Thanks for taking venifit of my trouble

Hotel manager refused to take booking through you. I had to to pay again at hotel rs1000 in place of rs 819. Bedsheet and blanket was very dirty.

Do not make customer fool. Pls check the standard of hotel before hosting on your sire

The room and bed quality was the poorest. It felt like the bedsheets were not washed for months. I can't believe the room had spiderwebs. The staff were not supportive.

Very Bad Experience, Charged extra for which I am locking a ticket

I didn’t like the property even at all. It was a pathetic experience and stay there. Very bad rooms, No amenities were there. Gyser was not working, didn’t get towel, TV was not working. Untidy Rooms. Very bad Bedsheets. They charged extra even though I did the complete payment one day before to confirm my stay. Hotel staff asked to pay more to do the check in. I was wandering here and there to park my Car. No facilities provided by the hotel.

I did not like anything about the property. The person at the reception asked me 1000Rs while my total amount to be paid

I did not like anything about the property. The person at the reception asked me 1000Rs while my total amount to be paid was somewhere around 750Rs. He asked me that in a slow voice, since we were unmarried couple he asked me more money. Such a disgrace to have such people in hospitality industry.

Never ever book this hotel. I'm assuring that you'll regret after booking this hotel.

The property manager asked for extra money and refuse to accept booking from booking.com

The hotel staffs are rude and refuse the booking from your website and also charge high charge from the booking amount.This hotel is defaming the tag of townhouse.

i did not like anything. 1) Room was scanty to stay and drab as well. 2) No cleanness in the room ,i can see the durt in the room paintings and on the wall. 3)Staff was not professional except receptionist. In the night time i heard so many noises of staff they were talking and laughing in loud noise. 4) i think i have paid too much for this small and dirty room . I will not prefer to come again there. Thank you.
