الخدمة مميزة من موظفي الاستقبال وخصوصا من الأستاذة رغد وما قصرت في أي شي مبتسمة ومرحبة طوال الوقت. الغرف نظيفة وجميلة مع الإطلالة الفطور جميل ومنوع.

A clean and well located hotel offering free shuttle bus service but staff need to be better trained

Hotel has a good location close to the city and to both Ayla and Saraya resorts. It is clean and offers a rich breakfast buffet.

Staff lacked courtesy in speaking to guests. Security measures were excessive and uncalled for.

Good location close to Ayla, quite street Very comfortable rooms, clean and beautiful design inside. Amazing staff with special thanks to all teams. Quick response and great service overall. Nice pool and outdoor design

One significant issue is related to the parking facilities. While the hotel's listing advertises the availability of parking spaces for guests' cars, the reality is quite different. Upon arrival, I discovered that the promised parking is non-existent. Instead, they advised me to park my car on the street, which can be inconvenient and potentially unsafe.

Hotel in Aqaba

The bar area with pool table and foosball was great. Our bartender was super attentive and made our afternoon fab. The food was delicious and the chef made us pasta that wasn't on the menu for us. Room was comfortable but a little hot.

We got a message 2 days before check in giving us 14 hours to pre-pay or our booking would be cancelled, but with no details on how to pay. I wasn't impressed and said as much, and then got another message saying a mistake had been made. Upon check in, we did get a room upgrade (I think as a way to apologize) so it turned out alright in the end. But that was a bit of unneeded stress, especially as we were travelling at the time.

Great place to stay - easy and just away from the main centre

Incredibly helpful and cheerful staff who made everything we wanted to do a bit easier. Decent breakfast, comfortable room and a pool.

Choice of beers was limited and quite expensive in the bar

Exceptional choice for a stay in Aqaba

the staff was exceptionally polite and helpful, the room was spacious, well equipped, and with a wonderful view all the way to Israel. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Highly recommend this hotel! Great value for money too.

Perfect place to stay for discover south of Jordan

Clean, confortable room. Proofsound, nice bad, Polite staff. Quiet area, perfect for rest. Easy to find.

No hot water at the breakfast! Only one type of tea, black ! We croos entire groudfloor to obtain from the bar another type of tea!

Worth every penny you pay, I loved the great spirit of the staff

The staff were friendly, the rooms are clean, the room was upgraded for free by the hotel management, the food is delicious and the place is quiet , big thanks for the housekeeping Shara she was polite & cleaned the room very well

The staff is excellent and really professional. They tried to help in any matter needed. A special thanks to Ahmad.

For a 5 star hotel it could have better conditions, the rooms need a renovation. House keeping should only start after 10 am, if you want to rest it's very difficult.

Absolutely everything. The hotel is amazing, but the staff made our stay so wonderful that we can't wait to come back. Mr. Ehab and Mr. Ahmad went above and beyond to make us feel like dearest guests
