We actually did not get to stay at the property despite prepaying. We were booked over Mardi Gras. We received an email in French the morning of our arrival stating the office would be closed from noon until 4 and that there was no way to get into the city with all the roads closed for festivities. We were basically stranded in Le Marin with no Taxi willing or able to bring us to Vauclin. And there was no way to contact anyone at the village as the office was closed! This was extremely disappointing not to mention extremely costly as our only option was to book new accommodations last minute in Fort de France. We should have been notified about this much earlier, refunded our money, and allowed to book alternative accommodations elsewhere.

Great location right next to the nain kite beach.
Nothing big, but the wifi could have been a bit faster.
Transport to/ from the airport is difficult or expensive - à shuttle would be a nice offer.

Staff were so friendly, helpful and accommodating. 10 out of 10
The location. Its far outside Vauclin. Which has very little open in the lines of restaurants, shops etc. The beach is for windsurfers. Road to the Le Village point is really bad.

Nice environment, friendly staff and good value for money

All equiped bungalows, with dishes and all staff for self-cooking in the integrated kitchen. Swimming pool. bath + pool towels included. location near kite surfing spot and south of island beaches (plage des salines) and hiking (la savane des petrifications). some typical restaurants at Le Vauclin village (ex chez Marie Alice) + grocery available)
Access a little difficult by night (dirt road). small rooms, beds with only one single sheet to cover. air conditionner a bit noisy.

The location is great for water sports where wind and waves are required! The bungalow was clean and the kitchen was well equipped and as stated. The pools were nice and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were by far the best thing about this place.
The beach is dirty, unpleasant and has sand fleas. Completely unenjoyable. This ”village” would be a nice camping option. It is a miserable, cheap excuse for a hotel. Everything felt second rate. Beds we're miserable. Holes in flooring. Not enough seating in living room. Absolute minimum towels, pillows, even toilet paper. Wifi was out one whole day. Playground was closed. Would never, ever stay here again. Do not recommend.

No internet on arrival (was given a mobile router for the room), no toilet paper, no hand soap, poor shower system (like 25 years ago system), broken towel rail, broken toilet seat, bent kitchen table etc. Everything in the room was the lowest possible quality. No food/drink/bar facilities open (blamed it on Covid which is not true as everything else on Martinique is open). Had to carry out laundry and garbage to dumpster outside the property after our stay. Had to sign 5-6 documents on arrival (probably signing my life away). Seems very unprofessional and distrusting customers. Will never stay here again.

We rented three houses and had to cancel one because a part of our company had covid and had to stay home. However, nor Booking.com nor the accommodation wanted to pay anything back. This was very disappointing.

Nice and calm environment in a palm forest. Excellent swimming pool. Easy access to the beach very appreciated by windsurfers and kite surfers. Independent cottages. Staff very friendly.
Cottages are prefab houses, rooms and double beds are bit small.
7.0
Relaxing atmosphere. Restaurants and bars at the beach.
The property needs updating. A lot of seaweed at the beach. No beach for swimming or snorkeling, only for kite surfing

7.0
The location close to town.
Good spot for kite surfing!
The smell of the sarcasses algues from the beach made the stay in our room quite unpleasant .
Plus, the choice for this accommodation was based on its proximity to the Sea, but we were not able to swim there once, due to the pungent stench and the dirtied sand.
