It worked well for us being a large family group ( 6 adults & 3 kids). Great location to so many tourist spots. Lots of eateries and supermarkets close by. Only criticism is that it was very hot when we were there and it did get uncomfortable with so many in the house and without air conditioning.

We are a family of 5 and were traveling with a grandparent. The location is very convenient though with our youngest in tow it was more of a 10 minute walk to Victoria station. The apartment itself is very well kept. Be advised that the bedrooms are all down a set of stairs while the kitchen and living space are on the ground floor.
Our stay was great and definitely as expected. We were also able to do an early bag drop which was very convenient since we were coming in on an earlier train.

We had a great stay. 3BR apartment had plenty of room with nice, well equipped kitchen. Met all of our needs for our 12,10 & 8 year old.

We had six people and this worked out great for just a few days stay. The location was terrific, walkable to many, many things and easy to catch a cab. Pubs and shops were close and the neighborhood itself was lovely. We would stay there again

House is very basic but worked fine as we were mostly out exploring London. About a 15 minute walk to the underground. It would be very helpful if there was a binder with information about check out and the area around the residence. We loved the nearby cafe Iris for breakfast and Marquis pub on corner was handy for a drink.

Very nice, thankfull for the accurate listing.

My family of four booked this property for spring break. We would absolutely book this flat again. We had two adults and two teens. This is a 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom flat. All bedrooms are in the basement and you do need to go down a flight of stairs to access them. Check in/out process was very easy to follow. The home is well stocked for cooking meals. We did not use the dishwasher. We did use the oven and the washing machine. You do have to push the buttons on the wall to turn on the appliances. It took a minute to figure it out and we ultimately had to find the clothes washer and oven manual online, and read the instructions. From the Victoria station the walk was 10-12 minutes. The flat was close to the tube, and local bus routes. We were able to walk almost everywhere, but also accessed the public transportation. We had a maintenance concern and the owner resolved within 24 hours. There are extra pillows under the bed in the sofa. Beds were comfortable. There are several restaurants, coffee shops and grocery shops nearby. We did enjoy our stay and we would book again. All in all it was a nice place to come back to at the end of the day after exploring London!

I stayed at this property located in Pimlico for a week-long vacation with my sister. The flat is about 10-minute walk from Victoria Tub Station and very close to a bus stop. There are several great pubs, restaurants, and grocery stores very close by. I would stay at this property again.

Four adults stayed here for a few days. The location was excellent - about 10 mins to the train but an easy walk. Shops, cafes, supermarkets all a few minutes away. The apartment itself was very spacious and as described in the ad. Several more people would comfortably fit. The heating was really good - very warm. It was a quiet area and nice neighbourhood. Would definitely book here again.

Nice and quiet residential area, but close to Victoria station.

Overall, we enjoyed the location and being away from the main tourists area and yet close to things. We are walkers and loved being close to both the river and parks. We really enjoyed the pub close by (Marquis) and easy access to grocery store, etc. The place itself is a bit quirky - lots of things that just "aren't quite right" - for example the ensuite shower has no door so have to really make sure the shower head is just right. Communications is very limited with owner/manager. No manuals or directions. We had to call to get check-in info as it didn't arrive 3 days in advance as stated online. We were also able to drop our luggage off which was much appreciated. The place is functional with a washer/dryer, french press coffee maker, microwave, etc. I booked a while ago so not sure how pricing compares for other 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom units. We did appreciate the layout and my 2 sons had their own bedrooms and a shared bath which worked out well for us.

Myself and 2 colleagues stayed here for a couple of nights, as a better (& much cheaper) option than booking 3 hotel rooms.
The duplex flat has plenty of space, with spacious lounge and kitchen & cloakroom on the ground floor. And then stairs down to 3 double bedrooms (1 with en-suite shower room) and main bathroom with shower over the bath, all on the lower ground floor.
So ideal space for 3 work colleagues as we were attending a conference at nearby Evolution Battersea.
There are 3 small supermarkets just a couple of minutes walk away. And a whole array of restaurants close by (thoroughly recommend the closest a, Cyprus Mangal … first class food and atmosphere!).
The flat itself shares its main entrance with just one other flat (we didn’t hear anyone at all).
The furnishings are ‘adequate’. Everything’s there that you need. And the beds are comfy. But the furnishings are a bit of a mismatch of items, some pretty basic stuff. And the crockery is a bit tired. But it’s all there.
So for the price it was great value. But maybe if I was staying with family for a week then I’d feel a bit different.
The place could be so much better with a bit of love and care. But for the money, space and location I’d stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. Easy access and the stay was great! We loved the location! We would for sure stay here again! Lots of places close by for breakfast, lunch and dinner!

This residence was good enough. It was clean, had comfortable beds, and warm showers. One complaint was the walking distance from Victoria Station was not 5 minutes but 15. Also, we could not get a signal on the television and contacted the host but he was not much help. Location was good as far as grocery stores and restaurants. We would stay there again.

comfortable stay with 8 adults. just keep in mind that two have to sleep on the couch in the living room.

