Beautiful and cozy place for a romantic getaway. I liked everything... the green areas... the bar... the pool and the restaurant was very good.
I didn't like staying any longer. 🤣

Everything. Staff is amazing. They care so much about you enjoying every little space in the premises, your experience and on top the food and drinks are insanely good. Veronica was so good to us even when we showed up so early to our reservation she accommodated us so well without any issues!!! Gracias Veronica por esta experiencia tan amena. Volveremos pronto!

The setting, location, food, bar, comfy bed and helpful staff.
Our room had one outlet to plug into for charging devices, etc. This outlet was also used for the fridge which left us with one spot and it was loose so didn’t hold the cord. We had to unplug the fridge. The other outlet was shared with the light in the bathroom and was almost inside the shower. So you couldn’t use it if someone was in the shower. I would def suggest fixing the one bedroom outlet and provide a power strip.

After I made the booking it appeared that I didn't have any reservation at all. So I didn't have a place to stay.

Приветливый персонал. Хороший сервис. Чистые номера. Деловые напитки.
Месторасположение отеля и виды из номера на заброшенные участки, маленькие номера. В номере всего одна розетка?!!!!

TOURISTS AND LOCALS DON’T STAY HERE: We don’t know if the administration changed because since our last stay few months ago has been an awful experience. They limit the facilities and the experience for you, the place where you are paying for. They change you from table to table even if you are eating and staying at the place just because other people want your table. Also, if only one room is being used by one family they could rent the WHOLE pool to celebrate something like a birthday and you cannot be in the pool (even if you are staying) because their invitees rented the whole pool. Random people can enter the place, the pool, the restaurant even if they are not staying and so much more. Believe me, the administration killed the placed and we know because we have been staying here for years. This is the last bad experience that they let us have. We are done.

The hammocks around the pool are lovely. There are lots of nice sunny places to sit and relax.
They play loud music at the bar all evening (which you can hear throughout the property) and it's difficult to relax. The walls are pretty thin, so there's noise from your neighbors as well. The restaurant is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and there aren't a lot of great alternatives around.

It was very convenient to have a bar and restaurant at the same location. Is a bit loud so make sure you request a silent area.
It was a bit disappointing twist if you are from the states what you see or read or view on videos may not be what you get. This was one of my main attractions and was not what I got.

Cozy vibes and cute setting. The food was excellent. I loved the hammocks everywhere.
They seemed understaffed and although the service was ok but the staff could’ve been a bit friendlier. Lots of mosquitoes but it is not their fault.
