The location and the rooms are amazing - very good breakfast, delivered at the room which is nice.
The staff could be more friendly and it was a big downside that you can't use the kitchen for cooking. They should be really specific with this in their advertisement. We booked a hostel because it always has a kitchen and we want to cook our own food.

The garden was really beautiful and I can imagine some rooms should have been comfortable as well
I imagine I had bad luck with the room I was given. It did not look at all like the photo's on the internet. It was on the streetside and both from the street as from the neighbouring rooms there was a lot of noise.

The hostel is located in the centre of the town, making it super easy to move around. Pichilemu is a pretty safe town. I never felt in danger. The room was big and comfortable (heather, the lights, storage, balcony, etc). Also, because is COVID times, they brought the breakfast to our room and had the breaky on our personal balcony.
The shared backyard was super nice and chill, great for reading a book and chill.
Recommend 100% visit, Punta de Lobos, which is a few mins by car from downtown.
I didn't like that we were beside a club/disco or something. It went from 11 pm till 7 am and that killed my night. I wasn't able to sleep properly. The breakfast was good, but they asked If guests had any dietary restrictions which 1/2 of the guests had and they didn't bring or replace anything for the guest. Also, is nice to have warm bread.
There was a tea/coffee area for 24/hrs went down but wasn't water and others wasn't have access to any water.
Sometimes little details make the experience way better!

You can ask for room service for breakfast. You can hear everything from another rooms. We knew it was a hostel, but you don't have towels, I don't know if there's rooms with private bathroom. You can have a barbecue if you want, they have a beautiful garden where you can read, talk or eat. You can also rent a bike if you want.
It seems the walls are too thin because you can hear everything!. The public bathroom was small, there wasn't strongbox, so you can't leave your personal belongins safe.

Really nice interior, loved the garden. Service was kind enough to serve me coffee much earlier. Wi-fi sucks tough, only in some parts of lobby was strong enough to work (which was my point to book it). Thx to covid we had breakfest served to the bed;)
Strickt rule to arrive before 10.pm, parking in a walkable but not very comfy distance.
