepackt. Wir sind nicht dazu gekommen sie auszuprobieren, in der Wohnung gibt es jede Menge Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten für die Kinder. Empfehlung!

Traumdomizil
Eine traumhafte Wohnung, die keinen Wunsch offenlässt. Wir sind schon das fünfte Mal dort und werden ganz sicher wiederkommen. In der sehr gehobenen Ausstattung fühlen wir uns immer sehr wohl und empfehlen dieses schöne Domizil gern weiter. Die Lage sehr nah am Strand ist optimal und bietet viele Möglichkeiten.

Toller Kurztripp
Tolle Wohnung mit einem gehobenen modernen Standard. Hat an nix gefehlt und hatten paar tolle Tage ohne Massentourismus (da absolute Nebensaison). Wohnung liegt sehr Strandnah. Kleiner Nachteil der Nebensaison jedes Café und zweite Restaurant ist geschlossen. Aber der Rest stellt dies voll in Schatten.
