Centraal gelegen

Centraal gelegen voor concerten enz.

Op hotel en hotelkamer was niks aan te merken, alleen onze matras was erg zacht.

Amazing, comfortable stay worth the price!

Great value for location and quality. We got the corner room so we had a really nice view of the suburbs. The room was also equipped with ironing board, which was a plus point. Breakfast is amazing and the staff are helpful and nice!

Location was near to the train station but I imagine it can become a hassle, as it became for me as my main mode of transport was the trains & subway. The location is better suited for someone with their own car or transport.

Arena towers

De locatie en het personeel was goed ook het ontbijt was lekker.

Hotelkamer was vooral de douche erg vies. En ook het badkamer deur. Het bed kraakte bij elke beweging. Goed voor 1 nachtje maar voor 215 euro natuurlijk veel te duur. Voor dat bedrag mag je ook verwachten dat het schoon is en van kwaliteit. Ik word als het goed is nog gecompenseerd. De kosten van het parkeren en btw krijg ik terug ivm hygiëne tegenvaller. En dat vind ik dan wel weer netjes.

Very nice hotel within a really nice area.

This is a very good hotel, just a short walk from Bijlmer ArenA Station. Friendly staff on check-in and check-out. Very nice sized room on the 10th floor, with tea/coffee facilities, big bathroom with comfortable shower. Really comfortable bed. Really quiet surroundings so I slept well. Free WiFi available. I liked the bar area, with an okay selection of beers. I stayed here for an event at AFAS Live which was very close by. The whole area is really nice and safe, with the Johan Cruyff Arena , bars and restaurants all a short walk away.

No milk provided in the room with the tea and coffee. Elevators can take a long time to arrive. Really expensive, possibly due to the concert at AFAS Live.

Goed en verzorgd

Alles goed en verzorgd, al bij al tevreden over het verblijf, ontbijt enz.. Vriendelijk personeel, enzo, maar communicatie kan wel veel beter.

3 verschillende mensen om het kinderbed moeten vragen die inbegrepen was met de kamer, maar om 1u30 s'nachts was er nog geen bed voor mijn dochter en hebben wij haar bij ons moeten in bed nemen. Slechte nacht hierdoor had!

A lovely relaxing short break made more special because of the hotel.

The breakfast was excellent. Great selection of different foods. The staff were both efficient and extremely helpful. We travelled to attend a concert at the AFAS arena so the location of the hotel was perfect. The proximity to the local train station was also very good.

Rustig verblijf

De rust, het was er vrij rustig in het hotel, 's avonds toch. Lekker stil, tegen de ochtend werd ik wel gewekt door de buren. Het ontbijt was dik in orde

Het onderhoud op de kamer, er waren wel enkele werkpuntjes. En de menu keuze viel hard tegen. Gezellig tafelen was niet echt aan de orde. Het ontbijt was wel in orde.

Lovely hotel at great location

Great location close to Ziggo Dome. Good rooms and lovely breakfast. Friendly staff.

On arrival I could barely understand the lady at reception, she didn’t speak dutch and her English was terrible!

Ne vale la distanza dal centro

La colazione, i servizi (Wi-Fi inclusa) funzionanti, la grande vetrata. Posizione non centrale ma comunque comoda per via della metro a pochi passi.

Nessuna osservazione in particolare. Il ristorante al primo piano ha prezzi piuttosto “importanti”

The location is great if attending an event at the stadium. The hotel lives up to expectations - its clean and the staf

We went the Taylor Swift concert and the hotel is perfectly located for that reason. The hotel was really into the Swiftie vibe and it really added tot the experience. The rooms are small but adequate for 2 people and it offers what you expect from a Holiday Inn Express. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was a welcome add on and good value.

ארוחת הבוקר הייתה בינונית ולא מעבר, מבחר מצומצם, קפה- ממכונה. סידור החדר והמראה הכללי- ח. אוכל במפעל או ממסדי. אקוסטיקה גרועה. ריהוט בסיסי ולא נוח.

