It was very clean, the staff was always helpful and very friendly and the location was great, it was close to a lot of great places.
There was a lot of noise during the day and at night due to a power generator that did not let us sleep most night and they would cut the power between 5:30 and 6:00 am for a while. No air conditioner so the rooms where really hot.

The area was great, staff was very nice.
To loud at night, also the room was cold. No heater was available

The staff was enjoyable to deal with.
The neighborhood was working class and noisy but I expected that for the price I paid.
It was easy to get to fresh food and the Metro and busses.
The bed was hard and the pillows were too big to use without making my neck stiff.
I smelled sewer gasses coming out of the shower drain. I changed rooms and it was the same.

My favorite hotel in México City 😊
9.0 / 10.0
The rooms were economical and better than I expected. The rooms were spotless and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. I did not interact much with them, but they were always willing and friendly when answering questions or requests. I traveled with a large group of friends and they had a big enough parking lot. I recommend the hotel based on the cost-benefit ratio.
I did not like the location of the hotel. It's not the best neighborhood in the city. The subway station is a 10-15 minute walk. The WiFi was good in the lobby but not in the room. They don't have cable or smart TVs. I would recommend the hotel if you are looking for a clean comfortable room for an affordable price and you don't plan to stay in your room for long.

Central and extremely functional if you want to stay close to the center but a stone throw from Colonia La Roma
7.0 / 10.0
price/quality, close to subway and bus stop
there is karaoke very close to the hotel, we couldn’t sleep at night time because we heard how drunk locals were singing. Stuff doesn’t speak English at all (only Spanish). We had to wait 5-10 minutes for hot water in the shower every time, no kettle/coffee machine and refrigerator in the room

the bed was the only thing i liked very much>> good choice, you have good conections to the centro by the metrobus
we didnt eat at the hotel restaurant because the waiter (cook?) was sick caughing , the metro is a little far, the hotel is just right for the money

Allowed early check in.
7 mins to the metro.
Breakfast was ok.
Staff is helpful.
The only thing I didnt like that the room was extremely dusty. Floor and even windows was like not cleaned for 10 years. There were many ants on the floor, hairs and some dust materials were everywhere.
