Не думала что в трех звездах можно так здорово отдохнуть. Тишина, красатища зелёная, завтрак ооочень вкусный, персонал Молодцы! Наш самолёт задержали, написали что будем ночью,не прошло и 3 мин позвонили к нам в страну, объяснили что нам делать. Прислали смс с кодом номера и ворот как попасть в отель. Рецепшен работает до 22:00. За это огромное спасибо. Кто не может без кондиционера смотрите в каких номерах есть. Наш номер на первом этаже 105 большая комная с ним маленькая комната без. У друзей N106 Одна комната просторная но без него. Бассейн: за полотенце 10 зл в обязательном порядке, мини бар в номере платный, за три дня убрались один раз. Шампунь и маску для волос бери с собой. Изобилие ягод!!!

Не понравилось что заказали этот этель на мало времени)))

Nice relaxing place

Hotel is situated in a beautiful location, so the view from some balconies are amazing. Room are also nice and clean. On the territory there are pool and restaurant with quiet good food.

Overall everything was good apart some minor things like: room service charge 30 zl and limited shampoo supply

A perfect getaway place for a weekend

Lake, hills, a castle, a swimming pool, a garden. All you really need to unwind. Staff is very nice. Prices in the restaurant are very reasonable. Rooms with the view are the best.

Rooms are a bit worn and could use some refreshment.

Superb

The hotel is very clean and the staff is very nice. The hotel also has a nice location close to the lake.

The walls are very thin, you can hear everything from other rooms. The breakfast is good, but could be a little richer. It would be nice to have Netflix or at least international TV programs.

Very nice and quit with spacious rooms

Very nice and quit hotel. Our room was very spacy - we were two adults and one child. Nice dark curtains to make it dark. Good with a boiler to make tea and instant coffee. Big plus with the refrigerater. The staff was nice, smiling and polite. We were there for the Majka Gran Fondo and it was very much appreciated we could bring our race bikes to our room. We will definitely come back next year.

The only downside: We had a need to freeze two cooling elements to transport some medicine on our trip home in car (7 hours drive). We asked the receptionist if they could put it in the kitchen freezer the day before we left, but they would not help us with that. That was a bit dissapointing - normally all the hotels we have visited will help us with that.

Good value for the money

Friendly and helpful staff, location, rooms were ok. We have ordered massage and sauna, all was well organized and the quality of the massage was very good.

Poor breakfast (not much to choose from plus they literally run out of everything by 9:40). Room could be cleaner (found someone’s a hair on my pillow)

Relaxing retreat.

Everything was just perfect for a relaxing break.

Ideally you benefit from a car but we are Scottish so didn't drive.It's easy to walk downhill into town centre but it's a very steep walk back uphill to the hotel.

Great stay in a beutifull location

We enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was good, so were other dishes from the restaurant menu. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. We really appreciated the awesome pillows. Kids loved the outdoor pool and the playground. The location is nice, close to the castle and good for a walk. Also the store is not far away.

The tap in a bathroom was a bit splashy, so it got wet around. But it's just a minor thing that actually did not affect our impression.

Nice stay, but didn't sleep well

Great location. Good views, so it's worth booking a room with a view. Very quiet area. Staff reasonably friendly. Sun loungers outside and the pool were great. Rooms were clean and of a good size. We asked for rooms nearby, they gave us rooms opposite each other, which was great.

In one of the rooms, the curtains didn't fit the windows, leaving a large gap. The staff tried to convince us this was acceptable, rather than fixing it. I woke up at about 5am each morning, which isn't what you want when away in a quiet countryside hotel. In the other room, the blinds let through a lot of light. They were also awake at 5am each day. No kettle in the room (as advertised). Reception tried to make us pay for tea and coffee sachets to get a kettle, but eventually gave us the kettle anyway. There was no bar (as advertised), rather you could order drinks in the restaurant, which had no music or atmosphere. The breakfast became repetitive. Pizza was served one morning in place of another hot item.

Moldy bathrooms, poor breakfast, could be better for a 3-star hotel.

This was not a pleasant experience. The rooms are very basic and the bathrooms had mold, sinks did not drain well and the bathroom fixtures are literally falling of when touched… The breakfast was literally out of everything including eggs and juice. Very odd experience. Thus property is listed as a 3-star hotel, but I think it could be substantially better for that rating.

Nice view from my room.

Shower head placed at waist level making impossible to have comfortable shower. Double bed was in fact two single beds put next to each other. Disappointing.

Superb

The views,the room,lovely breakfast and meals.Staff were exceptionally friendly.

Because we didn't have a car we found the hill up to the hotel from the town centre a real struggle especially carrying any shopping.

Very good

Room was huge and comfortable. Location is super quiet and relaxing. Perfect for a couple of relaxing days.

No Air Conditioning. Toiletries were sparce.

Wonderful location with view on lake from my room. From the parking, easy access to the rooms. Good restaurant.

Hotel is not soundproof. In case of festivity or noisy clients, you hear all noise.
