Wundervolle Lage.

exceptional style of building, very nice location
it was very empty, it looked like we were the only guests

Great location away from the busy areas, with easy access to attractions. Beautiful views and friendly staff.
No tea and coffee facilities in the room and when asking for cappuccino at the bar, the coffee machine needed servicing and no one serviced it for two days. Suggest to have coffee making facilities in Deluxe Rooms.

beautiful location and very clean , modern hotel
for such a price spa or at least saunas would be perfect

Location is nice, green, just you need to have a car for your stay. Breakfast is phenomenal, not just food, which is great, but first of all ambience and a breathtaking view from breakfast terrace. Rooms spacious and modern, beds comfy. On balance, this is what you expect from a hotel of this class.
It's a 5-star hotel, but it lacks those special touches, which you would expect from a 5-star hotel. One can live without spa/wellness, but that's what you would expect in a 5-star hotel. Okay, there's no swimming pool, fair, but at least sauna, or is it too much to ask? There could be more bottled water as well. These are trifles, but nice touched. What we didn't like is the evening restaurant -- overpriced for this level of cooking. It is an okay restaurant, but not the value for money one can expect.

The location and restaurant. The staff in the restaurant were wonderful, especially for my senior Mom. The surroundings couldn't have been better.
The virtual reception in rooms via ipad. We requested an iron and ironing board and it wasn't acknowledged nor delivered. Not the end of the world, but surprising for such an impressive place.

Magnificent top class hotel, ideally located to discover the Rhine wineries. Fantastic views over the vineyards. Very helpful and professional staff.
Bed is a bit too firm; pillows could be improved.

Extraordinary room, food and staff. We stayed 2 nights and had a wonderful time. The view from the restaurant was fantastic and the room was super comfortable, clean and nicely equipped.

Location is fantastic
- when we were shown the room, the guy showing us the room said, when we mentioned that we live in Germany, “you live in Germany and you don’t speak German?“ It was said in quite a demeaning manner, which somehow gave us an uneasy feeling.
- food from room service was disappointing for a hotel that prides itself on the onsite restaurants. The schnitzel was extremely greasy and the cranberry sauce could hardly be called a sauce. (Also didn’t particularly like the ugly plastic cover they used when serving the food)
- bathroom looks nice, so the small shower head was a bit disappointing
- note: there are no tea or coffee making facilities in the room, which nowadays you wouldn’t expect when you pay 300 euros for a night
Tip: if you are planning to stay here wanting to eat in one of the restaurants, please check before you book the room if you can get a reservation.
We couldn’t unfortunately.

Beautiful location, with a great restaurant! Stuff in the restaurant was extremely professional and nice. Best breakfast ever. The view from the restaurant is just amazing.
The cleaning stuff in hotel were not wearing masks and was always in the hall talking loud on the phone.
Light in the room is a bit odd. The wall to the bathroom is from glass, so if one goes there at night, the whole room gets bright.

No views from room and no coffee makers in all rooms.
