Excellent location and view

I stayed in the room 403. It’s a room overlooking the Lycian tombs and ruins of the Fethiye fort. Totally loved it. The room has a terrace which feels very private. Beautiful for sunrise or chilling under the stars. Clean and comfortable. Found the location excellent. Close to the port, old town, and the center with all the restaurants, cafes, shops, and waterfront promenade. On the ground floor of the hotel there’s Gloria Jean’s coffee shop. Staff was extremely helpful and lovely. Helped me with the tours and taxis.

I wish they had breakfast options. Would make it perfect! Also mind it’s the last floor so it can get heated by the sun when you leave. I had to keep the balcony door open when I was leaving to prevent this.

My visit to fathyia

The staff were amazing. Thumbs up to Ali and fuad. Location is great.

The cleaning service is below expectation. Had problem with the A/C shutting off daily around 3 AM. I had to struggle with the STAFF of the night shift to turn it back on from reception where they have central A/C control for all rooms. Night shift tend to "forget" to pass requests to the day shift. Parking although free it can be tricky and overcrowded most of the time. Entrance to the hotel/parking can be blocked by parked taxis.

Adventurous trip at a wonderful city

Location was great and very near to the amazing old town of Fethiye My room was a little bit smaller than I expected but its sea view is impressive Staff is helpful and cooperative

Very good

It is very central and by the sea. Lovely and friendly staff. You can walk to the harbour in 12 minutes. There are cafes, restaurants, shops only 5-10 minute walk away. It has a car park and lift.

A lovely little winter break. Just what we needed.

the location is fantastic right on the harbour so you can watch the boats come in and out.

It’s rather dated and the room’s definitely need a refurb. Not as nice as the website shows. The beds are very uncomfortable and noisy.

Good stay for citytrip

Location is perfect, nice views from rooms. Bed comfortable. Tea, coffee, water available and large rooms for a city hotel.

Hygiene a bit less as expected and bathroom bit old.

The sea view is amazing!

blinds in window didn’t work properly, thus closing half of the sea view. staff said it can’t be fixed ever(( Wi-Fi didn’t reach our room

Made our holiday extra special❤️

Honestly our stay at the Orka boutique hotel was the highlight of our holiday! I must say that everything was perfect, location is superb, staff is amazing and specially Fuat he made our stay extra special and he was there always when we needed to ask about anything and never hesitated to take the extra mile to make us happy, I would love to thank him a lot and all the lovely staff and for sure we will be coming back to this amazing place, I strongly recommend it to everyone.

Could have been better

Good location next to old town and market - and next to the port where ferries to Rhodes/GR are leaving. Nice sea/port view from the room.

Staff not so welcoming, old furniture, not so clean.

A Great place to stay

Great little hotel with great rooms. Coffee shop below. Everything clean and very neat. Close to all the great restaurants.

No breakfast , but there was so much food around it didnt matter

Great value for money, would definitely recommend it

- Location is superb, right on the Marina and 15 minuted from Olundeniz - View from the sea view room is amazing - Bed is comfy - staff is helpful

- the bathroom could use some “deep” cleaning specially the shower cabinet - The kettle had white residue and a bug inside of it so it also needed deep cleaning - room doesn’t have shutters nor black out - Hotel doesn’t have a kitchen but there is coffeeshop in the ground floor
