A very comfortable hotel with nice bar. Also a pleasant garden and restaurant.

The room was very well designed with thoughtful lighting and fixtures. The bed (mattress) was brilliantly comfortable (there was a topper) and nice pillows. Proper black-out curtains, good aircon, windows to open, a bin which was easily accessible, a kettle with adequate space to boil and pour, an excellent bathroom.

The noise from the road into town was annoying.

Nice small hotel. Well located near the outlets and big supermarket. Staff very friendly.

Good location for shopping at outlets. Comfortable beds. Airconditioning

no lifts. Staff did carry my bags up.

there was a noise in the middle of the night which woke me up and I could not understand hat it was like a drum or a machine. in the entrance of the hotel there is sewer smell but rest of the hotel is clean and smells nice

Fantastic place to stay!

The staff were exceptional! They were so kind & helpful, even accommodating me on New Year’s Eve in the very full restaurant. Nothing was too much trouble. An easy walk to the outlet stores & super easy to pop back to drop off purchases or grab a cup of tea. Minibar in the room along with tea & coffee. Supermarket close by as well. The hotel restaurant was fabulous & definitely worth checking out.

Fine but noisy

very nice location and We could Enter our room earlier. Good beds. Good bathroom (not the glas-door though!)

located on very large street with a lot of cars and traffic. Noisy. Our room had a lamp with censor which went of a lot of time during the night. Not the best option for a hotel room.

Rooms are clean and big. Location is perfect. Restaurant and breakfast is also very good.

If you arrive at the evening, there may be temporary parking problem.

I like how it’s designed. A small space utilized well. I love that it had free parking and close to the outlet city. the staff were super friendly and helped us with planning our tour and places to visit. They made us feel extra comfortable. The room though small is enough for a couple of nights stay. The room and bathroom were clean.

A couple of things I didn’t like. 1) The room we got faced the road, which I’m assuming is the Main Street of the town and it was quite busy throughout. That didn’t allow for a goodnight’s rest. maybe they could try some sorta sound proofing. or just request a room to the back. 2) The shower stall is pretty small. I used the hand shower and it flooded the bathroom. Again I guess, very little could be done about it other than being extremely careful about which direction the hand shower faces to minimalize the water flooding. 3) we weren’t explained about the breakfast pricing and that eggs would cost extra etc. apparently they have a French breakfast and another kind both of which don’t include eggs and coffee. There was some confusion when we had to settle the bill. But the lady from the staff was polite and courteous as she explained and apologized for not briefing us. we did manage to arrive at a compromise. which was really nice of her.

The location is super close to the shopping area. It is also situated on a very busy intersection which is quite noisy.

It’s an older hotel that is trying to stay current with limited success.

The location is within walking distance of the Outlets. The hotel has free parking.

It is in a busy street and noise is a potential problem. We requested a quiet room when we booked, but never received a reply.

Not the first and sure not the last stay!

Love the place it’s not the first time to stay in the hotel.. The staff are AMAZING !! The location is great just a walk away from the outlet.

Achtender Shopping Spree!

Almost everything... :-)

I hate it when the bathroom, and more specifically the toilet, is NOT closed off properly from the rest of the hotel room. I do NOT want a structural hole in the wall (decoration?!?!) between the toilet and bedroom. Please, please, please...close it! Thank you!