This was a great option for a US family who was unfamiliar with London. Location near Victoria underground was ideal (5-7 minute walk) and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. We were within walking distance of Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace and other tourist locations. Flat was comfortable for 5 of us (4 adults + 1 teen) and offered everything we needed. Communication was also prompt.
4.5
Three basement bedrooms, two were very dark. One en-suite bathroom with a wet-bath style shower and no ventilation (window was broken) which made the bedroom damp. Uncomfortable beds. One other bathroom with shower wasn’t sufficiently clean, the refrigerator had crumbs in it (also not properly cleaned). “Third bathroom” was a half with just a toilet. Didn’t feel like a home, more like a purpose bought property to rent expensively to tourists. Would not recommend.

The flat was fine. Some rooms were decently furnished and in fairly good shape. Others definitely could have been upgraded and more thoroughly cleaned. Overall it was fine for our needs. It was listed as five minutes from the tube but it was at least ten (if you walk really fast).

Nice property, 3 bedrooms. Also had a pullout twin chair in the master and pullout sofa in the living room. The living room has door that close for privacy if it is used as a bedroom. Location is fantastic.

My family (with 3 teens) visited over May holidays. The location of property is outstanding. From the airport, we caught Piccadilly to District lines exiting at Victoria station and then walked a short distance to our flat. We walked or rode underground everywhere and anywhere we went. The weather was astonishingly warm and sunny the entire visit! We visited a few cafes and restaurants nearby; Sainesbury’s (groceries) is a short walk from property and kitchen is well equipped, so we enjoyed sharing a couple meals at the flat too. We were able to gather and retreat comfortably. Street noise and tube rumble were minimal. We highly recommend this stay and would return in a heart beat.

This was our first trip to London. There was 7 of us ranging from 20 to 68 years old. This flat was a perfect size for all of us to be comfortable and was walking distance to Victoria Station making getting around the city SO easy! Accommodations were great. Washer & Dryer was a bonus! The owners were quick and easy to work with!
4.5
They allowed us to get in early and definitely walking distance to most of the sites if the family can walk more than a mile.
Thank you!

Like any classic home, it certainly had it quirks - but most were charming. It was a perfect location from public transportation, grocery stores, pubs etc., while also being far enough away that it didn’t feel like a circus when you stepped outside.

Well, I had read about some issues with the laundry machine, and was assured that it was due to user error, but after fiddling with it for 1-2 hours, I messaged the owner. He stopped by the next morning, agreed that it was not functioning properly, and had in replaced with a completely new unit the next morning. Anyone concerned about the reviews due to the laundry machine, I can assure you that it has been resolved. I did a number of loads in the new machine, and it worked perfectly.
The property was clean, and in a great location. One small request would be for more comfortable linens/comforter.
There are 2 full bathrooms with showers or baths, plus a powder room. The flat can easily accomodate a large group.
I would stay here again.

Decided to stay using VRBO - the experience from start to finish was great. Great location near the Victoria Tube station. Good restaurants near by and also near some theaters for plays. Wicked was close and so was Hamilton. Great stay!

Hassle free and pleasant.
We will definitely do it again.

Brilliant location with plenty of room in the property. Light, bright and good feel to it. Particularly loved the living room with the window box and shutters 🙂 D, S, D T and Q

Nice spacious place in an excellent location. Could do with a bit of TLC and the washer/dryer doesn’t work properly and several of the blinds need new cords.

We had a perfect weekend trip with the whole family,
the apartment was well equipped and the communication very easy.
Thank you for the wonderful stay!

As advertised, nice and quiet property close to everything. Communication with the owner near instantaneous.

Bedrooms located in the basement without natural light - pictures and descriptions online were misleading in this regard.
Noise from underground Tube could be heard in bedrooms throughout the night as if the train was running right under us.
Beds, pillows and linen very old and uncomfortable.
Ground floor kitchen and living area were pleasant.
Location was very good.

This was our first visit to London and we were very happy with our location and the space offered in this very comfortable apartment setting. Close to pubs and an easy walk to Victoria Station or further on to London sites.

Perfect neighborhood for two families. Clean, spacious and well appointed.

Apartment is in amazing location in London and was perfect for our visit with three teen kids. Close to Victoria station and lots of nearby restaurants and pubs within walking distance.

Nice location, near Victoria station, shops and restaurants. However, we had a disaster with washing machine and owner was not very helpful. Our clothes got locked in the washing machine and when we called owner he was not very accommodating. He made us wait 2 days, with our wet clothes stuck in washer and finally sent his handyman over 20 minutes before we had to checkout. The handyman took out a bent up coat hanger and used it to wedge the door open. We were told this happens frequently. And we were left with a load of wet laundry to take with us as we continued our travels.
