The view from the sliding glass door is 1/3 pool, 1/3 dune top 1/3 ocean and blue sky. You are one of five units that have direct access to the poolside and closest to the walk over to beautiful Crescent Beach. Ten miles away from famous and historic St Augustine you are out of the crowds but close to the sights. This suite includes a king bed for comfort and a kitchen for convenience. The surf, the sand, and the sun are at your door in #104.

Set on Crescent Beach, this laid-back condo hotel is 8 miles from The St. Augustine Amphitheatre, 9 miles from the St. Augustine Lighthouse & Maritime Museum, and 10 miles from Castillo de San Marcos, the oldest masonry fort in the US.

The modest 1-bedroom unit with a comfortable vacation decor comes with a balcony that has a private gate to the pool and patio, and kitchenettes or full kitchens. The view is wonderful! The host is truly great. The floors needed washing. There was no non-slip mat in the extremely slippery bathtub. I slipped in it and broke part of my pelvis. I spent the next 15 days in hospitals. There were a few kitchen items that I thought were necessities and weren’t there. There are only two washers and dryers for a huge complex. The one on our floor was in a big closet. When you opened the dryer it hit the wall! We saw the cleaning lady only once and feel some cleaning details needed addressing. I made our host aware of the shortcomings and hope he takes my comments to heart and improves those things. If you look past these items you can enjoy a beautiful pool and ocean beach that can’t be beat. Don’t think you’re on the street level, just because you’re on the first floor. There are many steps to navigate. A ramp is available but there are limited handicapped parking spaces near it.

Property was perfect for our visit to the area. Walk-out to the pool plus gate access to the ocean beach. We enjoyed daily walks watching surfers. An address on the resort sign would have been helpful as GPS on the barrier island is not dependable.

My spouse and I prefer quiet vacation spots. This one fits the bill. Lots of room to walk on the beach, which was just steps from the unit. Very little ambient noise from other guests. And Crescent Beach is not a super busy community with a lot of traffic. The unit itself had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We’d stay here again.

This location is excellent. The beach access and pool access were incredible. We were able to see a rocket launch from Cape Canaveral one night. It is close to historic downtown but far enough away to really relax. It was a perfect room for us.

This was a cute room. Everything we needed for our stay. Could walk directly out to pool and beach. Nice, relaxed atmosphere. The only real reason that i didn't give it 5 stars was the room just needed "some love". The nit-picky things like corners, cupboards , etc. Instead of replacing fridge they tryed to paint it type things. Overall, it was a nice place for the price. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

This property was perfect for a solo get away. Clean and comfortable and more space than I expected. I loved the location and the property. Ray was very responsive to all of my questions before and during the stay. I can't think of one thing that could have been improved! We could not have been happier with our stay at Beacher's Lodge! The unit was perfect and just as advertised: pool entrance, steps to the beach, walking distance to several great restaurants and bars and a short drive to St. Augustine proper. Ray was SUPER responsive. We only had to contact him a couple times and he got back to us within seconds. He also offered a lot of great details about the area, which was much appreciated. Definitely great for families, couples, friend groups or solo travelers looking to relax on the beach or by the pool. I would highly recommend the Crescent Beach area and Beacher's Lodge and I'm looking forward to going back soon!!

We loved our stay. Only issue which really wasn’t an issue is that room is ground floor in front of pool and we didn’t leave the blinds open most of time because people would sit right in front of gate and stare in. But other than that we loved our stay and host was great

Beachers is an older property and this unit has been partially updated. Located right off the comfortably heated pool it is convenient for swimming, and, technically on the first floor, only one set of steps up from the parking area. Owner was responsive when the battery in the door lock died. Very clean and everything you need. Small but good value for the price.