מיטה זוגית קטנה מאד, רכה מדי לטעמי, אין אפשרות לפתיחת חלוןנות ולאוורר את החדר. המחיר ביחס לתמורה הכללית ולמיקום - גבוה מדי

Duur voor een slechte nachtrust

De locatie dichtbij ziggo voor bezoek concert. Ontbijt was ook prima.

Het bed was echt erg slecht. Heel smal bed maar matras zakte ook nog zo door. Alles deed ons zeer na 1 nachtje. Kamer was ook erg warm en temperatuur moeilijk in te stellen. Verder was het erg gehorig. Wat we daar dan voor hebben moeten betalen staat in geen verhouding met het comfort v overnachten

Otel, personel ve fiyata göre odaların durumu gayet iyi. Fiyat performans olarak çok iyi. tavsiye ederim.

Kahvaltı! Omlet, sıcak (sosis ya da benzeri), zeytin ve seçenekler bir miktar daha iyileştirilebilir.

Would definitely recommend.

Personel was very helpful and positive. Breakfast was tasty, the fresh baked bread and pastry is a nice touch. The restaurant meals were also superb and diner staff was really friendly.

Little too clustered corridors during housekeeping hours but I know it’s not something that can’t be easily avoided and staff really did their best.

Average hotel, avoid

Proximity to metro station and breakfast.

To begin with the access ticket use their parking system wasn’t working even after paying for over night stay (32 euros). I had to again take a ticket and waste time in explaining that their game system wasn’t working. The staff didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. They take guests for granted. The mattress was like a boat and was terrible. Not maintained. The hotel room we stayed wasn’t clean. There was dust on most of the tables. The room didn’t even have a kettle or a coffee machine. Such poorly maintained and managed hotel.

Nous avons eu l'impression que notre chambre avait été oubliée

Les points positifs c'était le petit déjeuner

Je suis arrivée avec mes 2 filles de 12 et 15 ans et il n'y avait qu'un seul lit pour 3 Le lendemain, nous sommes rentrées vers 20h et la chambre n'avait pas été faite: j'ai du aller demander à ce qu'on me change les serviettes et la bouilloire qui ne fonctionnait pas. Le surlendemain, les serviettes étaient changées mais les lits non refaits. La dernière nuit enfin, les lits ont été faits.

Tenia una excelente ubicación, cerca del metro y del bus para ir al aeropuerto. El desayuno era muy adecuado y variado.

Grossly Overpriced. 3 star hotel but priced as if 5 stars

- the front desk staff were polite and helpful - the location was decent

- exorbitant price. This is the standard of an 80$ hotel and is priced over 200 euros per night which is unrealistic. Far far too expensive especially for its level. - At their restaurant I was asking a waiter about the menu then another waitress comes and says “excuse me are you done with him yet ? I need him” which is extremely unprofessional. The duty is to serve the customer not treat him like an annoyance. When I politely informed this waitress about this she just ignores me completely starts talking to the other waiter as if I don’t matter. Seeing this farce I just turned around and left.

STAY AWAY: HIGH RISK - SECURITY AND PRIVACY CONCERNS

The hotel staff gave the keys to some other people and they entered my room at 3.00 AM in the night. This is both a huge security and a privacy issue. I have lost my sleep and could go back to sleep due to the security issue and privacy issue which has caused a huge trauma. This has spoiled my trip. The hotel night manager Amro was unapologetic and said I can call the police. The police asked me to visit them in the morning as I wanted to know if it was the hotel people who tried to rob me or was it another guest. Absolutely ridiculous service from IHG group and inefficiency from front office staff. I wanted to visit the police station so they could review the security footage from 3 AM to see if it was the hotel staff who tried to rob me or was it another guest. The next morning, the operation manager Ms. Bakenam Abbas confirmed it was inefficiency from the hotel staff. However, i highly doubt her statements, and lt looked like they were covering up for the night staff looking to rob the customers.
