Aida the best hotel I have stayed in Kottayam

The food and staff is good

The AC was not working properly . Had loud noise and the swing was broken so the air was directly hitting on the face There was no hot water

We really enjoyed our stay at Aida. it is certainly home away from home.

The rooms are nice and neat , fully equipped.

Have stayed there quite a few times before. The staff is very cooperative, helpful and polite. Restaurant is very good. Location is ideal🤗All in all an excellent place to spend few days in leisure.
